| 1 [2:151] | Kama arsalna feekum rasoolanminkum yatloo AAalaykum ayatinawayuzakkeekum wayuAAallimukumu alkitaba waalhikmatawayuAAallimukum ma lam takoonoo taAAlamoona |  كما أرسلنا فيكم رسولا منكم يتلو عليكم آياتنا ويزكيكم ويعلمكم الكتاب والحكمة ويعلمكم ما لم تكونوا تعلمونكَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا فِيكُمْ رَسُولاً مِّنكُمْ يَتْلُو عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِنَا وَيُزَكِّيكُمْ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُم مَّا لَمْ تَكُونُواْ تَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |كما - As| أرسلنا - We sent| فيكم - among you| رسولا - a Messenger| منكم - from you| يتلو - (who) recites| عليكم - to you| آياتنا - Our verses| ويزكيكم - and purifies you| ويعلمكم - and teaches you| الكتاب - the Book| والحكمة - and the wisdom| ويعلمكم - and teaches you| ما - what| لم - not| تكونوا - you were| تعلمون - knowing.| | ||||||
| 2 [5:20] | Wa-ith qala moosaliqawmihi ya qawmi othkuroo niAAmata AllahiAAalaykum ith jaAAala feekum anbiyaa wajaAAalakummulookan waatakum ma lam yu/ti ahadanmina alAAalameena | وإذ قال موسى لقومه يا قوم اذكروا نعمة الله عليكم إذ جعل فيكم أنبياء وجعلكم ملوكا وآتاكم ما لم يؤت أحدا من العالمين وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَى لِقَوْمِهِ يَا قَوْمِ اذْكُرُواْ نِعْمَةَ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ جَعَلَ فِيكُمْ أَنبِيَاءَ وَجَعَلَكُم مُّلُوكًا وَآتَاكُم مَّا لَمْ يُؤْتِ أَحَدًا مِّنَ الْعَالَمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| قال - said| موسى - Musa| لقومه - to his people,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people,| اذكروا - remember| نعمة - (the) Favor| الله - (of) Allah| عليكم - upon you| إذ - when| جعل - He placed| فيكم - among you| أنبياء - Prophets| وجعلكم - and made you| ملوكا - kings| وآتاكم - and He gave you| ما - what| لم - not| يؤت - He (had) given| أحدا - (to) anyone| من - from| العالمين - the worlds.| | ||||||
| 3 [6:94] | Walaqad ji/tumoona furadakama khalaqnakum awwala marratin wataraktum makhawwalnakum waraa thuhoorikum wamanara maAAakum shufaAAaakumu allatheenazaAAamtum annahum feekum shurakao laqad taqattaAAabaynakum wadalla AAankum ma kuntum tazAAumoona | ولقد جئتمونا فرادى كما خلقناكم أول مرة وتركتم ما خولناكم وراء ظهوركم وما نرى معكم شفعاءكم الذين زعمتم أنهم فيكم شركاء لقد تقطع بينكم وضل عنكم ما كنتم تزعمون وَلَقَدْ جِئْتُمُونَا فُرَادَى كَمَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَتَرَكْتُم مَّا خَوَّلْنَاكُمْ وَرَاءَ ظُهُورِكُمْ وَمَا نَرَى مَعَكُمْ شُفَعَاءَكُمُ الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُمْ أَنَّهُمْ فِيكُمْ شُرَكَاءَ لَقَد تَّقَطَّعَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنكُم مَّا كُنتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| جئتمونا - you have come to Us| فرادى - alone| كما - as| خلقناكم - We created you| أول - (the) first| مرة - time,| وتركتم - and you have left| ما - whatever| خولناكم - We bestowed (on) you| وراء - behind| ظهوركم - your backs.| وما - And not| نرى - We see| معكم - with you| شفعاءكم - your intercessors| الذين - those whom| زعمتم - you claimed| أنهم - that they (were)| فيكم - in your (matters)| شركاء - partners (with Allah).| لقد - Indeed,| تقطع - have been severed (bonds)| بينكم - between you| وضل - and is lost| عنكم - from you| ما - what| كنتم - you used to| تزعمون - claim."| | ||||||
| 4 [8:66] | Al-ana khaffafa Allahu AAankumwaAAalima anna feekum daAAfan fa-in yakun minkum mi-atun sabiratunyaghliboo mi-atayni wa-in yakun minkum alfun yaghliboo alfaynibi-ithni Allahi waAllahu maAAa alssabireena | الآن خفف الله عنكم وعلم أن فيكم ضعفا فإن يكن منكم مائة صابرة يغلبوا مائتين وإن يكن منكم ألف يغلبوا ألفين بإذن الله والله مع الصابرين الْآنَ خَفَّفَ اللّهُ عَنكُمْ وَعَلِمَ أَنَّ فِيكُمْ ضَعْفًا فَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُم مِّئَةٌ صَابِرَةٌ يَغْلِبُواْ مِئَتَيْنِ وَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُمْ أَلْفٌ يَغْلِبُواْ أَلْفَيْنِ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |الآن - Now| خفف - has (been) lightened| الله - (by) Allah| عنكم - for you,| وعلم - and He knows| أن - that| فيكم - in you| ضعفا - (there) is weakness.| فإن - So if| يكن - (there) are| منكم - among you| مائة - a hundred| صابرة - steadfast,| يغلبوا - they will overcome| مائتين - two hundred.| وإن - And if| يكن - (there) are| منكم - among you| ألف - a thousand,| يغلبوا - they will overcome| ألفين - two thousand| بإذن - with (the) permission| الله - (of) Allah.| والله - And Allah| مع - (is) with| الصابرين - the steadfast.| | ||||||
