| 1 [6:148] | Sayaqoolu allatheena ashrakoo law shaaAllahu ma ashrakna wala abaonawala harramna min shay-in kathalikakaththaba allatheena min qablihim hattathaqoo ba/sana qul hal AAindakum min AAilminfatukhrijoohu lana in tattabiAAoona illa alththannawa-in antum illa takhrusoona |  سيقول الذين أشركوا لو شاء الله ما أشركنا ولا آباؤنا ولا حرمنا من شيء كذلك كذب الذين من قبلهم حتى ذاقوا بأسنا قل هل عندكم من علم فتخرجوه لنا إن تتبعون إلا الظن وإن أنتم إلا تخرصونسَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ لَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا أَشْرَكْنَا وَلاَ آبَاؤُنَا وَلاَ حَرَّمْنَا مِن شَيْءٍ كَذَلِكَ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِم حَتَّى ذَاقُواْ بَأْسَنَا قُلْ هَلْ عِندَكُم مِّنْ عِلْمٍ فَتُخْرِجُوهُ لَنَا إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلاَّ الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلاَّ تَخْرُصُونَ | |||||
| Words | |سيقول - Will say| الذين - those who| أشركوا - associate partners (with Allah),| لو - "If| شاء - Had willed| الله - Allah,| ما - not| أشركنا - we (would) have associated partners (with Allah)| ولا - and not| آباؤنا - our forefathers| ولا - and not| حرمنا - we (would) have forbidden| من - [of]| شيء - anything."| كذلك - Likewise| كذب - denied| الذين - those who| من - (were from)| قبلهم - before them| حتى - until| ذاقوا - they tasted| بأسنا - Our wrath.| قل - Say,| هل - "Is| عندكم - with you| من - [of]| علم - any knowledge| فتخرجوه - then produce it| لنا - for us?| إن - Not| تتبعون - you follow| إلا - except| الظن - the assumption,| وإن - and not| أنتم - you (do)| إلا - but| تخرصون - guess."| | ||||||
| 2 [10:68] | Qaloo ittakhatha Allahuwaladan subhanahu huwa alghaniyyu lahu ma fee alssamawatiwama fee al-ardi in AAindakum min sultaninbihatha ataqooloona AAala Allahi ma lataAAlamoona | قالوا اتخذ الله ولدا سبحانه هو الغني له ما في السماوات وما في الأرض إن عندكم من سلطان بهذا أتقولون على الله ما لا تعلمون قَالُواْ اتَّخَذَ اللّهُ وَلَدًا سُبْحَانَهُ هُوَ الْغَنِيُّ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَات وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ إِنْ عِندَكُم مِّن سُلْطَانٍ بِهَـذَا أَتقُولُونَ عَلَى اللّهِ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قالوا - They say,| اتخذ - "Allah has taken| الله - "Allah has taken| ولدا - a son."| سبحانه - Glory be to Him!| هو - He| الغني - (is) the Self-sufficient.| له - To Him (belongs)| ما - whatever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| وما - and whatever| في - (is) in| الأرض - the earth.| إن - Not| عندكم - you have| من - any| سلطان - authority| بهذا - for this.| أتقولون - Do you say| على - about| الله - Allah| ما - what| لا - not| تعلمون - you know?| | ||||||
| 3 [16:96] | Ma AAindakum yanfadu wamaAAinda Allahi baqin walanajziyanna allatheenasabaroo ajrahum bi-ahsani ma kanooyaAAmaloona | ما عندكم ينفد وما عند الله باق ولنجزين الذين صبروا أجرهم بأحسن ما كانوا يعملون مَا عِندَكُمْ يَنفَدُ وَمَا عِندَ اللّهِ بَاقٍ وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّ الَّذِينَ صَبَرُواْ أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ما - Whatever| عندكم - (is) with you| ينفد - will be exhausted,| وما - and whatever| عند - (is) with| الله - Allah| باق - (will) be remaining.| ولنجزين - And surely We will pay| الذين - those who| صبروا - (are) patient| أجرهم - their reward| بأحسن - to (the) best| ما - (of) what| كانوا - they used (to)| يعملون - do.| | ||||||
