| 3 [2:194] | Alshshahru alharamu bialshshahrialharami waalhurumatu qisasunfamani iAAtada AAalaykum faiAAtadoo AAalayhibimithli ma iAAtada AAalaykum waittaqoo AllahawaiAAlamoo anna Allaha maAAa almuttaqeena | الشهر الحرام بالشهر الحرام والحرمات قصاص فمن اعتدى عليكم فاعتدوا عليه بمثل ما اعتدى عليكم واتقوا الله واعلموا أن الله مع المتقين الشَّهْرُ الْحَرَامُ بِالشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ وَالْحُرُمَاتُ قِصَاصٌ فَمَنِ اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ فَاعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |الشهر - The month| الحرام - [the] sacred| بالشهر - (is) for the month| الحرام - [the] sacred,| والحرمات - and for all the violations| قصاص - (is) legal retribution.| فمن - Then whoever| اعتدى - transgressed| عليكم - upon you| فاعتدوا - then you transgress| عليه - on him| بمثل - in (the) same manner| ما - (as)| اعتدى - he transgressed| عليكم - upon you.| واتقوا - And fear| الله - Allah| واعلموا - and know| أن - that| الله - Allah| مع - (is) with| المتقين - those who fear (Him).| | ||||||
| 4 [2:249] | Falamma fasala talootubialjunoodi qala inna Allaha mubtaleekumbinaharin faman shariba minhu falaysa minnee waman lam yatAAamhufa-innahu minnee illa mani ightarafa ghurfatan biyadihifashariboo minhu illa qaleelan minhum falamma jawazahuhuwa waallatheena amanoo maAAahu qaloola taqata lana alyawma bijalootawajunoodihi qala allatheena yathunnoonaannahum mulaqoo Allahi kam min fi-atin qaleelatinghalabat fi-atan katheeratan bi-ithni Allahi waAllahumaAAa alssabireena | فلما فصل طالوت بالجنود قال إن الله مبتليكم بنهر فمن شرب منه فليس مني ومن لم يطعمه فإنه مني إلا من اغترف غرفة بيده فشربوا منه إلا قليلا منهم فلما جاوزه هو والذين آمنوا معه قالوا لا طاقة لنا اليوم بجالوت وجنوده قال الذين يظنون أنهم ملاقو الله كم من فئة قليلة غلبت فئة كثيرة بإذن الله والله مع الصابرين فَلَمَّا فَصَلَ طَالُوتُ بِالْجُنُودِ قَالَ إِنَّ اللّهَ مُبْتَلِيكُم بِنَهَرٍ فَمَن شَرِبَ مِنْهُ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَمَن لَّمْ يَطْعَمْهُ فَإِنَّهُ مِنِّي إِلاَّ مَنِ اغْتَرَفَ غُرْفَةً بِيَدِهِ فَشَرِبُواْ مِنْهُ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً مِّنْهُمْ فَلَمَّا جَاوَزَهُ هُوَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مَعَهُ قَالُواْ لاَ طَاقَةَ لَنَا الْيَوْمَ بِجَالُوتَ وَجُنُودِهِ قَالَ الَّذِينَ يَظُنُّونَ أَنَّهُم مُّلاَقُو اللّهِ كَم مِّن فِئَةٍ قَلِيلَةٍ غَلَبَتْ فِئَةً كَثِيرَةً بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - Then when| فصل - set out| طالوت - Talut| بالجنود - with the forces| قال - he said,| إن - "Indeed,| الله - Allah| مبتليكم - will test you| بنهر - with a river.| فمن - So whoever| شرب - drinks| منه - from it| فليس - then he is not| مني - from me,| ومن - and whoever| لم - (does) not| يطعمه - taste it| فإنه - then indeed, he| مني - (is) from me| إلا - except| من - whoever| اغترف - takes| غرفة - (in the) hollow| بيده - (of) his hand."| فشربوا - Then they drank| منه - from it| إلا - except| قليلا - a few| منهم - of them.| فلما - Then when| جاوزه - he crossed it,| هو - he| والذين - and those who| آمنوا - believed| معه - with him,| قالوا - they said,| لا - "No| طاقة - strength| لنا - for us| اليوم - today| بجالوت - against Jalut| وجنوده - and his troops."| قال - Said| الذين - those who| يظنون - were certain| أنهم - that they| ملاقو - (would) meet| الله - Allah,| كم - "How many| من - of| فئة - a company| قليلة - small| غلبت - overcame| فئة - a company| كثيرة - large| بإذن - by (the) permission| الله - (of) Allah.| والله - And Allah| مع - (is) with| الصابرين - the patient ones."| | ||||||
