| 1 [4:43] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoola taqraboo alssalata waantum sukarahatta taAAlamoo ma taqooloona walajunuban illa AAabiree sabeelin hattataghtasiloo wa-in kuntum marda aw AAala safarin awjaa ahadun minkum mina algha-iti aw lamastumualnnisaa falam tajidoo maan fatayammamoo saAAeedantayyiban faimsahoo biwujoohikum waaydeekuminna Allaha kana AAafuwwan ghafooran |  يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تقربوا الصلاة وأنتم سكارى حتى تعلموا ما تقولون ولا جنبا إلا عابري سبيل حتى تغتسلوا وإن كنتم مرضى أو على سفر أو جاء أحد منكم من الغائط أو لامستم النساء فلم تجدوا ماء فتيمموا صعيدا طيبا فامسحوا بوجوهكم وأيديكم إن الله كان عفوا غفورايَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَقْرَبُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَأَنتُمْ سُكَارَى حَتَّى تَعْلَمُواْ مَا تَقُولُونَ وَلاَ جُنُبًا إِلاَّ عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلُواْ وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِّنكُم مِّنَ الْغَآئِطِ أَوْ لاَمَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَلَمْ تَجِدُواْ مَاءً فَتَيَمَّمُواْ صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُواْ بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًا | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe[d]!| لا - (Do) not| تقربوا - go near| الصلاة - the prayer| وأنتم - while you| سكارى - (are) intoxicated| حتى - until| تعلموا - you know| ما - what| تقولون - you are saying| ولا - and not| جنبا - (when you are) impure| إلا - except| عابري - (when) passing| سبيل - (through) a way| حتى - until| تغتسلوا - you have bathed.| وإن - And if| كنتم - you are| مرضى - ill| أو - or| على - on| سفر - a journey| أو - or| جاء - came| أحد - one| منكم - of you| من - from| الغائط - the toilet,| أو - or| لامستم - you have touched| النساء - the women| فلم - and not| تجدوا - you find| ماء - water,| فتيمموا - then do tayammum| صعيدا - (with) earth| طيبا - clean| فامسحوا - and wipe (with it)| بوجوهكم - your faces| وأيديكم - and your hands.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| عفوا - Oft-Pardoning,| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving.| | ||||||
| 2 [4:102] | Wa-itha kunta feehim faaqamta lahumualssalata faltaqum ta-ifatun minhummaAAaka walya/khuthoo aslihatahum fa-ithasajadoo falyakoonoo min wara-ikum walta/ti ta-ifatunokhra lam yusalloo falyusalloo maAAakawalya/khuthoo hithrahum waaslihatahumwadda allatheena kafaroo law taghfuloona AAan aslihatikumwaamtiAAatikum fayameeloona AAalaykum maylatan wahidatanwala junaha AAalaykum in kana bikum athanmin matarin aw kuntum marda an tadaAAoo aslihatakumwakhuthoo hithrakum inna AllahaaAAadda lilkafireena AAathaban muheenan | وإذا كنت فيهم فأقمت لهم الصلاة فلتقم طائفة منهم معك وليأخذوا أسلحتهم فإذا سجدوا فليكونوا من ورائكم ولتأت طائفة أخرى لم يصلوا فليصلوا معك وليأخذوا حذرهم وأسلحتهم ود الذين كفروا لو تغفلون عن أسلحتكم وأمتعتكم فيميلون عليكم ميلة واحدة ولا جناح عليكم إن كان بكم أذى من مطر أو كنتم مرضى أن تضعوا أسلحتكم وخذوا حذركم إن الله أعد للكافرين عذابا مهينا وَإِذَا كُنتَ فِيهِمْ فَأَقَمْتَ لَهُمُ الصَّلاَةَ فَلْتَقُمْ طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنْهُم مَّعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُواْ أَسْلِحَتَهُمْ فَإِذَا سَجَدُواْ فَلْيَكُونُواْ مِن وَرَآئِكُمْ وَلْتَأْتِ طَآئِفَةٌ أُخْرَى لَمْ يُصَلُّواْ فَلْيُصَلُّواْ مَعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُواْ حِذْرَهُمْ وَأَسْلِحَتَهُمْ وَدَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوْ تَغْفُلُونَ عَنْ أَسْلِحَتِكُمْ وَأَمْتِعَتِكُمْ فَيَمِيلُونَ عَلَيْكُم مَّيْلَةً وَاحِدَةً وَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِن كَانَ بِكُمْ أَذًى مِّن مَّطَرٍ أَوْ كُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَن تَضَعُواْ أَسْلِحَتَكُمْ وَخُذُواْ حِذْرَكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| كنت - you are| فيهم - among them| فأقمت - and you lead| لهم - for them| الصلاة - the prayer,| فلتقم - then let stand| طائفة - a group| منهم - of them| معك - with you| وليأخذوا - and let them take| أسلحتهم - their arms.