| 1 [8:11] | Ith yughashsheekumu alnnuAAasaamanatan minhu wayunazzilu AAalaykum mina alssama-imaan liyutahhirakum bihi wayuthhiba AAankumrijza alshshaytani waliyarbita AAalaquloobikum wayuthabbita bihi al-aqdama |  إذ يغشيكم النعاس أمنة منه وينزل عليكم من السماء ماء ليطهركم به ويذهب عنكم رجز الشيطان وليربط على قلوبكم ويثبت به الأقدامإِذْ يُغَشِّيكُمُ النُّعَاسَ أَمَنَةً مِّنْهُ وَيُنَزِّلُ عَلَيْكُم مِّن السَّمَاءِ مَاءً لِّيُطَهِّرَكُم بِهِ وَيُذْهِبَ عَنكُمْ رِجْزَ الشَّيْطَانِ وَلِيَرْبِطَ عَلَى قُلُوبِكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتَ بِهِ الْأَقْدَامَ | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| يغشيكم - He covered you| النعاس - with [the] slumber,| أمنة - a security| منه - from Him,| وينزل - and sent down| عليكم - upon you| من - from| السماء - the sky| ماء - water,| ليطهركم - so that He may purify you| به - with it,| ويذهب - and take away| عنكم - from you| رجز - evil (suggestions)| الشيطان - (of) the Shaitaan.| وليربط - And to strengthen| على - [on]| قلوبكم - your hearts| ويثبت - and make firm| به - with it| الأقدام - your feet.| | ||||||
| 2 [9:15] | Wayuthhib ghaythaquloobihim wayatoobu Allahu AAala man yashaowaAllahu AAaleemun hakeemun | ويذهب غيظ قلوبهم ويتوب الله على من يشاء والله عليم حكيم وَيُذْهِبْ غَيْظَ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَيَتُوبُ اللّهُ عَلَى مَن يَشَاءُ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ويذهب - And remove| غيظ - (the) anger| قلوبهم - (of) their hearts.| ويتوب - And Allah accepts repentance| الله - And Allah accepts repentance| على - of| من - whom| يشاء - He wills.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knower,| حكيم - All-Wise.| | ||||||