| 5 [3:43] | Ya maryamu oqnutee lirabbiki waosjudeewairkaAAee maAAa alrrakiAAeena | يا مريم اقنتي لربك واسجدي واركعي مع الراكعين يَا مَرْيَمُ اقْنُتِي لِرَبِّكِ وَاسْجُدِي وَارْكَعِي مَعَ الرَّاكِعِينَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| مريم - "O Maryam!| اقنتي - Be obedient| لربك - to your Lord| واسجدي - and prostrate| واركعي - and bow down| مع - with| الراكعين - those who bow down."| | ||||||
| 6 [3:53] | Rabbana amanna bimaanzalta waittabaAAna alrrasoola faoktubnamaAAa alshshahideena | ربنا آمنا بما أنزلت واتبعنا الرسول فاكتبنا مع الشاهدين رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا بِمَا أَنزَلْتَ وَاتَّبَعْنَا الرَّسُولَ فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ربنا - Our Lord,| آمنا - we believe[d]| بما - in what| أنزلت - You revealed| واتبعنا - and we follow[ed]| الرسول - the Messenger,| فاكتبنا - then write us| مع - among| الشاهدين - the witnesses."| | ||||||
| 7 [3:193] | Rabbana innana samiAAnamunadiyan yunadee lil-eemani an aminoobirabbikum faamanna rabbana faighfirlana thunoobana wakaffir AAannasayyi-atina watawaffana maAAa al-abrari | ربنا إننا سمعنا مناديا ينادي للإيمان أن آمنوا بربكم فآمنا ربنا فاغفر لنا ذنوبنا وكفر عنا سيئاتنا وتوفنا مع الأبرار رَّبَّنَا إِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي لِلْإِيمَانِ أَنْ آمِنُواْ بِرَبِّكُمْ فَآمَنَّا رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الْأَبْرَارِ | |||||
| Words | |ربنا - Our Lord,| إننا - indeed we| سمعنا - [we] heard| مناديا - a caller| ينادي - calling| للإيمان - to the faith| أن - that| آمنوا - "Believe| بربكم - in your Lord,"| فآمنا - so we have believed.| ربنا - Our Lord| فاغفر - so forgive| لنا - for us| ذنوبنا - our sins| وكفر - and remove| عنا - from us| سيئاتنا - our evil deeds,| وتوفنا - and cause us to die| مع - with| الأبرار - the righteous.| | ||||||
| 8 [4:69] | Waman yutiAAi Allaha waalrrasoolafaola-ika maAAa allatheena anAAama AllahuAAalayhim mina alnnabiyyeena waalssiddeeqeenawaalshshuhada-i waalssaliheenawahasuna ola-ika rafeeqan | ومن يطع الله والرسول فأولئك مع الذين أنعم الله عليهم من النبيين والصديقين والشهداء والصالحين وحسن أولئك رفيقا وَمَن يُطِعِ اللّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ اللّهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَالصَّالِحِينَ وَحَسُنَ أُولَـئِكَ رَفِيقًا | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يطع - obeys| الله - Allah| والرسول - and the Messenger| فأولئك - then those| مع - (will be) with| الذين - those whom| أنعم - has bestowed (His) Favor| الله - Allah| عليهم - upon them -| من - of| النبيين - the Prophets,| والصديقين - and the truthful,| والشهداء - and the martyrs,| والصالحين - and the righteous.| وحسن - And excellent| أولئك - (are) those| رفيقا - companion(s).| | ||||||
