[3:11] | Kada/bi ali firAAawna waallatheenamin qablihim kaththaboo bi-ayatinafaakhathahumu Allahu bithunoobihim waAllahushadeedu alAAiqabi
|  كدأب آل فرعون والذين من قبلهم كذبوا بآياتنا فأخذهم الله بذنوبهم والله شديد العقاب
كَدَأْبِ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ وَالَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا فَأَخَذَهُمُ اللّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَاللّهُ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ |

| (ልማዳቸው ሁሉ) እንደፈርዖን ቤተሰብና እንደእነዚያ ከበፊታቸው እንደነበሩት ሕዝቦች ልማድ ነው፡፡ በአንቀጾቻችን አስተባበሉ፡፡ አላህም በኃጢአቶቻቸው ያዛቸው፡፡ አላህም ቅጣተብርቱ ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | دأبُهم { كدأب } كعادة { آل فرعون والذين من قبلهم } من الأمم كعاد وثمود { كذبوا بآياتنا فأخذهم الله } أهلكم { بذنوبهم } والجملة مفسرة لما قبلها { والله شديد العقاب } ونزل لما أمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم اليهودَ بالإسلام بعد مرجعه من بدر فقالوا لا يغرنك أن قتلت نفراً من قريش أغمارا لا يعرفون القتال . |
| D tin n ugdud n Ferâun akked wid i ten id izwaren. Skaddben issekniyen nne£. Iwwet iten Öebbi, ilmend ibekkaven nnsen. Öebbi Iwâaô i uâaqeb. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | ফেরআউনের সম্প্রদায় এবং তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের ধারা অনুযায়ীই তারা আমার আয়াতসমূহকে মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে। ফলে তাদের পাপের কারণে আল্লাহ তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করেছেন আর আল্লাহর আযাব অতি কঠিন। |
| Literal | As Pharaoh's family and those from before them's affairs/habits, they lied/denied with Our signs/verses/evidences, so God took/punished them because of their crimes. And God (is) strong (severe in) the torture. |
| Yusuf Ali | (Their plight will be) no better than that of the people of Pharaoh, and their predecessors: They denied our Signs, and Allah called them to account for their sins. For Allah is strict in punishment. |
