| 1 [18:32] | Waidrib lahum mathalanrajulayni jaAAalna li-ahadihima jannataynimin aAAnabin wahafafnahuma binakhlinwajaAAalna baynahuma zarAAan |  واضرب لهم مثلا رجلين جعلنا لأحدهما جنتين من أعناب وحففناهما بنخل وجعلنا بينهما زرعاوَاضْرِبْ لَهُم مَّثَلاً رَّجُلَيْنِ جَعَلْنَا لِأَحَدِهِمَا جَنَّتَيْنِ مِنْ أَعْنَابٍ وَحَفَفْنَاهُمَا بِنَخْلٍ وَجَعَلْنَا بَيْنَهُمَا زَرْعًا | |||||
| Words | |واضرب - And set forth| لهم - to them| مثلا - the example| رجلين - of two men:| جعلنا - We provided| لأحدهما - for one of them| جنتين - two gardens| من - of| أعناب - grapes,| وحففناهما - and We bordered them| بنخل - with date-palms,| وجعلنا - and We placed| بينهما - between both of them| زرعا - crops.| | ||||||
| 2 [18:45] | Waidrib lahum mathala alhayatialddunya kama-in anzalnahu mina alssama-ifaikhtalata bihi nabatu al-ardi faasbahahasheeman tathroohu alrriyahu wakanaAllahu AAala kulli shay-in muqtadiran | واضرب لهم مثل الحياة الدنيا كماء أنزلناه من السماء فاختلط به نبات الأرض فأصبح هشيما تذروه الرياح وكان الله على كل شيء مقتدرا وَاضْرِبْ لَهُم مَّثَلَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا كَمَاءٍ أَنزَلْنَاهُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ فَاخْتَلَطَ بِهِ نَبَاتُ الْأَرْضِ فَأَصْبَحَ هَشِيمًا تَذْرُوهُ الرِّيَاحُ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مُّقْتَدِرًا | |||||
| Words | |واضرب - And present| لهم - to them| مثل - the example| الحياة - (of) the life| الدنيا - (of) the world,| كماء - like water| أنزلناه - which We send down| من - from| السماء - the sky,| فاختلط - then mingles| به - with it| نبات - (the) vegetation| الأرض - (of) the earth| فأصبح - then becomes| هشيما - dry stalks,| تذروه - it (is) scattered| الرياح - (by) the winds.| وكان - And Allah| الله - And Allah| على - over| كل - every| شيء - thing| مقتدرا - (is) All Able.| | ||||||