| 9 [4:146] | Illa allatheena taboowaaslahoo waiAAtasamoo biAllahiwaakhlasoo deenahum lillahi faola-ika maAAaalmu/mineena wasawfa yu/ti Allahu almu/mineena ajran AAatheeman | إلا الذين تابوا وأصلحوا واعتصموا بالله وأخلصوا دينهم لله فأولئك مع المؤمنين وسوف يؤت الله المؤمنين أجرا عظيما إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ تَابُواْ وَأَصْلَحُواْ وَاعْتَصَمُواْ بِاللّهِ وَأَخْلَصُواْ دِينَهُمْ لِلّهِ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ مَعَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَسَوْفَ يُؤْتِ اللّهُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |إلا - Except| الذين - those who| تابوا - repent| وأصلحوا - and correct (themselves)| واعتصموا - and hold fast| بالله - to Allah| وأخلصوا - and are sincere| دينهم - (in) their religion| لله - for Allah,| فأولئك - then those (will be)| مع - with| المؤمنين - the believers.| وسوف - And soon| يؤت - will be given| الله - (by) Allah| المؤمنين - the believers| أجرا - a reward,| عظيما - great.| | ||||||
| 10 [5:83] | Wa-itha samiAAoo ma onzila ilaalrrasooli tara aAAyunahum tafeedu mina alddamAAimimma AAarafoo mina alhaqqi yaqooloona rabbanaamanna faoktubna maAAa alshshahideena | وإذا سمعوا ما أنزل إلى الرسول ترى أعينهم تفيض من الدمع مما عرفوا من الحق يقولون ربنا آمنا فاكتبنا مع الشاهدين وَإِذَا سَمِعُواْ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ تَرَى أَعْيُنَهُمْ تَفِيضُ مِنَ الدَّمْعِ مِمَّا عَرَفُواْ مِنَ الْحَقِّ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| سمعوا - they listen| ما - (to) what| أنزل - has been revealed| إلى - to| الرسول - the Messenger,| ترى - you see| أعينهم - their eyes| تفيض - overflowing| من - with| الدمع - the tears,| مما - for what| عرفوا - they recognized| من - of| الحق - the truth.| يقولون - They say,| ربنا - "Our Lord,| آمنا - we have believed| فاكتبنا - so write us| مع - with| الشاهدين - the witnesses.| | ||||||
| 11 [5:84] | Wama lana la nu/minu biAllahiwama jaana mina alhaqqi wanatmaAAuan yudkhilana rabbuna maAAa alqawmi alssaliheena | وما لنا لا نؤمن بالله وما جاءنا من الحق ونطمع أن يدخلنا ربنا مع القوم الصالحين وَمَا لَنَا لاَ نُؤْمِنُ بِاللّهِ وَمَا جَاءَنَا مِنَ الْحَقِّ وَنَطْمَعُ أَن يُدْخِلَنَا رَبُّنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الصَّالِحِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And what| لنا - for us (that)| لا - not| نؤمن - we believe| بالله - in Allah| وما - and what| جاءنا - came (to) us| من - from| الحق - the truth?| ونطمع - And we hope| أن - that| يدخلنا - will admit us| ربنا - our Lord| مع - with| القوم - the people,| الصالحين - the righteous."| | ||||||
| 12 [6:19] | Qul ayyu shay-in akbaru shahadatanquli Allahu shaheedun baynee wabaynakum waoohiyailayya hatha alqur-anu li-onthirakum bihiwaman balagha a-innakum latashhadoona anna maAAa Allahi alihatanokhra qul la ashhadu qul innama huwa ilahunwahidun wa-innanee baree-on mimma tushrikoona | قل أي شيء أكبر شهادة قل الله شهيد بيني وبينكم وأوحي إلي هذا القرآن لأنذركم به ومن بلغ أئنكم لتشهدون أن مع الله آلهة أخرى قل لا أشهد قل إنما هو إله واحد وإنني بريء مما تشركون قُلْ أَيُّ شَيْءٍ أَكْبَرُ شَهَادَةً قُلِ اللّهُ شَهِيدٌ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ وَأُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ هَذَا الْقُرْآنُ لِأُنذِرَكُم بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ مَعَ اللّهِ آلِهَةً أُخْرَى قُل لاَّ أَشْهَدُ قُلْ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَـهٌ وَاحِدٌ وَإِنَّنِي بَرِيءٌ مِّمَّا تُشْرِكُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أي - "What| شيء - thing| أكبر - (is) greatest| شهادة - (as) a testimony?"