| 1 [2:59] | Fabaddala allatheena thalamooqawlan ghayra allathee qeela lahum faanzalna AAalaallatheena thalamoo rijzan mina alssama-ibima kanoo yafsuqoona |  فبدل الذين ظلموا قولا غير الذي قيل لهم فأنزلنا على الذين ظلموا رجزا من السماء بما كانوا يفسقونفَبَدَّلَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ قَوْلاً غَيْرَ الَّذِي قِيلَ لَهُمْ فَأَنْـزَلْنَا عَلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رِجْزاً مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْسُقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فبدل - But changed| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged| قولا - (the) word| غير - other (than)| الذي - (that) which| قيل - was said| لهم - to them;| فأنزلنا - so We sent down| على - upon| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged,| رجزا - a punishment| من - from| السماء - the sky| بما - because| كانوا - they were| يفسقون - defiantly disobeying.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:150] | Wamin haythu kharajta fawalliwajhaka shatra almasjidi alharami wahaythuma kuntum fawalloo wujoohakum shatrahu li-allayakoona lilnnasi AAalaykum hujjatun illaallatheena thalamoo minhum falatakhshawhum waikhshawnee wali-otimma niAAmatee AAalaykumwalaAAallakum tahtadoona | ومن حيث خرجت فول وجهك شطر المسجد الحرام وحيث ما كنتم فولوا وجوهكم شطره لئلا يكون للناس عليكم حجة إلا الذين ظلموا منهم فلا تخشوهم واخشوني ولأتم نعمتي عليكم ولعلكم تهتدون وَمِنْ حَيْثُ خَرَجْتَ فَوَلِّ وَجْهَكَ شَطْرَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَحَيْثُ مَا كُنتُمْ فَوَلُّواْ وُجُوهَكُمْ شَطْرَهُ لِئَلاَّ يَكُونَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَيْكُمْ حُجَّةٌ إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنْهُمْ فَلاَ تَخْشَوْهُمْ وَاخْشَوْنِي وَلِأُتِمَّ نِعْمَتِي عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And from| حيث - wherever| خرجت - you start forth| فول - [so] turn| وجهك - your face| شطر - (in the) direction| المسجد - (of) Al-Masjid| الحرام - Al-Haraam.| وحيث - And wherever| ما - that| كنتم - you (all) are| فولوا - [so] turn| وجوهكم - your faces| شطره - (in) its direction,| لئلا - so that not| يكون - will be| للناس - for the people| عليكم - against you| حجة - any argument| إلا - except| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged| منهم - among them;| فلا - so (do) not| تخشوهم - fear them,| واخشوني - but fear Me.| ولأتم - And that I complete| نعمتي - My favor| عليكم - upon you| ولعلكم - [and] so that you may| تهتدون - (be) guided.| | ||||||
| 3 [2:165] | Wamina alnnasi man yattakhithumin dooni Allahi andadan yuhibboonahum kahubbiAllahi waallatheena amanoo ashaddu hubbanlillahi walaw yara allatheena thalamooith yarawna alAAathaba anna alquwwata lillahijameeAAan waanna Allaha shadeedu alAAathabi | ومن الناس من يتخذ من دون الله أندادا يحبونهم كحب الله والذين آمنوا أشد حبا لله ولو يرى الذين ظلموا إذ يرون العذاب أن القوة لله جميعا وأن الله شديد العذاب وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ أَندَاداً يُحِبُّونَهُمْ كَحُبِّ اللّهِ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَشَدُّ حُبًّا لِّلّهِ وَلَوْ يَرَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ إِذْ يَرَوْنَ الْعَذَابَ أَنَّ الْقُوَّةَ لِلّهِ جَمِيعاً وَأَنَّ اللّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعَذَابِ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And among| الناس - the mankind| من - who| يتخذ - takes| من - from| دون - besides| الله - Allah| أندادا - equals.| يحبونهم - They love them| كحب - as (they should) love| الله - Allah.| والذين - And those who| آمنوا - believe[d]| أشد - (are) stronger| حبا - (in) love| لله - for Allah.| ولو - And if| يرى - would see| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged,| إذ - when| يرون - they will see| العذاب - the punishment| أن - that| القوة - the power| لله - (belongs) to Allah| جميعا - all| وأن - and [that]| الله - Allah| شديد - (is) severe| العذاب - (in) [the] punishment.| | ||||||