| 5 [9:8] | Kayfa wa-in yathharoo AAalaykumla yarquboo feekum illan wala thimmatan yurdoonakumbi-afwahihim wata/ba quloobuhum waaktharuhum fasiqoona | كيف وإن يظهروا عليكم لا يرقبوا فيكم إلا ولا ذمة يرضونكم بأفواههم وتأبى قلوبهم وأكثرهم فاسقون كَيْفَ وَإِن يَظْهَرُوا عَلَيْكُمْ لاَ يَرْقُبُواْ فِيكُمْ إِلاًّ وَلاَ ذِمَّةً يُرْضُونَكُم بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَتَأْبَى قُلُوبُهُمْ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |كيف - How| وإن - while, if| يظهروا - they gain dominance| عليكم - over you| لا - they do not regard (the ties)| يرقبوا - they do not regard (the ties)| فيكم - with you| إلا - (of) kinship| ولا - and not| ذمة - covenant of protection?| يرضونكم - They satisfy you| بأفواههم - with their mouths| وتأبى - but refuse,| قلوبهم - their hearts| وأكثرهم - and most of them| فاسقون - (are) defiantly disobedient.| | ||||||
| 6 [9:47] | Law kharajoo feekum ma zadookumilla khabalan walaawdaAAoo khilalakumyabghoonakumu alfitnata wafeekum sammaAAoona lahum waAllahuAAaleemun bialththalimeena | لو خرجوا فيكم ما زادوكم إلا خبالا ولأوضعوا خلالكم يبغونكم الفتنة وفيكم سماعون لهم والله عليم بالظالمين لَوْ خَرَجُواْ فِيكُم مَّا زَادُوكُمْ إِلاَّ خَبَالاً وَلَأَوْضَعُواْ خِلاَلَكُمْ يَبْغُونَكُمُ الْفِتْنَةَ وَفِيكُمْ سَمَّاعُونَ لَهُمْ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِالظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |لو - If| خرجوا - they (had) gone forth| فيكم - with you,| ما - not| زادوكم - they (would) have increased you| إلا - except| خبالا - (in) confusion| ولأوضعوا - and would have been active| خلالكم - in your midst| يبغونكم - seeking (for) you| الفتنة - dissension.| وفيكم - And among you (are some)| سماعون - who would have listened| لهم - to them.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knower,| بالظالمين - of the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 7 [9:123] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooqatiloo allatheena yaloonakum mina alkuffariwalyajidoo feekum ghilthatan waiAAlamoo annaAllaha maAAa almuttaqeena | يا أيها الذين آمنوا قاتلوا الذين يلونكم من الكفار وليجدوا فيكم غلظة واعلموا أن الله مع المتقين يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ قَاتِلُواْ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَكُم مِّنَ الْكُفَّارِ وَلْيَجِدُواْ فِيكُمْ غِلْظَةً وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you who believe!| الذين - O you who believe!| آمنوا - O you who believe!| قاتلوا - Fight| الذين - those who| يلونكم - (are) close to you| من - of| الكفار - the disbelievers,| وليجدوا - and let them find| فيكم - in you| غلظة - harshness.| واعلموا - And know| أن - that| الله - Allah| مع - (is) with| المتقين - those who fear (Him).| | ||||||
| 8 [10:16] | Qul law shaa Allahu matalawtuhu AAalaykum wala adrakum bihi faqadlabithtu feekum AAumuran min qablihi afala taAAqiloona | قل لو شاء الله ما تلوته عليكم ولا أدراكم به فقد لبثت فيكم عمرا من قبله أفلا تعقلون قُل لَّوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا تَلَوْتُهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلاَ أَدْرَاكُم بِهِ فَقَدْ لَبِثْتُ فِيكُمْ عُمُرًا مِّن قَبْلِهِ أَفَلاَ تَعْقِلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| لو - "If| شاء - (had) willed| الله - Allah,| ما - not| تلوته - I (would) have recited it| عليكم - to you,| ولا - and not| أدراكم - He (would) have made it known to you.| به - He (would) have made it known to you.| فقد - Verily,| لبثت - I have stayed| فيكم - among you| عمرا - a lifetime| من - before it.| قبله - before it.| أفلا - Then will not| تعقلون - you use reason?"| | ||||||