| قل - Say,| الله - "Allah| شهيد - (is) Witness| بيني - between me| وبينكم - and between you,| وأوحي - and has been revealed| إلي - to me| هذا - this| القرآن - [the] Quran| لأنذركم - that I may warn you| به - with it| ومن - and whoever| بلغ - it reaches.| أئنكم - Do you truly| لتشهدون - testify| أن - that| مع - with| الله - Allah| آلهة - (there are) gods| أخرى - other?"| قل - Say,| لا - Not| أشهد - (do) I testify.| قل - Say,| إنما - "Only| هو - He| إله - (is) God,| واحد - One.| وإنني - and indeed, I am| بريء - free| مما - of what| تشركون - you associate (with Him).| | ||||||
| 13 [6:68] | Wa-itha raayta allatheenayakhoodoona fee ayatina faaAAridAAanhum hatta yakhoodoo fee hadeethinghayrihi wa-imma yunsiyannaka alshshaytanufala taqAAud baAAda alththikra maAAaalqawmi alththalimeena | وإذا رأيت الذين يخوضون في آياتنا فأعرض عنهم حتى يخوضوا في حديث غيره وإما ينسينك الشيطان فلا تقعد بعد الذكرى مع القوم الظالمين وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَ الَّذِينَ يَخُوضُونَ فِي آيَاتِنَا فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّى يَخُوضُواْ فِي حَدِيثٍ غَيْرِهِ وَإِمَّا يُنسِيَنَّكَ الشَّيْطَانُ فَلاَ تَقْعُدْ بَعْدَ الذِّكْرَى مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| رأيت - you see| الذين - those who| يخوضون - engage (in vain talks)| في - about| آياتنا - Our Verses,| فأعرض - then turn away| عنهم - from them| حتى - until| يخوضوا - they engage| في - in| حديث - a talk| غيره - other than it.| وإما - And if| ينسينك - causes you to forget| الشيطان - the Shaitaan,| فلا - then (do) not| تقعد - sit| بعد - after| الذكرى - the reminder| مع - with| القوم - the people -| الظالمين - the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 14 [7:47] | Wa-itha surifat absaruhumtilqaa as-habi alnnari qaloorabbana la tajAAalna maAAa alqawmi alththalimeena | وإذا صرفت أبصارهم تلقاء أصحاب النار قالوا ربنا لا تجعلنا مع القوم الظالمين وَإِذَا صُرِفَتْ أَبْصَارُهُمْ تِلْقَاءَ أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ قَالُواْ رَبَّنَا لاَ تَجْعَلْنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| صرفت - are turned| أبصارهم - their eyes| تلقاء - towards| أصحاب - (the) companions| النار - (of) the Fire,| قالوا - they (will) say,| ربنا - "Our Lord!| لا - (Do) not| تجعلنا - place us| مع - with| القوم - the people -| الظالمين - the wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 15 [7:150] | Walamma rajaAAa moosa ilaqawmihi ghadbana asifan qala bi/samakhalaftumoonee min baAAdee aAAajiltum amra rabbikum waalqa al-alwahawaakhatha bira/si akheehi yajurruhu ilayhi qalaibna omma inna alqawma istadAAafoonee wakadooyaqtuloonanee fala tushmit biya al-aAAdaa walatajAAalnee maAAa alqawmi alththalimeena | ولما رجع موسى إلى قومه غضبان أسفا قال بئسما خلفتموني من بعدي أعجلتم أمر ربكم وألقى الألواح وأخذ برأس أخيه يجره إليه قال ابن أم إن القوم استضعفوني وكادوا يقتلونني فلا تشمت بي الأعداء