| فإذا - Then when| سجدوا - they have prostrated,| فليكونوا - then let them be| من - from| ورائكم - behind you| ولتأت - and let come (forward)| طائفة - a group -| أخرى - other,| لم - (which has) not| يصلوا - prayed,| فليصلوا - and let them pray| معك - with you| وليأخذوا - and let them take| حذرهم - their precautions| وأسلحتهم - and their arms.| ود - Wished| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| لو - if| تغفلون - you neglect| عن - [about]| أسلحتكم - your arms| وأمتعتكم - and your baggage,| فيميلون - so (that) they (can) assault| عليكم - [upon] you| ميلة - (in) an attack,| واحدة - single.| ولا - But (there is) no| جناح - blame| عليكم - upon you| إن - if| كان - was| بكم - with you| أذى - any trouble| من - (because) of| مطر - rain| أو - or| كنتم - you are| مرضى - sick| أن - that| تضعوا - you lay down| أسلحتكم - your arms,| وخذوا - but take| حذركم - your precautions.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| أعد - has prepared| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| عذابا - a punishment| مهينا - humiliating.| | ||||||
| 3 [5:6] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooitha qumtum ila alssalati faighsiloowujoohakum waaydiyakum ila almarafiqi waimsahoobiruoosikum waarjulakum ila alkaAAbayni wa-in kuntumjunuban faittahharoo wa-in kuntum marda awAAala safarin aw jaa ahadun minkum mina algha-itiaw lamastumu alnnisaa falam tajidoo maanfatayammamoo saAAeedan tayyiban faimsahoobiwujoohikum waaydeekum minhu ma yureedu AllahuliyajAAala AAalaykum min harajin walakin yureeduliyutahhirakum waliyutimma niAAmatahu AAalaykumlaAAallakum tashkuroona | يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا قمتم إلى الصلاة فاغسلوا وجوهكم وأيديكم إلى المرافق وامسحوا برءوسكم وأرجلكم إلى الكعبين وإن كنتم جنبا فاطهروا وإن كنتم مرضى أو على سفر أو جاء أحد منكم من الغائط أو لامستم النساء فلم تجدوا ماء فتيمموا صعيدا طيبا فامسحوا بوجوهكم وأيديكم منه ما يريد الله ليجعل عليكم من حرج ولكن يريد ليطهركم وليتم نعمته عليكم لعلكم تشكرون يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ فَاغْسِلُواْ وُجُوهَكُمْ وَأَيْدِيَكُمْ إِلَى الْمَرَافِقِ وَامْسَحُواْ بِرُؤُوسِكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَينِ وَإِن كُنْتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُواْ وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِّنكُم مِّنَ الْغَائِطِ أَوْ لاَمَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَلَمْ تَجِدُواْ مَاءً فَتَيَمَّمُواْ صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُواْ بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُم مِّنْهُ مَا يُرِيدُ اللّهُ لِيَجْعَلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّنْ حَرَجٍ وَلَـكِن يُرِيدُ لِيُطَهِّرَكُمْ وَلِيُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَهُ عَلَيْكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| إذا - When| قمتم - you stand up| إلى - for| الصلاة - the prayer,| فاغسلوا - then wash| وجوهكم - your faces| وأيديكم - and your hands| إلى - till| المرافق - the elbows| وامسحوا - and wipe| برءوسكم - your heads| وأرجلكم - and your feet| إلى - till| الكعبين - the ankles.| وإن - But if| كنتم - you are| جنبا - (in) a state of ceremonial impurity| فاطهروا - then purify yourselves.| وإن - But if| كنتم - you are| مرضى - ill| أو - or| على - on| سفر - a journey| أو - or| جاء - has come| أحد - anyone| منكم - of you| من - from| الغائط - the toilet| أو - or| لامستم - has (had) contact| النساء - (with) the women| فلم - and not| تجدوا - you find| ماء - water,| فتيمموا - then do tayyammum| صعيدا - (with) earth| طيبا - clean,| فامسحوا - then wipe| بوجوهكم - your faces| وأيديكم - and your hands| منه - with it.| ما - Does not| يريد - intend| الله - Allah| ليجعل - to make| عليكم - for you| من - any| حرج - difficulty| ولكن - but| يريد - He intends| ليطهركم - to purify you| وليتم - and to complete| نعمته - His Favor| عليكم - upon you| لعلكم - so that you may| تشكرون - (be) grateful.| | ||||||
