| 1 [47:4] | Fa-itha laqeetumu allatheenakafaroo fadarba alrriqabi hattaitha athkhantumoohum fashuddoo alwathaqa fa-immamannan baAAdu wa-imma fidaan hatta tadaAAaalharbu awzaraha thalika walaw yashaoAllahu laintasara minhum walakinliyabluwa baAAdakum bibaAAdin waallatheenaqutiloo fee sabeeli Allahi falan yudilla aAAmalahumsayahdeehim wayuslihu balahum |  فإذا لقيتم الذين كفروا فضرب الرقاب حتى إذا أثخنتموهم فشدوا الوثاق فإما منا بعد وإما فداء حتى تضع الحرب أوزارها ذلك ولو يشاء الله لانتصر منهم ولكن ليبلو بعضكم ببعض والذين قتلوا في سبيل الله فلن يضل أعمالهمفَإِذا لَقِيتُمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَضَرْبَ الرِّقَابِ حَتَّى إِذَا أَثْخَنتُمُوهُمْ فَشُدُّوا الْوَثَاقَ فَإِمَّا مَنًّا بَعْدُ وَإِمَّا فِدَاءً حَتَّى تَضَعَ الْحَرْبُ أَوْزَارَهَا ذَلِكَ وَلَوْ يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ لَانتَصَرَ مِنْهُمْ وَلَكِن لِّيَبْلُوَاْ بَعْضَكُم بِبَعْضٍ وَالَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَلَن يُضِلَّ أَعْمَالَهُمْ | |||||
| Words | |فإذا - So when| لقيتم - you meet| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieve,| فضرب - then strike| الرقاب - the necks| حتى - until| إذا - when| أثخنتموهم - you have subdued them,| فشدوا - then bind firmly| الوثاق - the bond,| فإما - then either| منا - a favor| بعد - afterwards| وإما - or| فداء - ransom| حتى - until| تضع - lays down| الحرب - the war| أوزارها - its burdens.| ذلك - That.| ولو - And if| يشاء - Allah had willed| الله - Allah had willed| لانتصر - surely, He could have taken retribution| منهم - from them,| ولكن - but| ليبلو - to test| بعضكم - some of you| ببعض - with others.| والذين - And those who| قتلوا - are killed| في - in| سبيل - (the) way of Allah,| الله - (the) way of Allah,| فلن - then never| يضل - He will cause to be lost| أعمالهم - their deeds.| | ||||||
| 2 [57:13] | Yawma yaqoolu almunafiqoona waalmunafiqatulillatheena amanoo onthuroonanaqtabis min noorikum qeela irjiAAoo waraakum failtamisoonooran faduriba baynahum bisoorin lahu babun batinuhufeehi alrrahmatu wathahiruhumin qibalihi alAAathabu | يوم يقول المنافقون والمنافقات للذين آمنوا انظرونا نقتبس من نوركم قيل ارجعوا وراءكم فالتمسوا نورا فضرب بينهم بسور له باب باطنه فيه الرحمة وظاهره من قبله العذاب يَوْمَ يَقُولُ الْمُنَافِقُونَ وَالْمُنَافِقَاتُ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا انظُرُونَا نَقْتَبِسْ مِن نُّورِكُمْ قِيلَ ارْجِعُوا وَرَاءَكُمْ فَالْتَمِسُوا نُورًا فَضُرِبَ بَيْنَهُم بِسُورٍ لَّهُ بَابٌ بَاطِنُهُ فِيهِ الرَّحْمَةُ وَظَاهِرُهُ مِن قِبَلِهِ الْعَذَابُ | |||||
| Words | |يوم - (On the) Day| يقول - will say| المنافقون - the hypocrite men| والمنافقات - and the hypocrite women| للذين - to those who| آمنوا - believed,| انظرونا - "Wait for us,| نقتبس - we may acquire| من - of| نوركم - your light."| قيل - It will be said,| ارجعوا - "Go back| وراءكم - behind you| فالتمسوا - and seek| نورا - light."| فضرب - Then will be put up| بينهم - between them| بسور - a wall,| له - for it| باب - a gate| باطنه - its interior,| فيه - in it| الرحمة - (is) mercy| وظاهره - but its exterior,| من - facing towards [it]| قبله - facing towards [it]| العذاب - the punishment.| | ||||||
