| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[28:44] | Wama kunta bijanibialgharbiyyi ith qadayna ila moosaal-amra wama kunta mina alshshahideena
|  وما كنت بجانب الغربي إذ قضينا إلى موسى الأمر وما كنت من الشاهدين
وَمَا كُنتَ بِجَانِبِ الْغَرْبِيِّ إِذْ قَضَيْنَا إِلَى مُوسَى الْأَمْرَ وَمَا كُنتَ مِنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ |
| Words | |وما - And not| كنت - you were| بجانب - on (the) side| الغربي - western| إذ - when| قضينا - We decreed| إلى - to| موسى - Musa| الأمر - the Commandment| وما - and not| كنت - you were| من - among| الشاهدين - the witnesses.| |

| ወደ ሙሳም ትዕዛዝን ባወረድንለት ጊዜ (ከተራራው) በምዕራባዊው ጎን አልነበርክም ከተጣዱትም አልነበርክም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وما كنت } يا محمد { بجانب } الجبل أو الوادي أو المكان { الغربي } من موسى حين المناجاة { إذ قضينا } أوحينا { إلى موسى الأمر } بالرسالة إلى فرعون وقومه { وما كنت من الشاهدين } لذلك فتعلمه فتخبر به. |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | মূসাকে যখন আমি নির্দেশনামা দিয়েছিলাম, তখন আপনি পশ্চিম প্রান্তে ছিলেন না এবং আপনি প্রত্যক্ষদর্শীও ছিলেন না। |
| Literal | And you were not at the western's side/direction when We completed/informed to Moses the matter/affair/order/command, and you were not from the present. |