| 4 [73:20] | Inna rabbaka yaAAlamu annaka taqoomu adnamin thuluthayi allayli wanisfahu wathuluthahu wata-ifatunmina allatheena maAAaka waAllahu yuqaddiruallayla waalnnahara AAalima an lan tuhsoohufataba AAalaykum faiqraoo ma tayassara minaalqur-ani AAalima an sayakoonu minkum marda waakharoonayadriboona fee al-ardi yabtaghoona min fadliAllahi waakharoona yuqatiloona fee sabeeliAllahi faiqraoo ma tayassara minhu waaqeemooalssalata waatoo alzzakatawaaqridoo Allaha qardan hasanan wamatuqaddimoo li-anfusikum min khayrin tajidoohu AAinda Allahihuwa khayran waaAAthama ajran waistaghfirooAllaha inna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun | إن ربك يعلم أنك تقوم أدنى من ثلثي الليل ونصفه وثلثه وطائفة من الذين معك والله يقدر الليل والنهار علم أن لن تحصوه فتاب عليكم فاقرءوا ما تيسر من القرآن علم أن سيكون منكم مرضى وآخرون يضربون في الأرض يبتغون من فضل الله وآخرون يقاتلون في سبيل الله فاقرءوا ما تيسر منه وأقيموا الصلاة وآتوا الزكاة وأقرضوا الله قرضا حسنا وما تقدموا لأنفسكم من خير تجدوه عند الله هو خيرا وأعظم أجرا واستغفروا الله إن الله غفور رحيم إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ تَقُومُ أَدْنَى مِن ثُلُثَيِ اللَّيْلِ وَنِصْفَهُ وَثُلُثَهُ وَطَائِفَةٌ مِّنَ الَّذِينَ مَعَكَ وَاللَّهُ يُقَدِّرُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ عَلِمَ أَن لَّن تُحْصُوهُ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَاقْرَؤُوا مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ عَلِمَ أَن سَيَكُونُ مِنكُم مَّرْضَى وَآخَرُونَ يَضْرِبُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ يَبْتَغُونَ مِن فَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَآخَرُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَاقْرَؤُوا مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنْهُ وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَقْرِضُوا اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ اللَّهِ هُوَ خَيْرًا وَأَعْظَمَ أَجْرًا وَاسْتَغْفِرُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| ربك - your Lord| يعلم - knows| أنك - that you| تقوم - stand| أدنى - (a little) less| من - than| ثلثي - two-thirds| الليل - (of) the night,| ونصفه - and half of it| وثلثه - and a third of it| وطائفة - and (so do) a group| من - of| الذين - those who| معك - (are) with you.| والله - And Allah| يقدر - determines| الليل - the night| والنهار - and the day.| علم - He knows| أن - that| لن - not| تحصوه - you count it,| فتاب - so He has turned| عليكم - to you,| فاقرءوا - so recite| ما - what| تيسر - is easy| من - of| القرآن - the Quran.| علم - He knows| أن - that| سيكون - there will be| منكم - among you| مرضى - sick| وآخرون - and others| يضربون - traveling| في - in| الأرض - the land| يبتغون - seeking| من - of| فضل - (the) Bounty| الله - (of) Allah,| وآخرون - and others| يقاتلون - fighting| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah.| فاقرءوا - So recite| ما - what| تيسر - is easy| منه - of it,| وأقيموا - and establish| الصلاة - the prayer| وآتوا - and give| الزكاة - the zakah| وأقرضوا - and loan| الله - Allah| قرضا - a loan| حسنا - goodly.| وما - And whatever| تقدموا - you send forth| لأنفسكم - for yourselves| من - of| خير - good,| تجدوه - you will find it| عند - with| الله - Allah.| هو - It| خيرا - (will be) better| وأعظم - and greater| أجرا - (in) reward.| واستغفروا - And seek forgiveness| الله - (of) Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
