[17:97] | Waman yahdi Allahu fahuwa almuhtadiwaman yudlil falan tajida lahum awliyaa min doonihiwanahshuruhum yawma alqiyamati AAalawujoohihim AAumyan wabukman wasumman ma/wahumjahannamu kullama khabat zidnahum saAAeeran
|  ومن يهد الله فهو المهتد ومن يضلل فلن تجد لهم أولياء من دونه ونحشرهم يوم القيامة على وجوههم عميا وبكما وصما مأواهم جهنم كلما خبت زدناهم سعيرا
وَمَن يَهْدِ اللّهُ فَهُوَ الْمُهْتَدِ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِهِ وَنَحْشُرُهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى وُجُوهِهِمْ عُمْيًا وَبُكْمًا وَصُمًّا مَّأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ كُلَّمَا خَبَتْ زِدْنَاهُمْ سَعِيرًا |
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يهد - Allah guides| الله - Allah guides| فهو - then he (is)| المهتد - the guided one;| ومن - and whoever| يضلل - He lets go astray -| فلن - then never| تجد - you will find| لهم - for them| أولياء - protectors| من - besides Him.| دونه - besides Him.| ونحشرهم - And We will gather them| يوم - (on) the Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection| على - on| وجوههم - their faces -| عميا - blind| وبكما - and dumb| وصما - and deaf.| مأواهم - Their abode| جهنم - (is) Hell;| كلما - every time| خبت - it subsides,| زدناهم - We (will) increase (for) them| سعيرا - the blazing fire.| |

| አላህም ያቀናው ሰው ቅኑ እርሱ ብቻ ነው፡፡ ያጠመማቸውም ሰዎች ከእርሱ ሌላ ለእነርሱ ፈጽሞ ረዳት አታገኝላቸውም፡፡ በትንሣኤ ቀንም ዕውሮች፣ ዲዳዎችም ደንቆሮዎችም ኾነው በፊቶቻቸው ላይ (እየተጎተቱ) እንሰበስባቸዋለን፡፡ መኖሪያቸው ገሀነም ናት፡፡ (ነዲድዋ) በደከመች ቁጥር መንቀልቀልን እንጨምርባቸዋለን፡፤ |
| آل الجلالين | { ومن يهد اللهُ فهو المهتد ومن يضلل فلن تجد لهم أولياء } يهدونهم { من دونه ونحشرهم يوم القيامة } ماشين { على وجوههم عميا وبكما وصمّا مأواهم جهنم كلما خبت } سكن لهبها { زدناهم سعيرا } تلهبا واشتعالاً . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আল্লাহ যাকে পথ প্রদর্শন করেন, সেই তো সঠিক পথ প্রাপ্ত এবং যাকে পথ ভ্রষ্ট করেন, তাদের জন্যে আপনি আল্লাহ ছাড়া কোন সাহায্যকারী পাবেন না। আমি কেয়ামতের দিন তাদের সমবেত করব তাদের মুখে ভর দিয়ে চলা অবস্থায়, অন্ধ অবস্থায়, মুক অবস্থায় এবং বধির অবস্থায়। তাদের আবাসস্থল জাহান্নাম। যখনই নির্বাপিত হওয়ার উপক্রম হবে আমি তখন তাদের জন্যে অগ্নি আরও বৃদ্ধি করে দিব। |
| Literal | And whom God guides so he is the guided, and whom He misguides, so you will never/not find for them guardians/protectors from other than Him, and We gather them (on) the Resurrection Day on their faces/fronts, blind, and mute, and deaf, their shelter/refuge (is) Hell, whenever (it) became humble/tranquil (subsided), We increased them blazing/inflaming. |
| Yusuf Ali | It is he whom Allah guides, that is on true Guidance; but he whom He leaves astray - for such wilt thou find no protector besides Him. On the Day of Judgment We shall gather, them together, prone on their faces, blind, dumb, and deaf: their abode will be Hell: every time it shows abatement, We shall increase from them the fierceness of the Fire. |

| Abul Ala Maududi | جس کو اللہ ہدایت دے وہی ہدایت پانے والا ہے، اور جسے وہ گمراہی میں ڈال دے تو اسکے سوا ایسے لوگوں کے لیے تو کوئی حامی و ناصر نہیں پا سکتا ان لوگوں کو ہم قیامت کے روز اوندھے منہ کھینچ لائیں گے، اندھے، گونگے اور بہرے اُن کا ٹھکانا جہنم ہے جب کبھی اس کی آگ دھیمی ہونے لگے گی ہم اسے اور بھڑکا دیں گے |
