| 1 [2:219] | Yas-aloonaka AAani alkhamri waalmaysiriqul feehima ithmun kabeerun wamanafiAAu lilnnasiwa-ithmuhuma akbaru min nafAAihima wayas-aloonaka mathayunfiqoona quli alAAafwa kathalika yubayyinu Allahulakumu al-ayati laAAallakum tatafakkaroona |  يسألونك عن الخمر والميسر قل فيهما إثم كبير ومنافع للناس وإثمهما أكبر من نفعهما ويسألونك ماذا ينفقون قل العفو كذلك يبين الله لكم الآيات لعلكم تتفكرونيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَيْسِرِ قُلْ فِيهِمَا إِثْمٌ كَبِيرٌ وَمَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَإِثْمُهُمَآ أَكْبَرُ مِن نَّفْعِهِمَا وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ مَاذَا يُنفِقُونَ قُلِ الْعَفْوَ كَذَلِكَ يُبيِّنُ اللّهُ لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَفَكَّرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يسألونك - They ask you| عن - about| الخمر - [the] intoxicants| والميسر - and [the] games of chance| قل - Say,| فيهما - "In both of them| إثم - (is) a sin| كبير - great,| ومنافع - and (some) benefits| للناس - for [the] people.| وإثمهما - But sin of both of them| أكبر - (is) greater| من - than| نفعهما - (the) benefit of (the) two."| ويسألونك - And they ask you| ماذا - what| ينفقون - they (should) spend.| قل - Say,| العفو - "The surplus."| كذلك - Thus| يبين - makes clear| الله - Allah| لكم - to you| الآيات - [the] Verses| لعلكم - so that you may| تتفكرون - ponder,| | ||||||
| 2 [21:22] | Law kana feehima alihatunilla Allahu lafasadata fasubhana Allahirabbi alAAarshi AAamma yasifoona | لو كان فيهما آلهة إلا الله لفسدتا فسبحان الله رب العرش عما يصفون لَوْ كَانَ فِيهِمَا آلِهَةٌ إِلَّا اللَّهُ لَفَسَدَتَا فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |لو - If| كان - (there) were| فيهما - in both of them| آلهة - gods| إلا - besides| الله - Allah,| لفسدتا - surely they (would) have been ruined.| فسبحان - So glorified| الله - (is) Allah,| رب - Lord| العرش - (of) the Throne| عما - (above) what| يصفون - they attribute.| | ||||||
| 3 [34:22] | Quli odAAoo allatheena zaAAamtum mindooni Allahi la yamlikoona mithqala tharratinfee alssamawati wala fee al-ardiwama lahum feehima min shirkin wama lahuminhum min thaheerin | قل ادعوا الذين زعمتم من دون الله لا يملكون مثقال ذرة في السماوات ولا في الأرض وما لهم فيهما من شرك وما له منهم من ظهير قُلِ ادْعُوا الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَلَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا لَهُمْ فِيهِمَا مِن شِرْكٍ وَمَا لَهُ مِنْهُم مِّن ظَهِيرٍ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| ادعوا - "Call upon| الذين - those whom| زعمتم - you claim| من - besides| دون - besides| الله - Allah."| لا - Not| يملكون - they possess| مثقال - (the) weight| ذرة - (of) an atom| في - in| السماوات - the heavens| ولا - and not| في - in| الأرض - the earth| وما - and not| لهم - for them| فيهما - in both of them| من - any| شرك - partnership,| وما - and not| له - for Him| منهم - from them| من - any| ظهير - supporter.| | ||||||
| 4 [42:29] | Wamin ayatihi khalqu alssamawatiwaal-ardi wama baththa feehima min dabbatinwahuwa AAala jamAAihim itha yashao qadeerun | ومن آياته خلق السماوات والأرض وما بث فيهما من دابة وهو على جمعهم إذا يشاء قدير وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَثَّ فِيهِمَا مِن دَابَّةٍ وَهُوَ عَلَى جَمْعِهِمْ إِذَا يَشَاءُ قَدِيرٌ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And among| آياته - His Signs| خلق - (is the) creation| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| وما - and whatever| بث - He has dispersed| فيهما - in both of them| من - of| دابة - (the) creatures.| وهو - And He| على - (is) over| جمعهم - their gathering,| إذا - when| يشاء - He wills,| قدير - All-Powerful.| | ||||||
| 5 [55:50] | Feehima AAaynani tajriyani | فيهما عينان تجريان فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ | |||||
| Words | |فيهما - In both of them| عينان - (are) two springs,| تجريان - flowing.| | ||||||
| 6 [55:52] | Feehima min kulli fakihatinzawjani | فيهما من كل فاكهة زوجان فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَاكِهَةٍ زَوْجَانِ | |||||
| Words | |فيهما - In both of them| من - [of]| كل - (are) every| فاكهة - fruits| زوجان - (in) pairs.| | ||||||
| 7 [55:66] | Feehima AAaynani naddakhatani | فيهما عينان نضاختان فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ | |||||

| 8 [55:68] | Feehima fakihatun wanakhlunwarummanun | فيهما فاكهة ونخل ورمان فِيهِمَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ | |||||