| 9 [33:20] | Yahsaboona al-ahzabalam yathhaboo wa-in ya/ti al-ahzabu yawaddoolaw annahum badoona fee al-aAArabi yas-aloona AAananba-ikum walaw kanoo feekum ma qatalooilla qaleelan | يحسبون الأحزاب لم يذهبوا وإن يأت الأحزاب يودوا لو أنهم بادون في الأعراب يسألون عن أنبائكم ولو كانوا فيكم ما قاتلوا إلا قليلا يَحْسَبُونَ الْأَحْزَابَ لَمْ يَذْهَبُوا وَإِن يَأْتِ الْأَحْزَابُ يَوَدُّوا لَوْ أَنَّهُم بَادُونَ فِي الْأَعْرَابِ يَسْأَلُونَ عَنْ أَنبَائِكُمْ وَلَوْ كَانُوا فِيكُم مَّا قَاتَلُوا إِلَّا قَلِيلًا | |||||
| Words | |يحسبون - They think| الأحزاب - the confederates| لم - (have) not| يذهبوا - withdrawn.| وإن - And if| يأت - (should) come| الأحزاب - the confederates| يودوا - they would wish| لو - if| أنهم - that they (were)| بادون - living in (the) desert| في - among| الأعراب - the Bedouins,| يسألون - asking| عن - about| أنبائكم - your news.| ولو - And if| كانوا - they were| فيكم - among you| ما - not| قاتلوا - they would fight| إلا - except| قليلا - a little.| | ||||||
| 10 [49:7] | WaiAAlamoo anna feekum rasoola Allahilaw yuteeAAukum fee katheerin mina al-amri laAAanittum walakinnaAllaha habbaba ilaykumu al-eemanawazayyanahu fee quloobikum wakarraha ilaykumu alkufra waalfusooqawaalAAisyana ola-ika humu alrrashidoona | واعلموا أن فيكم رسول الله لو يطيعكم في كثير من الأمر لعنتم ولكن الله حبب إليكم الإيمان وزينه في قلوبكم وكره إليكم الكفر والفسوق والعصيان أولئك هم الراشدون وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ فِيكُمْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَوْ يُطِيعُكُمْ فِي كَثِيرٍ مِّنَ الْأَمْرِ لَعَنِتُّمْ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ حَبَّبَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْإِيْمَانَ وَزَيَّنَهُ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ وَكَرَّهَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكُفْرَ وَالْفُسُوقَ وَالْعِصْيَانَ أُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الرَّاشِدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |واعلموا - And know| أن - that| فيكم - among you| رسول - (is the) Messenger of Allah.| الله - (is the) Messenger of Allah.| لو - If| يطيعكم - he were to obey you| في - in| كثير - much| من - of| الأمر - the matter,| لعنتم - surely you would be in difficulty,| ولكن - but| الله - Allah| حبب - has endeared| إليكم - to you| الإيمان - the Faith| وزينه - and has made it pleasing| في - in| قلوبكم - your hearts| وكره - and has made hateful| إليكم - to you| الكفر - disbelief| والفسوق - and defiance| والعصيان - and disobedience.| أولئك - Those| هم - (are) they -| الراشدون - the guided ones.| | ||||||
| 11 [59:11] | Alam tara ila allatheena nafaqooyaqooloona li-ikhwanihimu allatheena kafaroo minahli alkitabi la-in okhrijtum lanakhrujanna maAAakum walanuteeAAu feekum ahadan abadan wa-in qootiltum lanansurannakumwaAllahu yashhadu innahum lakathiboona | ألم تر إلى الذين نافقوا يقولون لإخوانهم الذين كفروا من أهل الكتاب لئن أخرجتم لنخرجن معكم ولا نطيع فيكم أحدا أبدا وإن قوتلتم لننصرنكم والله يشهد إنهم لكاذبون أَلَمْ تَر إِلَى الَّذِينَ نَافَقُوا يَقُولُونَ لِإِخْوَانِهِمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَئِنْ أُخْرِجْتُمْ لَنَخْرُجَنَّ مَعَكُمْ وَلَا نُطِيعُ فِيكُمْ أَحَدًا أَبَدًا وَإِن قُوتِلْتُمْ لَنَنصُرَنَّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ألم - Do not| تر - you see| إلى - [to]| الذين - those who| نافقوا - (were) hypocrites,| يقولون - saying| لإخوانهم - to their brothers,| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved,| من - among| أهل - the People| الكتاب - (of) the Scripture,| لئن - "If| أخرجتم - you are expelled,| لنخرجن - surely we will leave| معكم - with you,| ولا - and not| نطيع - we will obey| فيكم - concerning you| أحدا - anyone,| أبدا - ever;| وإن - and if| قوتلتم - you are fought,| لننصرنكم - certainly we will help you."| والله - And Allah| يشهد - bears witness| إنهم - that they| لكاذبون - (are) surely liars.| | ||||||