| 4 [3:117] | Mathalu ma yunfiqoona fee hathihialhayati alddunya kamathali reehinfeeha sirrun asabat hartha qawmin thalamooanfusahum faahlakat-hu wama thalamahumu Allahuwalakin anfusahum yathlimoona | مثل ما ينفقون في هذه الحياة الدنيا كمثل ريح فيها صر أصابت حرث قوم ظلموا أنفسهم فأهلكته وما ظلمهم الله ولكن أنفسهم يظلمون مَثَلُ مَا يُنفِقُونَ فِي هَذِهِ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا كَمَثَلِ رِيحٍ فِيهَا صِرٌّ أَصَابَتْ حَرْثَ قَوْمٍ ظَلَمُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ فَأَهْلَكَتْهُ وَمَا ظَلَمَهُمُ اللّهُ وَلَـكِنْ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |مثل - Example| ما - (of) what| ينفقون - they spend| في - in| هذه - this| الحياة - [the] life| الدنيا - (of) the world| كمثل - (is) like (the) example| ريح - (of) a wind| فيها - in it| صر - (is) frost,| أصابت - it struck| حرث - (the) harvest| قوم - (of) a people| ظلموا - who wronged| أنفسهم - themselves,| فأهلكته - then destroyed it.| وما - And not| ظلمهم - (has) wronged them| الله - Allah| ولكن - [and] but| أنفسهم - themselves| يظلمون - they wronged.| | ||||||
| 5 [3:135] | Waallatheena ithafaAAaloo fahishatan aw thalamoo anfusahum thakarooAllaha faistaghfaroo lithunoobihim wamanyaghfiru alththunooba illa Allahuwalam yusirroo AAala ma faAAaloo wahumyaAAlamoona | والذين إذا فعلوا فاحشة أو ظلموا أنفسهم ذكروا الله فاستغفروا لذنوبهم ومن يغفر الذنوب إلا الله ولم يصروا على ما فعلوا وهم يعلمون وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُواْ فَاحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُواْ أَنْفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُواْ اللّهَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُواْ لِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَن يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ اللّهُ وَلَمْ يُصِرُّواْ عَلَى مَا فَعَلُواْ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |والذين - And those| إذا - when| فعلوا - they did| فاحشة - immorality| أو - or| ظلموا - wronged| أنفسهم - themselves -| ذكروا - they remember| الله - Allah| فاستغفروا - then ask forgiveness| لذنوبهم - for their sins -| ومن - and who| يغفر - (can) forgive| الذنوب - the sins| إلا - except| الله - Allah?| ولم - And not| يصروا - they persist| على - on| ما - what| فعلوا - they did| وهم - while they| يعلمون - know.| | ||||||
| 6 [4:64] | Wama arsalna min rasoolin illaliyutaAAa bi-ithni Allahi walaw annahum iththalamoo anfusahum jaooka faistaghfarooAllaha waistaghfara lahumu alrrasoolulawajadoo Allaha tawwaban raheeman | وما أرسلنا من رسول إلا ليطاع بإذن الله ولو أنهم إذ ظلموا أنفسهم جاءوك فاستغفروا الله واستغفر لهم الرسول لوجدوا الله توابا رحيما وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلاَّ لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذ ظَّلَمُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ جَآؤُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُواْ اللّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُواْ اللّهَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| أرسلنا - We sent| من - any| رسول - Messenger| إلا - except| ليطاع - to be obeyed| بإذن - by (the) permission| الله - (of) Allah.| ولو - And if| أنهم - [that] they,| إذ - when| ظلموا - they wronged| أنفسهم - themselves,| جاءوك - (had) come to you| فاستغفروا - and asked forgiveness| الله - (of) Allah,| واستغفر - and asked forgiveness| لهم - for them| الرسول - the Messenger,| لوجدوا - surely they would have found| الله - Allah| توابا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 7 [6:45] | FaqutiAAa dabiru alqawmi allatheenathalamoo waalhamdu lillahirabbi alAAalameena | فقطع دابر القوم الذين ظلموا والحمد لله رب العالمين فَقُطِعَ دَابِرُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فقطع - So was cut off| دابر - (the) remnant| القوم - (of) the people| الذين - [those] who| ظلموا - did wrong.| والحمد - And all praises and thanks| لله - (be) to Allah| رب - Lord| العالمين - (of) the worlds.| | ||||||
