| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[40:30] | Waqala allathee amana yaqawmi innee akhafu AAalaykum mithla yawmi al-ahzabi
|  وقال الذي آمن يا قوم إني أخاف عليكم مثل يوم الأحزاب
وَقَالَ الَّذِي آمَنَ يَا قَوْمِ إِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُم مِّثْلَ يَوْمِ الْأَحْزَابِ |
| Words | |وقال - And said| الذي - (he) who| آمن - believed,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| إني - Indeed I,| أخاف - [I] fear| عليكم - for you| مثل - like| يوم - (the) day| الأحزاب - (of) the companies,| |

| ያም ያመነው ሰው አለ «እኔ በናንተ ላይ የአሕዛቦቹን ቀን ብጤ እፈራላችኋለሁ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وقال الذي آمن يا قوم إنِّي أخاف عليكم مثل يوم الأحزاب } أي يوم حزب بعد حزب . |
| Inna d win iumnen: "a yagdud iw! Nek, ugade$ fellak tin n wass ikabaren, |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | সে মুমিন ব্যক্তি বললঃ হে আমার কওম, আমি তোমাদের জন্যে পূর্ববর্তী সম্প্রদায়সমূহের মতই বিপদসঙ্কুল দিনের আশংকা করি। |
| Literal | And who believed said: "You my nation, that I, I fear on (for) you, equal/alike to day (of) the groups/parties."342 |
| Yusuf Ali | Then said the man who believed: "O my people! Truly I do fear for you something like the Day (of disaster) of the Confederates (in sin)!- |
