| 1 [9:70] | Alam ya/tihim nabao allatheena minqablihim qawmi noohin waAAadin wathamooda waqawmiibraheema waas-habi madyana waalmu/tafikatiatat-hum rusuluhum bialbayyinati fama kanaAllahu liyathlimahum walakin kanooanfusahum yathlimoona |  ألم يأتهم نبأ الذين من قبلهم قوم نوح وعاد وثمود وقوم إبراهيم وأصحاب مدين والمؤتفكات أتتهم رسلهم بالبينات فما كان الله ليظلمهم ولكن كانوا أنفسهم يظلمونأَلَمْ يَأْتِهِمْ نَبَأُ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ قَوْمِ نُوحٍ وَعَادٍ وَثَمُودَ وَقَوْمِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَأَصْحَابِ مَدْيَنَ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتِ أَتَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا كَانَ اللّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ وَلَـكِن كَانُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ألم - Has not| يأتهم - come to them| نبأ - (the) news| الذين - (of) those who| من - (were) before them,| قبلهم - (were) before them,| قوم - (the) people| نوح - (of) Nuh,| وعاد - and Aad,| وثمود - and Thamud,| وقوم - and (the) people| إبراهيم - (of) Ibrahim| وأصحاب - and (the) companions| مدين - (of) Madyan,| والمؤتفكات - and the towns overturned?| أتتهم - Came to them| رسلهم - their Messengers| بالبينات - with clear proofs.| فما - And not| كان - was| الله - Allah| ليظلمهم - to wrong them| ولكن - but| كانوا - they were (to)| أنفسهم - themselves| يظلمون - doing wrong.| | ||||||
| 2 [22:43] | Waqawmu ibraheema waqawmu lootin | وقوم إبراهيم وقوم لوط وَقَوْمُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَقَوْمُ لُوطٍ | |||||

| 3 [25:37] | Waqawma noohin lamma kaththabooalrrusula aghraqnahum wajaAAalnahum lilnnasiayatan waaAAtadna lilththalimeenaAAathaban aleeman | وقوم نوح لما كذبوا الرسل أغرقناهم وجعلناهم للناس آية وأعتدنا للظالمين عذابا أليما وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ لَّمَّا كَذَّبُوا الرُّسُلَ أَغْرَقْنَاهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ لِلنَّاسِ آيَةً وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |وقوم - And (the) people| نوح - (of) Nuh,| لما - when| كذبوا - they denied| الرسل - the Messengers,| أغرقناهم - We drowned them| وجعلناهم - and We made them| للناس - for mankind| آية - a sign.| وأعتدنا - And We have prepared| للظالمين - for the wrongdoers.| عذابا - a punishment| أليما - painful.| | ||||||
| 4 [38:13] | Wathamoodu waqawmu lootin waas-habual-aykati ola-ika al-ahzabu | وثمود وقوم لوط وأصحاب الأيكة أولئك الأحزاب وَثَمُودُ وَقَوْمُ لُوطٍ وَأَصْحَابُ الْأَيْكَةِ أُوْلَئِكَ الْأَحْزَابُ | |||||
| Words | |وثمود - And Thamud| وقوم - and (the) people| لوط - (of) Lut| وأصحاب - and (the) companions| الأيكة - (of) the wood.| أولئك - Those| الأحزاب - (were) the companies.| | ||||||
| 5 [50:14] | Waas-habu al-aykati waqawmutubbaAAin kullun kaththaba alrrusula fahaqqawaAAeedi | وأصحاب الأيكة وقوم تبع كل كذب الرسل فحق وعيد وَأَصْحَابُ الْأَيْكَةِ وَقَوْمُ تُبَّعٍ كُلٌّ كَذَّبَ الرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ وَعِيدِ | |||||
| Words | |وأصحاب - And (the) companions| الأيكة - (of) the wood| وقوم - and (the) people| تبع - (of) Tubba.| كل - All| كذب - denied| الرسل - the Messengers,| فحق - so was fulfilled| وعيد - My Threat.| | ||||||
| 6 [51:46] | Waqawma noohin min qablu innahum kanooqawman fasiqeena | وقوم نوح من قبل إنهم كانوا قوما فاسقين وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِّن قَبْلُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وقوم - And (the) people| نوح - (of) Nuh| من - before;| قبل - before;| إنهم - indeed, they| كانوا - were| قوما - a people| فاسقين - defiantly disobedient.| | ||||||
| 7 [53:52] | Waqawma noohin min qablu innahum kanoohum athlama waatgha | وقوم نوح من قبل إنهم كانوا هم أظلم وأطغى وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِّن قَبْلُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا هُمْ أَظْلَمَ وَأَطْغَى | |||||