| 8 [7:162] | Fabaddala allatheena thalamoominhum qawlan ghayra allathee qeela lahum faarsalnaAAalayhim rijzan mina alssama-i bima kanooyathlimoona | فبدل الذين ظلموا منهم قولا غير الذي قيل لهم فأرسلنا عليهم رجزا من السماء بما كانوا يظلمون فَبَدَّلَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنْهُمْ قَوْلاً غَيْرَ الَّذِي قِيلَ لَهُمْ فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِجْزًا مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَظْلِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فبدل - But changed| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged| منهم - among them| قولا - word| غير - other than| الذي - (that) which| قيل - was said| لهم - to them.| فأرسلنا - So We sent| عليهم - upon them| رجزا - torment| من - from| السماء - the sky| بما - because| كانوا - they were| يظلمون - doing wrong.| | ||||||
| 9 [7:165] | Falamma nasoo ma thukkiroobihi anjayna allatheena yanhawna AAani alssoo-iwaakhathna allatheena thalamoobiAAathabin ba-eesin bima kanoo yafsuqoona | فلما نسوا ما ذكروا به أنجينا الذين ينهون عن السوء وأخذنا الذين ظلموا بعذاب بئيس بما كانوا يفسقون فَلَمَّا نَسُواْ مَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ أَنجَيْنَا الَّذِينَ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ السُّوءِ وَأَخَذْنَا الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ بِعَذَابٍ بَئِيسٍ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْسُقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| نسوا - they forgot| ما - what| ذكروا - they had been reminded| به - with [it],| أنجينا - We saved| الذين - those who| ينهون - forbade| عن - [from]| السوء - the evil,| وأخذنا - and We seized| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged| بعذاب - with a punishment| بئيس - wretched,| بما - because| كانوا - they were| يفسقون - defiantly disobeying.| | ||||||
| 10 [8:25] | Waittaqoo fitnatan la tuseebannaallatheena thalamoo minkum khassatanwaiAAlamoo anna Allaha shadeedu alAAiqabi | واتقوا فتنة لا تصيبن الذين ظلموا منكم خاصة واعلموا أن الله شديد العقاب وَاتَّقُواْ فِتْنَةً لاَّ تُصِيبَنَّ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنكُمْ خَآصَّةً وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ | |||||
| Words | |واتقوا - And fear| فتنة - a trial| لا - not| تصيبن - which will afflict| الذين - those who| ظلموا - do wrong| منكم - among you| خاصة - exclusively.| واعلموا - And know| أن - that| الله - Allah| شديد - (is) severe| العقاب - (in) the penalty.| | ||||||
| 11 [10:13] | Walaqad ahlakna alquroona minqablikum lamma thalamoo wajaat-humrusuluhum bialbayyinati wama kanooliyu/minoo kathalika najzee alqawma almujrimeena | ولقد أهلكنا القرون من قبلكم لما ظلموا وجاءتهم رسلهم بالبينات وما كانوا ليؤمنوا كذلك نجزي القوم المجرمين وَلَقَدْ أَهْلَكْنَا الْقُرُونَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَمَّا ظَلَمُواْ وَجَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَمَا كَانُواْ لِيُؤْمِنُواْ كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْقَوْمَ الْمُجْرِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And verily| أهلكنا - We destroyed| القرون - the generations| من - before you| قبلكم - before you| لما - when| ظلموا - they wronged,| وجاءتهم - and came to them| رسلهم - their Messengers| بالبينات - with clear proofs,| وما - but not| كانوا - they were| ليؤمنوا - to believe.| كذلك - Thus| نجزي - We recompense| القوم - the people| المجرمين - (who are) criminals.| | ||||||