ولا تجعلني مع القوم الظالمين وَلَمَّا رَجَعَ مُوسَى إِلَى قَوْمِهِ غَضْبَانَ أَسِفًا قَالَ بِئْسَمَا خَلَفْتُمُونِي مِن بَعْدِيَ أَعَجِلْتُمْ أَمْرَ رَبِّكُمْ وَأَلْقَى الْأَلْوَاحَ وَأَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ أَخِيهِ يَجُرُّهُ إِلَيْهِ قَالَ ابْنَ أُمَّ إِنَّ الْقَوْمَ اسْتَضْعَفُونِي وَكَادُواْ يَقْتُلُونَنِي فَلاَ تُشْمِتْ بِيَ الْأَعْدَاءَ وَلاَ تَجْعَلْنِي مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| رجع - returned| موسى - Musa| إلى - to| قومه - his people -| غضبان - angry,| أسفا - and grieved,| قال - he said,| بئسما - "Evil is what| خلفتموني - you have done in my place| من - from| بعدي - after me.| أعجلتم - Were you impatient| أمر - (over the) matter| ربكم - (of) your Lord?"| وألقى - And he cast down| الألواح - the tablets| وأخذ - and seized| برأس - by head,| أخيه - his brother| يجره - dragging him| إليه - to himself.| قال - He said,| ابن - "O son| أم - (of) my mother!| إن - Indeed,| القوم - the people| استضعفوني - considered me weak| وكادوا - and were about to| يقتلونني - kill me.| فلا - So (let) not| تشمت - rejoice| بي - over me| الأعداء - the enemies,| ولا - and (do) not| تجعلني - place me| مع - with| القوم - the people| الظالمين - (who are) wrongdoing.| | ||||||
| 16 [8:19] | In tastaftihoo faqad jaakumualfathu wa-in tantahoo fahuwa khayrun lakum wa-intaAAoodoo naAAud walan tughniya AAankum fi-atukum shay-an walawkathurat waanna Allaha maAAa almu/mineena | إن تستفتحوا فقد جاءكم الفتح وإن تنتهوا فهو خير لكم وإن تعودوا نعد ولن تغني عنكم فئتكم شيئا ولو كثرت وأن الله مع المؤمنين إِن تَسْتَفْتِحُواْ فَقَدْ جَاءَكُمُ الْفَتْحُ وَإِن تَنتَهُواْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَإِن تَعُودُواْ نَعُدْ وَلَن تُغْنِيَ عَنكُمْ فِئَتُكُمْ شَيْئًا وَلَوْ كَثُرَتْ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - If| تستفتحوا - you ask for victory| فقد - then certainly| جاءكم - has come to you| الفتح - the victory.| وإن - And if| تنتهوا - you desist,| فهو - then it (is)| خير - good| لكم - for you,| وإن - but if| تعودوا - you return,| نعد - We will return (too).| ولن - And never| تغني - will avail| عنكم - you| فئتكم - your forces| شيئا - anything,| ولو - even if| كثرت - (they are) numerous.| وأن - And that| الله - Allah| مع - (is) with| المؤمنين - the believers.| | ||||||
| 17 [8:46] | WaateeAAoo Allaha warasoolahuwala tanazaAAoo fatafshaloo watathhaba reehukumwaisbiroo inna Allaha maAAa alssabireena | وأطيعوا الله ورسوله ولا تنازعوا فتفشلوا وتذهب ريحكم واصبروا إن الله مع الصابرين وَأَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَلاَ تَنَازَعُواْ فَتَفْشَلُواْ وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ وَاصْبِرُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ | |||||

| 18 [8:66] | Al-ana khaffafa Allahu AAankumwaAAalima anna feekum daAAfan fa-in yakun minkum mi-atun sabiratunyaghliboo mi-atayni wa-in yakun minkum alfun yaghliboo alfaynibi-ithni Allahi waAllahu maAAa alssabireena | الآن خفف الله عنكم وعلم أن فيكم ضعفا فإن يكن منكم مائة صابرة يغلبوا مائتين وإن يكن منكم ألف يغلبوا ألفين بإذن الله والله مع الصابرين الْآنَ خَفَّفَ اللّهُ عَنكُمْ وَعَلِمَ أَنَّ فِيكُمْ ضَعْفًا فَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُم مِّئَةٌ صَابِرَةٌ يَغْلِبُواْ مِئَتَيْنِ وَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُمْ أَلْفٌ يَغْلِبُواْ أَلْفَيْنِ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |الآن - Now| خفف - has (been) lightened| الله - (by) Allah| عنكم - for you,| وعلم - and He knows| أن - that| فيكم - in you| ضعفا - (there) is weakness.