| 1 [4:97] | Inna allatheena tawaffahumualmala-ikatu thalimee anfusihim qaloofeema kuntum qaloo kunna mustadAAafeena feeal-ardi qaloo alam takun ardu AllahiwasiAAatan fatuhajiroo feeha faola-ikama/wahum jahannamu wasaat maseeran |  إن الذين توفاهم الملائكة ظالمي أنفسهم قالوا فيم كنتم قالوا كنا مستضعفين في الأرض قالوا ألم تكن أرض الله واسعة فتهاجروا فيها فأولئك مأواهم جهنم وساءت مصيراإِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَوَفَّاهُمُ الْمَلَآئِكَةُ ظَالِمِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ قَالُواْ فِيمَ كُنتُمْ قَالُواْ كُنَّا مُسْتَضْعَفِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُواْ أَلَمْ تَكُنْ أَرْضُ اللّهِ وَاسِعَةً فَتُهَاجِرُواْ فِيهَا فَأُوْلَـئِكَ مَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَسَاءَتْ مَصِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those whom -| توفاهم - take them (in death)| الملائكة - the Angels| ظالمي - (while) they (were) wronging| أنفسهم - themselves| قالوا - they say,| فيم - "In what (condition)| كنتم - were you?"| قالوا - They said,| كنا - "We were| مستضعفين - oppressed| في - in| الأرض - the earth."| قالوا - They said,| ألم - "Not| تكن - was| أرض - (the) earth| الله - (of) Allah| واسعة - spacious (enough)| فتهاجروا - so that you (could) emigrate| فيها - in it?"| فأولئك - Then those| مأواهم - (will have) their abode| جهنم - (in) Hell -| وساءت - and it is an evil| مصيرا - destination.| | ||||||
| 2 [4:115] | Waman yushaqiqi alrrasoolamin baAAdi ma tabayyana lahu alhuda wayattabiAAghayra sabeeli almu/mineena nuwallihi ma tawallawanuslihi jahannama wasaat maseeran | ومن يشاقق الرسول من بعد ما تبين له الهدى ويتبع غير سبيل المؤمنين نوله ما تولى ونصله جهنم وساءت مصيرا وَمَن يُشَاقِقِ الرَّسُولَ مِن بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُ الْهُدَى وَيَتَّبِعْ غَيْرَ سَبِيلِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ نُوَلِّهِ مَا تَوَلَّى وَنُصْلِهِ جَهَنَّمَ وَسَاءَتْ مَصِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يشاقق - opposes| الرسول - the Messenger| من - from| بعد - after| ما - what| تبين - (has) become clear| له - to him| الهدى - (of) the guidance,| ويتبع - and he follows| غير - other than| سبيل - (the) way| المؤمنين - (of) the believers,| نوله - We will turn him| ما - (to) what| تولى - he (has) turned| ونصله - and We will burn him| جهنم - (in) Hell| وساءت - and evil it is| مصيرا - (as) a destination.| | ||||||
| 3 [18:29] | Waquli alhaqqu min rabbikum faman shaafalyu/min waman shaa falyakfur inna aAAtadnalilththalimeena naran ahatabihim suradiquha wa-in yastagheethoo yughathoobima-in kaalmuhli yashwee alwujooha bi/sa alshsharabuwasaat murtafaqan | وقل الحق من ربكم فمن شاء فليؤمن ومن شاء فليكفر إنا أعتدنا للظالمين نارا أحاط بهم سرادقها وإن يستغيثوا يغاثوا بماء كالمهل يشوي الوجوه بئس الشراب وساءت مرتفقا وَقُلِ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ فَمَن شَاءَ فَلْيُؤْمِن وَمَن شَاءَ فَلْيَكْفُرْ إِنَّا أَعْتَدْنَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ نَارًا أَحَاطَ بِهِمْ سُرَادِقُهَا وَإِن يَسْتَغِيثُوا يُغَاثُوا بِمَاءٍ كَالْمُهْلِ يَشْوِي الْوُجُوهَ بِئْسَ الشَّرَابُ وَسَاءَتْ مُرْتَفَقًا | |||||
| Words | |وقل - And say,| الحق - "The truth| من - (is) from| ربكم - your Lord,| فمن - so whoever| شاء - wills -| فليؤمن - let him believe| ومن - and whoever| شاء - wills -| فليكفر - let him disbelieve."| إنا - Indeed, We| أعتدنا - have prepared| للظالمين - for the wrongdoers| نارا - a Fire,| أحاط - will surround| بهم - them| سرادقها - its walls.| وإن - And if| يستغيثوا - they call for relief,| يغاثوا - they will be relieved| بماء - with water| كالمهل - like molten brass,| يشوي - (which) scalds| الوجوه - the faces.| بئس - Wretched| الشراب - (is) the drink,| وساءت - and evil| مرتفقا - (is) the resting place.| | ||||||
| 4 [48:6] | WayuAAaththiba almunafiqeena waalmunafiqatiwaalmushrikeena waalmushrikati alththanneenabiAllahi thanna alssaw-iAAalayhim da-iratu alssaw-i waghadiba AllahuAAalayhim walaAAanahum waaAAadda lahum jahannama wasaat maseeran | ويعذب المنافقين والمنافقات والمشركين والمشركات الظانين بالله ظن السوء عليهم دائرة السوء وغضب الله عليهم ولعنهم وأعد لهم جهنم وساءت مصيرا وَيُعَذِّبَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْمُنَافِقَاتِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ وَالْمُشْرِكَاتِ الظَّانِّينَ بِاللَّهِ ظَنَّ السَّوْءِ عَلَيْهِمْ دَائِرَةُ السَّوْءِ وَغَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَنَهُمْ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ جَهَنَّمَ وَسَاءَتْ مَصِيْرًا | |||||
| Words | |ويعذب - And He (may) punish| المنافقين - the hypocrite men| والمنافقات - and the hypocrite women| والمشركين - and the polytheist men| والمشركات - and the polytheist women,| الظانين - who assume| بالله - about Allah| ظن - an assumption| السوء - evil.| عليهم - Upon them| دائرة - (is) a turn| السوء - (of) evil,| وغضب - and Allah's wrath (is)| الله - and Allah's wrath (is)| عليهم - upon them| ولعنهم - and He has cursed them| وأعد - and prepared| لهم - for them| جهنم - Hell,| وساءت - and evil| مصيرا - (is the) destination.| | ||||||
