| 1 [5:27] | Waotlu AAalayhim nabaa ibnay adamabialhaqqi ith qarraba qurbananfatuqubbila min ahadihima walam yutaqabbal mina al-akhariqala laaqtulannaka qala innama yataqabbaluAllahu mina almuttaqeena |  واتل عليهم نبأ ابني آدم بالحق إذ قربا قربانا فتقبل من أحدهما ولم يتقبل من الآخر قال لأقتلنك قال إنما يتقبل الله من المتقينوَاتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ ابْنَيْ آدَمَ بِالْحَقِّ إِذْ قَرَّبَا قُرْبَانًا فَتُقُبِّلَ مِن أَحَدِهِمَا وَلَمْ يُتَقَبَّلْ مِنَ الْآخَرِ قَالَ لَأَقْتُلَنَّكَ قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَتَقَبَّلُ اللّهُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |واتل - And recite| عليهم - to them| نبأ - the story| ابني - (of) two sons| آدم - (of) Adam,| بالحق - in truth,| إذ - when| قربا - both offered| قربانا - a sacrifice,| فتقبل - and it was accepted| من - from| أحدهما - one of them| ولم - and not| يتقبل - was accepted| من - from| الآخر - the other.| قال - Said (the latter),| لأقتلنك - "Surely I will kill you."| قال - Said (the former),| إنما - "Only| يتقبل - accepts| الله - (does) Allah| من - from| المتقين - the God fearing.| | ||||||
| 2 [7:175] | Waotlu AAalayhim nabaa allatheeataynahu ayatina fainsalakhaminha faatbaAAahu alshshaytanu fakanamina alghaweena | واتل عليهم نبأ الذي آتيناه آياتنا فانسلخ منها فأتبعه الشيطان فكان من الغاوين وَاتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ الَّذِيَ آتَيْنَاهُ آيَاتِنَا فَانسَلَخَ مِنْهَا فَأَتْبَعَهُ الشَّيْطَانُ فَكَانَ مِنَ الْغَاوِينَ | |||||
| Words | |واتل - And recite| عليهم - to them| نبأ - (the) story| الذي - (of the) one whom| آتيناه - We gave [him]| آياتنا - Our Verses,| فانسلخ - but he detached| منها - [from] them,| فأتبعه - so followed him| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| فكان - and he became| من - of| الغاوين - those gone astray.| | ||||||
| 3 [10:71] | Waotlu AAalayhim nabaa noohinith qala liqawmihi ya qawmi in kanakabura AAalaykum maqamee watathkeeree bi-ayatiAllahi faAAala Allahi tawakkaltu faajmiAAooamrakum washurakaakum thumma la yakun amrukumAAalaykum ghummatan thumma iqdoo ilayya wala tunthirooni | واتل عليهم نبأ نوح إذ قال لقومه يا قوم إن كان كبر عليكم مقامي وتذكيري بآيات الله فعلى الله توكلت فأجمعوا أمركم وشركاءكم ثم لا يكن أمركم عليكم غمة ثم اقضوا إلي ولا تنظرون وَاتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ نُوحٍ إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ يَا قَوْمِ إِن كَانَ كَبُرَ عَلَيْكُم مَّقَامِي وَتَذْكِيرِي بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ فَعَلَى اللّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ فَأَجْمِعُواْ أَمْرَكُمْ وَشُرَكَاءَكُمْ ثُمَّ لاَ يَكُنْ أَمْرُكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ غُمَّةً ثُمَّ اقْضُواْ إِلَيَّ وَلاَ تُنظِرُونِ | |||||
| Words | |واتل - And recite| عليهم - to them| نبأ - the news| نوح - (of) Nuh| إذ - when| قال - he said| لقومه - to his people,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| إن - If| كان - is| كبر - hard| عليكم - on you| مقامي - my stay| وتذكيري - and my reminding| بآيات - the Signs of Allah,| الله - the Signs of Allah,| فعلى - then on| الله - Allah| توكلت - I put my trust.| فأجمعوا - So you all resolve| أمركم - your plan| وشركاءكم - and your partners.| ثم - Then| لا - let not be| يكن - let not be| أمركم - (in) your plan| عليكم - for you| غمة - any doubt.| ثم - Then| اقضوا - carry (it out)| إلي - upon me| ولا - and (do) not| تنظرون - give me respite.| | ||||||
| 4 [18:27] | Waotlu ma oohiya ilaykamin kitabi rabbika la mubaddila likalimatihiwalan tajida min doonihi multahadan | واتل ما أوحي إليك من كتاب ربك لا مبدل لكلماته ولن تجد من دونه ملتحدا وَاتْلُ مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ مِن كِتَابِ رَبِّكَ لاَ مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَاتِهِ وَلَن تَجِدَ مِن دُونِهِ مُلْتَحَدًا | |||||
| Words | |واتل - And recite| ما - what| أوحي - has been revealed| إليك - to you| من - of| كتاب - the Book| ربك - (of) your Lord.| لا - None| مبدل - can change| لكلماته - His Words| ولن - and never| تجد - you will find| من - besides Him| دونه - besides Him| ملتحدا - a refuge.| | ||||||
