| 1 [21:70] | Waaradoo bihi kaydan fajaAAalnahumual-akhsareena |  وأرادوا به كيدا فجعلناهم الأخسرينوَأَرَادُوا بِهِ كَيْدًا فَجَعَلْنَاهُمُ الْأَخْسَرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وأرادوا - And they intended| به - for him,| كيدا - a plan| فجعلناهم - but We made them| الأخسرين - the greatest losers.| | ||||||
| 2 [23:41] | Faakhathat-humu alssayhatubialhaqqi fajaAAalnahum ghuthaanfabuAAdan lilqawmi alththalimeena | فأخذتهم الصيحة بالحق فجعلناهم غثاء فبعدا للقوم الظالمين فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الصَّيْحَةُ بِالْحَقِّ فَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ غُثَاءً فَبُعْدًا لِّلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فأخذتهم - So seized them| الصيحة - the awful cry| بالحق - in truth,| فجعلناهم - and We made them| غثاء - (as) rubbish of dead leaves.| فبعدا - So away| للقوم - with the people -| الظالمين - the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 3 [34:19] | Faqaloo rabbana baAAidbayna asfarina wathalamoo anfusahumfajaAAalnahum ahadeetha wamazzaqnahum kullamumazzaqin inna fee thalika laayatin likullisabbarin shakoorin | فقالوا ربنا باعد بين أسفارنا وظلموا أنفسهم فجعلناهم أحاديث ومزقناهم كل ممزق إن في ذلك لآيات لكل صبار شكور فَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا بَاعِدْ بَيْنَ أَسْفَارِنَا وَظَلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ فَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَحَادِيثَ وَمَزَّقْنَاهُمْ كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ | |||||
| Words | |فقالوا - But they said,| ربنا - "Our Lord| باعد - lengthen (the distance)| بين - between| أسفارنا - our journeys."| وظلموا - And they wronged| أنفسهم - themselves,| فجعلناهم - so We made them| أحاديث - narrations| ومزقناهم - and We dispersed them| كل - (in) a total| ممزق - dispersion.| إن - Indeed,| في - in| ذلك - that| لآيات - surely (are) Signs| لكل - for everyone,| صبار - patient| شكور - (and) grateful.| | ||||||
| 4 [37:98] | Faaradoo bihi kaydan fajaAAalnahumual-asfaleena | فأرادوا به كيدا فجعلناهم الأسفلين فَأَرَادُوا بِهِ كَيْدًا فَجَعَلْنَاهُمُ الْأَسْفَلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فأرادوا - And they intended| به - for him| كيدا - a plot,| فجعلناهم - but We made them| الأسفلين - the lowest.| | ||||||
| 5 [43:56] | FajaAAalnahum salafan wamathalan lil-akhireena | فجعلناهم سلفا ومثلا للآخرين فَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ سَلَفًا وَمَثَلًا لِلْآخِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فجعلناهم - And We made them| سلفا - a precedent| ومثلا - and an example| للآخرين - for the later (generations).| | ||||||
