| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[16:101] | Wa-itha baddalna ayatanmakana ayatin waAllahu aAAlamu bimayunazzilu qaloo innama anta muftarin bal aktharuhumla yaAAlamoona
|  وإذا بدلنا آية مكان آية والله أعلم بما ينزل قالوا إنما أنت مفتر بل أكثرهم لا يعلمون
وَإِذَا بَدَّلْنَا آيَةً مَّكَانَ آيَةٍ وَاللّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يُنَزِّلُ قَالُواْ إِنَّمَا أَنتَ مُفْتَرٍ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ |
| Words | |وإذا - And when| بدلنا - We substitute| آية - a Verse| مكان - (in) place| آية - (of) a Verse,| والله - and Allah -| أعلم - (is) most knowing| بما - of what| ينزل - He sends down| قالوا - they say,| إنما - "Only| أنت - you| مفتر - (are) an inventor."| بل - Nay,| أكثرهم - most of them| لا - (do) not| يعلمون - know.| |