| 12 [10:52] | Thumma qeela lillatheena thalamoothooqoo AAathaba alkhuldi hal tujzawna illabima kuntum taksiboona | ثم قيل للذين ظلموا ذوقوا عذاب الخلد هل تجزون إلا بما كنتم تكسبون ثُمَّ قِيلَ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ ذُوقُواْ عَذَابَ الْخُلْدِ هَلْ تُجْزَوْنَ إِلاَّ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Then| قيل - it will be said| للذين - to those who| ظلموا - wronged,| ذوقوا - "Taste| عذاب - punishment| الخلد - the everlasting.| هل - Are you (being) recompensed| تجزون - Are you (being) recompensed| إلا - except| بما - for what| كنتم - you used (to)| تكسبون - earn?"| | ||||||
| 13 [11:37] | WaisnaAAi alfulka bi-aAAyuninawawahyina wala tukhatibnee fee allatheenathalamoo innahum mughraqoona | واصنع الفلك بأعيننا ووحينا ولا تخاطبني في الذين ظلموا إنهم مغرقون وَاصْنَعِ الْفُلْكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا وَوَحْيِنَا وَلاَ تُخَاطِبْنِي فِي الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ إِنَّهُم مُّغْرَقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |واصنع - And construct| الفلك - the ship| بأعيننا - under Our Eyes,| ووحينا - and Our inspiration| ولا - and (do) not| تخاطبني - address Me| في - concerning| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged;| إنهم - indeed, they (are)| مغرقون - the ones (to be) drowned."| | ||||||
| 14 [11:67] | Waakhatha allatheena thalamooalssayhatu faasbahoo fee diyarihimjathimeena | وأخذ الذين ظلموا الصيحة فأصبحوا في ديارهم جاثمين وَأَخَذَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ الصَّيْحَةُ فَأَصْبَحُواْ فِي دِيَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وأخذ - And seized| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged,| الصيحة - the thunderous blast| فأصبحوا - then they became| في - in| ديارهم - their homes| جاثمين - fallen prone.| | ||||||
| 15 [11:94] | Walamma jaa amrunanajjayna shuAAayban waallatheena amanoomaAAahu birahmatin minna waakhathati allatheenathalamoo alssayhatu faasbahoofee diyarihim jathimeena | ولما جاء أمرنا نجينا شعيبا والذين آمنوا معه برحمة منا وأخذت الذين ظلموا الصيحة فأصبحوا في ديارهم جاثمين وَلَمَّا جَاءَ أَمْرُنَا نَجَّيْنَا شُعَيْبًا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مَعَهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِّنَّا وَأَخَذَتِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ الصَّيْحَةُ فَأَصْبَحُواْ فِي دِيَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| جاء - came| أمرنا - Our Command,| نجينا - We saved| شعيبا - Shuaib| والذين - and those who| آمنوا - believed| معه - with him| برحمة - by a Mercy| منا - from Us.| وأخذت - And seized| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged,| الصيحة - the thunderous blast| فأصبحوا - then they became| في - in| ديارهم - their homes| جاثمين - fallen prone.| | ||||||
| 16 [11:101] | Wama thalamnahumwalakin thalamoo anfusahum famaaghnat AAanhum alihatuhumu allatee yadAAoona min dooni Allahimin shay-in lamma jaa amru rabbika wama zadoohumghayra tatbeebin | وما ظلمناهم ولكن ظلموا أنفسهم فما أغنت عنهم آلهتهم التي يدعون من دون الله من شيء لما جاء أمر ربك وما زادوهم غير تتبيب وَمَا ظَلَمْنَاهُمْ وَلَـكِن ظَلَمُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ فَمَا أَغْنَتْ عَنْهُمْ آلِهَتُهُمُ الَّتِي يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ لَّمَّا جَاءَ أَمْرُ رَبِّكَ وَمَا زَادُوهُمْ غَيْرَ تَتْبِيبٍ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| ظلمناهم - We wronged them| ولكن - but| ظلموا - they wronged| أنفسهم - themselves.| فما - So not| أغنت - availed| عنهم - them| آلهتهم - their gods| التي - which| يدعون - they invoked| من - other than Allah,| دون - other than Allah,| الله - other than Allah,| من - any| شيء - thing,| لما - when| جاء - came| أمر - (the) command (of) your Lord.| ربك - (the) command (of) your Lord.| وما - And not| زادوهم - they increased them| غير - other than| تتبيب - ruin.| | ||||||