| فإن - So if| يكن - (there) are| منكم - among you| مائة - a hundred| صابرة - steadfast,| يغلبوا - they will overcome| مائتين - two hundred.| وإن - And if| يكن - (there) are| منكم - among you| ألف - a thousand,| يغلبوا - they will overcome| ألفين - two thousand| بإذن - with (the) permission| الله - (of) Allah.| والله - And Allah| مع - (is) with| الصابرين - the steadfast.| | ||||||
| 19 [9:36] | Inna AAiddata alshshuhoori AAinda Allahiithna AAashara shahran fee kitabi Allahiyawma khalaqa alssamawati waal-ardaminha arbaAAatun hurumun thalika alddeenualqayyimu fala tathlimoo feehinna anfusakumwaqatiloo almushrikeena kaffatan kama yuqatiloonakumkaffatan waiAAlamoo anna Allaha maAAaalmuttaqeena | إن عدة الشهور عند الله اثنا عشر شهرا في كتاب الله يوم خلق السماوات والأرض منها أربعة حرم ذلك الدين القيم فلا تظلموا فيهن أنفسكم وقاتلوا المشركين كافة كما يقاتلونكم كافة واعلموا أن الله مع المتقين إِنَّ عِدَّةَ الشُّهُورِ عِندَ اللّهِ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا فِي كِتَابِ اللّهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَات وَالأَرْضَ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ ذَلِكَ الدِّينُ الْقَيِّمُ فَلاَ تَظْلِمُواْ فِيهِنَّ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَقَاتِلُواْ الْمُشْرِكِينَ كَآفَّةً كَمَا يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ كَآفَّةً وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| عدة - (the) number| الشهور - (of) the months| عند - with| الله - Allah| اثنا - (is) twelve| عشر - (is) twelve| شهرا - months| في - in| كتاب - (the) ordinance| الله - (of) Allah| يوم - (from the) Day| خلق - He created| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth;| منها - of them,| أربعة - four| حرم - (are) sacred.| ذلك - That| الدين - (is) the religion| القيم - the upright,| فلا - so (do) not| تظلموا - wrong| فيهن - therein| أنفسكم - yourselves.| وقاتلوا - And fight| المشركين - the polytheists| كافة - all together,| كما - as| يقاتلونكم - they fight you| كافة - all together.| واعلموا - And know| أن - that| الله - Allah| مع - (is) with| المتقين - the righteous.| | ||||||
| 20 [9:46] | Walaw aradoo alkhurooja laaAAaddoolahu AAuddatan walakin kariha Allahu inbiAAathahumfathabbatahum waqeela oqAAudoo maAAa alqaAAideena | ولو أرادوا الخروج لأعدوا له عدة ولكن كره الله انبعاثهم فثبطهم وقيل اقعدوا مع القاعدين وَلَوْ أَرَادُواْ الْخُرُوجَ لَأَعَدُّواْ لَهُ عُدَّةً وَلَـكِن كَرِهَ اللّهُ انبِعَاثَهُمْ فَثَبَّطَهُمْ وَقِيلَ اقْعُدُواْ مَعَ الْقَاعِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| أرادوا - they had wished| الخروج - (to) go forth,| لأعدوا - surely they (would) have prepared| له - for it| عدة - (some) preparation.| ولكن - But| كره - Allah disliked| الله - Allah disliked| انبعاثهم - their being sent,| فثبطهم - so He made them lag behind| وقيل - and it was said,| اقعدوا - "Sit| مع - with| القاعدين - those who sit."| | ||||||
