| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[36:29] | In kanat illa sayhatanwahidatan fa-itha hum khamidoona
|  إن كانت إلا صيحة واحدة فإذا هم خامدون
إِن كَانَتْ إِلاَّ صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ خَامِدُونَ |
| Words | |إن - Not| كانت - it was| إلا - but| صيحة - a shout| واحدة - one| فإذا - then behold!| هم - They| خامدون - (were) extinguished.| |

| (ቅጣታቸው) አንዲት ጩኸት እንጂ ሌላ አልነበረችም፡፡ ወዲያውኑም እነርሱ ጠፊዎች ኾኑ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { إن } ما { كانت } عقوبتهم { إلا صيحة واحدة } صاح بهم جبريل { فإذا هم خامدون } ساكنون ميتون . |
| Siwa yiwet n ti$ôi kan, d$a nitni negren. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | বস্তুতঃ এ ছিল এক মহানাদ। অতঃপর সঙ্গে সঙ্গে সবাই স্তদ্ধ হয়ে গেল। |
| Literal | That (E) (it) was except one loud strong cry/torture raid so then they are still/silent/dead. |
