[9:24] | Qul in kana abaokumwaabnaokum wa-ikhwanukum waazwajukumwaAAasheeratukum waamwalun iqtaraftumooha watijaratuntakhshawna kasadaha wamasakinu tardawnahaahabba ilaykum mina Allahi warasoolihi wajihadinfee sabeelihi fatarabbasoo hatta ya/tiya Allahubi-amrihi waAllahu la yahdee alqawma alfasiqeena
|  قل إن كان آباؤكم وأبناؤكم وإخوانكم وأزواجكم وعشيرتكم وأموال اقترفتموها وتجارة تخشون كسادها ومساكن ترضونها أحب إليكم من الله ورسوله وجهاد في سبيله فتربصوا حتى يأتي الله بأمره والله لا يهدي القوم الفاسقين
قُلْ إِن كَانَ آبَاؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَآؤُكُمْ وَإِخْوَانُكُمْ وَأَزْوَاجُكُمْ وَعَشِيرَتُكُمْ وَأَمْوَالٌ اقْتَرَفْتُمُوهَا وَتِجَارَةٌ تَخْشَوْنَ كَسَادَهَا وَمَسَاكِنُ تَرْضَوْنَهَا أَحَبَّ إِلَيْكُم مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَجِهَادٍ فِي سَبِيلِهِ فَتَرَبَّصُواْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ اللّهُ بِأَمْرِهِ وَاللّهُ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ |
| Words | |قل - Say,| إن - "If| كان - are| آباؤكم - your fathers,| وأبناؤكم - and your sons,| وإخوانكم - and your brothers,| وأزواجكم - and your spouses,| وعشيرتكم - and your relatives,| وأموال - and wealth| اقترفتموها - that you have acquired| وتجارة - and the commerce,| تخشون - you fear| كسادها - a decline (in) it| ومساكن - and the dwellings| ترضونها - you delight (in) it| أحب - (are) more beloved| إليكم - to you| من - than| الله - Allah,| ورسوله - and His Messenger| وجهاد - and striving| في - in| سبيله - His way,| فتربصوا - then wait| حتى - until| يأتي - Allah brings| الله - Allah brings| بأمره - His Command.| والله - And Allah| لا - (does) not| يهدي - guide| القوم - the people -| الفاسقين - the defiantly disobedient."| |

| «አባቶቻችሁና ወንዶች ልጆቻችሁ፣ ወንድሞቻችሁም፣ ሚስቶቻችሁም፣ ዘመዶቻችሁም፣ የሰበሰባችኋቸው ሀብቶችም፣ መክሰሩዋን የምትፈሩዋት ንግድም፣ የምትወዷቸው መኖሪያዎችም እናንተ ዘንድ ከአላህና ከመልክተኛው በርሱ መንገድም ከመታገል ይበልጥ የተወደዱ እንደኾኑ አላህ ትእዛዙን እስከሚያመጣ ድረስ ተጠባበቁ» በላቸው፡፡ አላህም አመጸኞች ሕዝቦችን አይመራም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قل إن كان آباؤكم وأبناؤكم وإخوانكم وأزواجكم وعشيرتكم } أقرباؤكم وفي قراءة عشيرتكم { وأموال اقترفتموها } اكتسبتموها { وتجارة تخشون كسادها } عدم نفادها { ومساكن ترضونها أحبَّ إليكم من الله ورسوله وجهادِ في سبيله } فقعدتم لأجله عن الهجرة والجهاد { فتربَّصوا } انتظروا { حتى يأتي الله بأمره } تهديد لهم { والله لا يهدي القوم الفاسقين } . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | বল, তোমাদের নিকট যদি তোমাদের পিতা তোমাদের সন্তান, তোমাদের ভাই তোমাদের পত্নী, তোমাদের গোত্র তোমাদের অর্জিত ধন-সম্পদ, তোমাদের ব্যবসা যা বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়ার ভয় কর এবং তোমাদের বাসস্থান-যাকে তোমরা পছন্দ কর-আল্লাহ, তাঁর রসূল ও তাঁর রাহে জেহাদ করা থেকে অধিক প্রিয় হয়, তবে অপেক্ষা কর, আল্লাহর বিধান আসা পর্যন্ত, আর আল্লাহ ফাসেক সম্প্রদায়কে হেদায়েত করেন না। |
| Literal | Say: "If your fathers, and your sons, and your brothers, and your spouses and your father's near relations/tribe, and properties/wealths you committed/perpetrated it, and commercial trade you fear its slump/depression , and residence you accept/approve it, (are) more lovable/likable to you than God and His messenger and struggling/defending for the faith in His way/path , so wait/remain until God comes with His123order/command, and God does not guide the nation the debauchers . |