| 17 [11:113] | Wala tarkanoo ila allatheenathalamoo fatamassakumu alnnaru wamalakum min dooni Allahi min awliyaa thumma latunsaroona | ولا تركنوا إلى الذين ظلموا فتمسكم النار وما لكم من دون الله من أولياء ثم لا تنصرون وَلاَ تَرْكَنُواْ إِلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ فَتَمَسَّكُمُ النَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ ثُمَّ لاَ تُنصَرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تركنوا - incline| إلى - to| الذين - those who| ظلموا - do wrong| فتمسكم - lest touches you| النار - the Fire,| وما - and not| لكم - (is) for you| من - besides Allah| دون - besides Allah| الله - besides Allah| من - any| أولياء - protectors;| ثم - then| لا - not| تنصرون - you will be helped.| | ||||||
| 18 [11:116] | Falawla kana mina alquroonimin qablikum oloo baqiyyatin yanhawna AAani alfasadi feeal-ardi illa qaleelan mimman anjayna minhumwaittabaAAa allatheena thalamoo maotrifoo feehi wakanoo mujrimeena | فلولا كان من القرون من قبلكم أولو بقية ينهون عن الفساد في الأرض إلا قليلا ممن أنجينا منهم واتبع الذين ظلموا ما أترفوا فيه وكانوا مجرمين فَلَوْلاَ كَانَ مِنَ الْقُرُونِ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ أُوْلُواْ بَقِيَّةٍ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْفَسَادِ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً مِّمَّنْ أَنجَيْنَا مِنْهُمْ وَاتَّبَعَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مَا أُتْرِفُواْ فِيهِ وَكَانُواْ مُجْرِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فلولا - So why not| كان - had been| من - of| القرون - the generations| من - before you| قبلكم - before you| أولو - those possessing a remnant,| بقية - those possessing a remnant,| ينهون - forbidding| عن - from| الفساد - the corruption| في - in| الأرض - the earth| إلا - except| قليلا - a few| ممن - of those| أنجينا - We saved| منهم - among them?| واتبع - But followed| الذين - those who| ظلموا - did wrong| ما - what| أترفوا - luxury they were given| فيه - therein,| وكانوا - and they were| مجرمين - criminals.| | ||||||
| 19 [14:44] | Waanthiri alnnasa yawmaya/teehimu alAAathabu fayaqoolu allatheena thalamoorabbana akhkhirna ila ajalin qareebin nujibdaAAwataka wanattabiAAi alrrusula awa lam takoonooaqsamtum min qablu ma lakum min zawalin | وأنذر الناس يوم يأتيهم العذاب فيقول الذين ظلموا ربنا أخرنا إلى أجل قريب نجب دعوتك ونتبع الرسل أولم تكونوا أقسمتم من قبل ما لكم من زوال وَأَنذِرِ النَّاسَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمُ الْعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رَبَّنَا أَخِّرْنَا إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ نُّجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ الرُّسُلَ أَوَلَمْ تَكُونُواْ أَقْسَمْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالٍ | |||||
| Words | |وأنذر - And warn| الناس - the mankind| يوم - (of) a Day| يأتيهم - (when) will come to them| العذاب - the punishment,| فيقول - then will say| الذين - those who| ظلموا - did wrong,| ربنا - "Our Lord!| أخرنا - Respite us| إلى - for| أجل - a term| قريب - short;| نجب - we will answer| دعوتك - Your call| ونتبع - and we will follow| الرسل - the Messengers."| أولم - "Had not| تكونوا - you| أقسمتم - sworn| من - before| قبل - before| ما - not| لكم - for you| من - any| زوال - end?| | ||||||
| 20 [14:45] | Wasakantum fee masakini allatheenathalamoo anfusahum watabayyana lakum kayfa faAAalnabihim wadarabna lakumu al-amthala | وسكنتم في مساكن الذين ظلموا أنفسهم وتبين لكم كيف فعلنا بهم وضربنا لكم الأمثال وَسَكَنتُمْ فِي مَسَـاكِنِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمْ كَيْفَ فَعَلْنَا بِهِمْ وَضَرَبْنَا لَكُمُ الْأَمْثَالَ | |||||
