| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[80:23] | Kalla lamma yaqdi maamarahu
|  كلا لما يقض ما أمره
كَلَّا لَمَّا يَقْضِ مَا أَمَرَهُ |
| Words | |كلا - Nay!| لما - Not| يقض - he has accomplished| ما - what| أمره - He commanded him.| |

| በእውነት ያንን (ጌታው) ያዘዘውን ገና አልፈጸመም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { كلا } حقا { لمَّا يقض } لم يفعل { ما أمره } به ربه. |
| Xaîi! Ur iuqim ayen i s Iêeppem. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | সে কখনও কৃতজ্ঞ হয়নি, তিনি তাকে যা আদেশ করেছেন, সে তা পূর্ণ করেনি। |
| Literal | No/but he did not (E) accomplish/execute what He ordered/commanded him. |
| Yusuf Ali | By no means hath he fulfilled what Allah hath commanded him. |
| Pickthal | Nay, but (man) hath not done what He commanded him. |
| Arberry | No indeed! Man has not accomplished His bidding. |
| Shakir | Nay; but he has not done what He bade him. |
| Sarwar | Certainly, he has not duly fulfilled His commands. |
| H/K/Saheeh | No! Man has not yet accomplished what He commanded him. |
| Malik | By no means has he fulfilled the duty that Allah had assigned him.[23] |

| Qaribullah | Indeed, he has not fulfilled that which He has ordered him. |
