| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[10:48] | Wayaqooloona mata hathaalwaAAdu in kuntum sadiqeena
|  ويقولون متى هذا الوعد إن كنتم صادقين
وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هَـذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ |
| Words | |ويقولون - And they say,| متى - "When| هذا - (will) this,| الوعد - the promise (be fulfilled),| إن - if| كنتم - you are| صادقين - truthful?"| |

| «እውነተኞችም ከሆናችሁ ይህ (የቅጣቱ) ቀጠሮ መቼ ነው» ይላሉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ويقولون متى هذا الوعد } بالعذاب { إن كنتم صادقين } فيه . |
| Qqaôen: "melmi lemâahda agi, ma tessawalem tidep? |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা আরো বলে, এ ওয়াদা কবে আসবে, যদি তোমরা সত্যবাদী হয়ে থাক? |
| Literal | And they say: "When/at what time (is) that the promise if you were truthful?" |
| Yusuf Ali | They say: "When will this promise come to pass,- if ye speak the truth?" |
