| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[10:45] | Wayawma yahshuruhum kaan lamyalbathoo illa saAAatan mina alnnahariyataAAarafoona baynahum qad khasira allatheena kaththaboobiliqa-i Allahi wama kanoo muhtadeena
|  ويوم يحشرهم كأن لم يلبثوا إلا ساعة من النهار يتعارفون بينهم قد خسر الذين كذبوا بلقاء الله وما كانوا مهتدين
وَيَوْمَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ كَأَن لَّمْ يَلْبَثُواْ إِلاَّ سَاعَةً مِّنَ النَّهَارِ يَتَعَارَفُونَ بَيْنَهُمْ قَدْ خَسِرَ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِلِقَاءِ اللّهِ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُهْتَدِينَ |
| Words | |ويوم - And the Day| يحشرهم - He will gather them,| كأن - as if| لم - they had not remained| يلبثوا - they had not remained| إلا - except| ساعة - an hour| من - of| النهار - the day,| يتعارفون - they will recognize each other| بينهم - between them.| قد - Certainly,| خسر - (will have) lost| الذين - those who| كذبوا - denied| بلقاء - the meeting| الله - (with) Allah,| وما - and not| كانوا - they were| مهتدين - the guided ones.| |

| (ከሓዲዎችን) ከቀን አንዲትን ሰዓት እንጂ እንዳልቆዩ መስለው በመካከላቸው የሚተዋወቁ ሲሆኑ በምንሰበስባቸው ቀን (አስታውስ)፡፡ እነዚያ በአላህ መገናኘት ያስተባበሉት በእርግጥ ከሰሩ የተመሩም አልነበሩም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ويوم يحشرهم كأن } أي كأنهم { لم يلبثوا } في الدنيا أو القبور { إلا ساعة من النهار } لهول ما رأوا، وجملة التشبيه حال من الضمير { يتعارفون بينهم } يعرف بعضهم بعضا إذا بعثوا ثم ينقطع التعارف لشدة الأهوال، والجملة حال مقدرة أو متعلق الظرف { قد خسر الذين كذبوا بلقاء الله } بالبعث { وما كانوا مهتدين } . |
| Ass ideg ara ten Ifser, amzun sâaddan kan saâa n wass, ad msaâqalen. Ni$ xesôen wid iskaddben timlilit d Öebbi. Ur pwanhan. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর যেদিন তাদেরকে সমবেত করা হবে, যেন তারা অবস্থান করেনি, তবে দিনের একদন্ড একজন অপরজনকে চিনবে। নিঃসন্দেহে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে যারা মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে আল্লাহর সাথে সাক্ষাতকে এবং সরলপথে আসেনি। |
| Literal | And a day He gathers them as though they did not remain/wait except an hour from the daytime, getting to know each other, those who lied/denied with meeting God had lost, and they were not guided. |
| Yusuf Ali | One day He will gather them together: (It will be) as if they had tarried but an hour of a day: they will recognise each other: assuredly those will be lost who denied the meeting with Allah and refused to receive true guidance. |
| Pickthal | And on the day when He shall gather them together, (when it will seem) as though they had tarried but an hour of the day, recognising one another, those will verily have perished who denied the meeting with Allah and were not guided. |
| Arberry | And the day He shall muster them, as if they had not tarried but an hour of the day, mutually recognizing one another; lost will be those who cried lies to the encounter with God, and were not guided. |

| Sarwar | On the day when they will be resurrected, their worldly life will seem to them only as an hour of a day and they all will recognize each other. Those who called the receiving of mercy from God a lie are certainly lost. They did not have the right guidance. |

At that time they will realize that: in fact the losers are those who denied the meeting with Allah and were not rightly guided.[45] |

| Na sii ko alongan a kalimoda Niyan kiran: Na lagid oba da a minitarg iran (ko doniya) a rowar ko isa ka oras ko kadawndaw: Sa makakhikilalai siran: Sabnar a miyalogi so siran a piyakambokhag iran so kimbaratmowaan ko Allah, go da siran makakdg sa ontol. |

| Abul Ala Maududi | (آج یہ دُنیا کی زندگی میں مست ہیں) اور جس روز اللہ اِن کو اکٹھا کرے گا تو (یہی دُنیا کی زندگی اِنہیں ایسی محسُوس ہوگی) گویا یہ محض ایک گھڑی بھر آپس میں جان پہچان کرنے کو ٹھیرے تھے (اس وقت تحقیق ہو جائے گا کہ) فی الواقع سخت گھاٹے میں رہے وہ لوگ جنہوں نے اللہ کی ملاقات کو جھٹلایا اور ہرگز وہ راہِ راست پر نہ تھے |
