| 1 [19:3] | Ith nada rabbahu nidaankhafiyyan |  إذ نادى ربه نداء خفياإِذْ نَادَى رَبَّهُ نِدَاءً خَفِيًّا | |||||

| 2 [21:76] | Wanoohan ith nadamin qablu faistajabna lahu fanajjaynahuwaahlahu mina alkarbi alAAatheemi | ونوحا إذ نادى من قبل فاستجبنا له فنجيناه وأهله من الكرب العظيم وَنُوحًا إِذْ نَادَى مِن قَبْلُ فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ فَنَجَّيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ مِنَ الْكَرْبِ الْعَظِيمِ | |||||
| Words | |ونوحا - And Nuh,| إذ - when| نادى - he called| من - before,| قبل - before,| فاستجبنا - so We responded| له - to him| فنجيناه - and We saved him| وأهله - and his family| من - from| الكرب - the affliction,| العظيم - [the] great.| | ||||||
| 3 [21:83] | Waayyooba ith nadarabbahu annee massaniya alddurru waanta arhamualrrahimeena | وأيوب إذ نادى ربه أني مسني الضر وأنت أرحم الراحمين وَأَيُّوبَ إِذْ نَادَى رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وأيوب - And Ayub,| إذ - when| نادى - he called| ربه - (to) his Lord,| أني - "Indeed, [I]| مسني - has touched me| الضر - the adversity,| وأنت - and You| أرحم - (are) Most Merciful| الراحمين - (of) the Merciful."| | ||||||
| 4 [21:89] | Wazakariyya ith nadarabbahu rabbi la tatharnee fardan waanta khayru alwaritheena | وزكريا إذ نادى ربه رب لا تذرني فردا وأنت خير الوارثين وَزَكَرِيَّا إِذْ نَادَى رَبَّهُ رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وزكريا - And Zakariya,| إذ - when| نادى - he called| ربه - (to) his Lord,| رب - "My Lord!| لا - (Do) not| تذرني - leave me| فردا - alone,| وأنت - while You| خير - (are) [the] Best| الوارثين - (of) the inheritors."| | ||||||

| 7 [68:48] | Faisbir lihukmi rabbikawala takun kasahibi alhooti ith nadawahuwa makthoomun | فاصبر لحكم ربك ولا تكن كصاحب الحوت إذ نادى وهو مكظوم فَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ وَلَا تَكُن كَصَاحِبِ الْحُوتِ إِذْ نَادَى وَهُوَ مَكْظُومٌ | |||||
| Words | |فاصبر - So be patient| لحكم - for (the) decision| ربك - (of) your Lord,| ولا - and (do) not| تكن - be| كصاحب - like (the) companion| الحوت - (of) the fish,| إذ - when| نادى - he called out,| وهو - while he| مكظوم - (was) distressed.| | ||||||
