| 1 [4:97] | Inna allatheena tawaffahumualmala-ikatu thalimee anfusihim qaloofeema kuntum qaloo kunna mustadAAafeena feeal-ardi qaloo alam takun ardu AllahiwasiAAatan fatuhajiroo feeha faola-ikama/wahum jahannamu wasaat maseeran |  إن الذين توفاهم الملائكة ظالمي أنفسهم قالوا فيم كنتم قالوا كنا مستضعفين في الأرض قالوا ألم تكن أرض الله واسعة فتهاجروا فيها فأولئك مأواهم جهنم وساءت مصيراإِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَوَفَّاهُمُ الْمَلَآئِكَةُ ظَالِمِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ قَالُواْ فِيمَ كُنتُمْ قَالُواْ كُنَّا مُسْتَضْعَفِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُواْ أَلَمْ تَكُنْ أَرْضُ اللّهِ وَاسِعَةً فَتُهَاجِرُواْ فِيهَا فَأُوْلَـئِكَ مَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَسَاءَتْ مَصِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those whom -| توفاهم - take them (in death)| الملائكة - the Angels| ظالمي - (while) they (were) wronging| أنفسهم - themselves| قالوا - they say,| فيم - "In what (condition)| كنتم - were you?"| قالوا - They said,| كنا - "We were| مستضعفين - oppressed| في - in| الأرض - the earth."| قالوا - They said,| ألم - "Not| تكن - was| أرض - (the) earth| الله - (of) Allah| واسعة - spacious (enough)| فتهاجروا - so that you (could) emigrate| فيها - in it?"| فأولئك - Then those| مأواهم - (will have) their abode| جهنم - (in) Hell -| وساءت - and it is an evil| مصيرا - destination.| | ||||||
| 2 [6:147] | Fa-in kaththabooka faqul rabbukum thoorahmatin wasiAAatin wala yuraddu ba/suhuAAani alqawmi almujrimeena | فإن كذبوك فقل ربكم ذو رحمة واسعة ولا يرد بأسه عن القوم المجرمين فَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقُل رَّبُّكُمْ ذُو رَحْمَةٍ وَاسِعَةٍ وَلاَ يُرَدُّ بَأْسُهُ عَنِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - But if| كذبوك - they deny you| فقل - then say,| ربكم - "Your Lord| ذو - (is the) Possessor| رحمة - (of) Mercy| واسعة - Vast,| ولا - but not| يرد - will be turned back| بأسه - His wrath| عن - from| القوم - the people| المجرمين - (who are) criminals."| | ||||||
| 3 [29:56] | Ya AAibadiya allatheenaamanoo inna ardee wasiAAatun fa-iyyayafaoAAbudooni | يا عبادي الذين آمنوا إن أرضي واسعة فإياي فاعبدون يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّ أَرْضِي وَاسِعَةٌ فَإِيَّايَ فَاعْبُدُونِ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| عبادي - O My servants| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| إن - Indeed,| أرضي - My earth| واسعة - (is) spacious,| فإياي - so only| فاعبدون - worship Me.| | ||||||
| 4 [39:10] | Qul ya AAibadi allatheenaamanoo ittaqoo rabbakum lillatheena ahsanoofee hathihi alddunya hasanatun waarduAllahi wasiAAatun innama yuwaffa alssabiroonaajrahum bighayri hisabin | قل يا عباد الذين آمنوا اتقوا ربكم للذين أحسنوا في هذه الدنيا حسنة وأرض الله واسعة إنما يوفى الصابرون أجرهم بغير حساب قُلْ يَا عِبَادِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمْ لِلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا فِي هَذِهِ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةٌ وَأَرْضُ اللَّهِ وَاسِعَةٌ إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُم بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| يا - O| عباد - "O My slaves| الذين - [those] who| آمنوا - believe!| اتقوا - Fear| ربكم - your Lord.| للذين - For those who| أحسنوا - do good| في - in| هذه - this| الدنيا - world| حسنة - (is) good,| وأرض - and the earth| الله - (of) Allah| واسعة - (is) spacious.| إنما - Only| يوفى - will be paid back in full| الصابرون - the patient ones| أجرهم - their reward| بغير - without| حساب - account."| | ||||||
