| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[69:16] | Wainshaqqati alssamaofahiya yawma-ithin wahiyatun
|  وانشقت السماء فهي يومئذ واهية
وَانشَقَّتِ السَّمَاءُ فَهِيَ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَاهِيَةٌ |
| Words | |وانشقت - And will split| السماء - the heaven,| فهي - so it| يومئذ - (is on) that Day| واهية - frail.| |

| ሰማይም ትቀደዳለች፡፡ ስለዚህ እርሷ በዚያ ቀን ደካማ ናት፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وانشقت السماء فهي يومئذ واهية } ضعيفة. |
| Ad iceqqeq igenni, ad icerreg, assen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | সেদিন আকাশ বিদীর্ণ হবে ও বিক্ষিপ্ত হবে। |
| Literal | And the sky/space split away/cut open , so it is (on) that day cracked/weak . |
| Yusuf Ali | And the sky will be rent asunder, for it will that Day be flimsy, |
