| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[23:62] | Wala nukallifu nafsan illawusAAaha waladayna kitabun yantiqu bialhaqqiwahum la yuthlamoona
|  ولا نكلف نفسا إلا وسعها ولدينا كتاب ينطق بالحق وهم لا يظلمون
وَلَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا وَلَدَيْنَا كِتَابٌ يَنطِقُ بِالْحَقِّ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ |
| Words | |ولا - And not| نكلف - We burden| نفسا - any soul| إلا - except| وسعها - (to) its capacity,| ولدينا - and with Us| كتاب - (is) a Record| ينطق - (which) speaks| بالحق - with the truth;| وهم - and they| لا - (will) not| يظلمون - be wronged.| |

| ማንኛይቱንም ነፍስ ችሎታዋን እንጂ አናስገድዳትም፡፡ እኛም ዘንድ በእውነት የሚናገር መጽሐፍ አልለ፡፡ እነርሱም አይበደሉም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولا نكلف نفسا إلا وسعها } طاقتها فمن لم يستطع أن يصلي قائما فليصل جالسا، ومن لم يستطع أن يصوم فليأكل { ولدينا } عندنا { كتاب ينطق بالحق } بما عملته وهو واللوح المحفوظ تسطر فيه الأعمال { وهم } أي النفوس العاملة { لا يظلمون } شيئا منها فلا ينقص من ثواب أعمال الخيرات ولا يزاد في السيئات . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আমি কাউকে তার সাধ্যাতীত দায়িত্ব অর্পন করি না। আমার এক কিতাব আছে, যা সত্য ব্যক্ত করে এবং তাদের প্রতি জুলুম করা হবে না। |
| Literal | And We do not burden/impose (on) a self except its endurance/capacity and at Us (is) a Book (it) speaks/clarifies with the truth , and they are not being caused injustice to/oppressed. |
| Yusuf Ali | On no soul do We place a burden greater than it can bear: before Us is a record which clearly shows the truth: they will never be wronged. |
| Pickthal | And we task not any soul beyond its scope, and with Us is a Record which speaketh the truth, and they will not be wronged. |
