| 1 [24:35] | Allahu nooru alssamawatiwaal-ardi mathalu noorihi kamishkatin feehamisbahun almisbahu fee zujajatinalzzujajatu kaannaha kawkabun durriyyunyooqadu min shajaratin mubarakatin zaytoonatin lasharqiyyatin wala gharbiyyatin yakadu zaytuhayudee-o walaw lam tamsas-hu narun noorun AAalanoorin yahdee Allahu linoorihi man yashao wayadribuAllahu al-amthala lilnnasi waAllahubikulli shay-in AAaleemun |  الله نور السماوات والأرض مثل نوره كمشكاة فيها مصباح المصباح في زجاجة الزجاجة كأنها كوكب دري يوقد من شجرة مباركة زيتونة لا شرقية ولا غربية يكاد زيتها يضيء ولو لم تمسسه نار نور على نور يهدي الله لنوره من يشاء ويضرب الله الأمثال للناس والله بكل شيء عليماللَّهُ نُورُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ مَثَلُ نُورِهِ كَمِشْكَاةٍ فِيهَا مِصْبَاحٌ الْمِصْبَاحُ فِي زُجَاجَةٍ الزُّجَاجَةُ كَأَنَّهَا كَوْكَبٌ دُرِّيٌّ يُوقَدُ مِن شَجَرَةٍ مُّبَارَكَةٍ زَيْتُونَةٍ لَّا شَرْقِيَّةٍ وَلَا غَرْبِيَّةٍ يَكَادُ زَيْتُهَا يُضِيءُ وَلَوْ لَمْ تَمْسَسْهُ نَارٌ نُّورٌ عَلَى نُورٍ يَهْدِي اللَّهُ لِنُورِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَضْرِبُ اللَّهُ الْأَمْثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |الله - Allah| نور - (is the) Light| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth.| مثل - (The) example| نوره - (of) His Light| كمشكاة - (is) like a niche| فيها - in it| مصباح - (is) a lamp;| المصباح - the lamp| في - (is) in| زجاجة - a glass,| الزجاجة - the glass| كأنها - as if it were| كوكب - a star| دري - brilliant| يوقد - (which) is lit| من - from| شجرة - a tree| مباركة - blessed -| زيتونة - an olive,| لا - not| شرقية - (of the) east| ولا - and not| غربية - (of the) west,| يكاد - would almost| زيتها - its oil| يضيء - glow,| ولو - even if| لم - not| تمسسه - touched it| نار - fire.| نور - Light| على - upon| نور - Light.| يهدي - Allah guides| الله - Allah guides| لنوره - to His Light| من - whom| يشاء - He wills.| ويضرب - And Allah sets forth| الله - And Allah sets forth| الأمثال - the examples| للناس - for the mankind.| والله - And Allah| بكل - of every| شيء - thing| عليم - (is) All-Knower.| | ||||||
| 2 [27:10] | Waalqi AAasaka falamma raahatahtazzu kaannaha jannun walla mudbiranwalam yuAAaqqib ya moosa la takhaf innee layakhafu ladayya almursaloona | وألق عصاك فلما رآها تهتز كأنها جان ولى مدبرا ولم يعقب يا موسى لا تخف إني لا يخاف لدي المرسلون وَأَلْقِ عَصَاكَ فَلَمَّا رَآهَا تَهْتَزُّ كَأَنَّهَا جَانٌّ وَلَّى مُدْبِرًا وَلَمْ يُعَقِّبْ يَا مُوسَى لَا تَخَفْ إِنِّي لَا يَخَافُ لَدَيَّ الْمُرْسَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وألق - And, "Throw| عصاك - your staff."| فلما - But when| رآها - he saw it| تهتز - moving| كأنها - as if it| جان - (were) a snake| ولى - he turned back| مدبرا - (in) flight| ولم - and (did) not| يعقب - look back.| يا - O| موسى - "O Musa!| لا - (Do) not| تخف - fear.| إني - Indeed, [I]| لا - (do) not| يخاف - fear| لدي - (in) My presence| المرسلون - the Messengers.| | ||||||
| 3 [28:31] | Waan alqi AAasaka falamma raahatahtazzu kaannaha jannun walla mudbiranwalam yuAAaqqib ya moosa aqbil wala takhafinnaka mina al-amineena | وأن ألق عصاك فلما رآها تهتز كأنها جان ولى مدبرا ولم يعقب يا موسى أقبل ولا تخف إنك من الآمنين وَأَنْ أَلْقِ عَصَاكَ فَلَمَّا رَآهَا تَهْتَزُّ كَأَنَّهَا جَانٌّ وَلَّى مُدْبِرًا وَلَمْ يُعَقِّبْ يَا مُوسَى أَقْبِلْ وَلَا تَخَفْ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الْآمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وأن - And [that]| ألق - throw| عصاك - your staff."| فلما - But when| رآها - he saw it| تهتز - moving| كأنها - as if it| جان - (were) a snake| ولى - he turned| مدبرا - (in) flight| ولم - and (did) not| يعقب - return.| يا - O| موسى - "O Musa!| أقبل - Draw near| ولا - and (do) not| تخف - fear.| إنك - Indeed, you| من - (are) of| الآمنين - the secure.| | ||||||
