| 1 [2:108] | Am tureedoona an tas-aloo rasoolakum kamasu-ila moosa min qablu waman yatabaddali alkufra bial-eemanifaqad dalla sawaa alssabeeli |  أم تريدون أن تسألوا رسولكم كما سئل موسى من قبل ومن يتبدل الكفر بالإيمان فقد ضل سواء السبيلأَمْ تُرِيدُونَ أَن تَسْأَلُواْ رَسُولَكُمْ كَمَا سُئِلَ مُوسَى مِن قَبْلُ وَمَن يَتَبَدَّلِ الْكُفْرَ بِالإِيمَانِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ | |||||
| Words | |أم - Or| تريدون - (do) you wish| أن - that| تسألوا - you ask| رسولكم - your Messenger| كما - as| سئل - was asked| موسى - Musa| من - from| قبل - before?| ومن - And whoever| يتبدل - exchanges| الكفر - [the] disbelief| بالإيمان - with [the] faith,| فقد - so certainly| ضل - he went astray (from)| سواء - (the) evenness| السبيل - (of) the way.| | ||||||
| 2 [4:116] | Inna Allaha la yaghfiru anyushraka bihi wayaghfiru ma doona thalika limanyashao waman yushrik biAllahi faqad dalladalalan baAAeedan | إن الله لا يغفر أن يشرك به ويغفر ما دون ذلك لمن يشاء ومن يشرك بالله فقد ضل ضلالا بعيدا إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَغْفِرُ أَن يُشْرَكَ بِهِ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَلِكَ لِمَن يَشَاءُ وَمَن يُشْرِكْ بِاللّهِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيدًا | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| لا - does not| يغفر - forgive| أن - that| يشرك - partners be associated| به - with Him,| ويغفر - but He forgives| ما - [what]| دون - other than| ذلك - that| لمن - for whom| يشاء - He wills.| ومن - And whoever| يشرك - associates partners| بالله - with Allah| فقد - then surely| ضل - he lost (the) way,| ضلالا - straying| بعيدا - far away.| | ||||||
| 3 [4:136] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooaminoo biAllahi warasoolihi waalkitabiallathee nazzala AAala rasoolihi waalkitabiallathee anzala min qablu waman yakfur biAllahiwamala-ikatihi wakutubihi warusulihi waalyawmi al-akhirifaqad dalla dalalan baAAeedan | يا أيها الذين آمنوا آمنوا بالله ورسوله والكتاب الذي نزل على رسوله والكتاب الذي أنزل من قبل ومن يكفر بالله وملائكته وكتبه ورسله واليوم الآخر فقد ضل ضلالا بعيدا يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ آمِنُواْ بِاللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِيَ أَنزَلَ مِن قَبْلُ وَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِاللّهِ وَمَلاَئِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيدًا | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe[d]!| آمنوا - Believe| بالله - in Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger,| والكتاب - and the Book| الذي - which| نزل - He revealed| على - upon| رسوله - His Messenger| والكتاب - and the Book| الذي - which| أنزل - He revealed| من - from| قبل - before.| ومن - And whoever| يكفر - disbelieves| بالله - in Allah| وملائكته - and His Angels,| وكتبه - and His Books,| ورسله - and His Messengers| واليوم - and the Day| الآخر - the Last,| فقد - then surely| ضل - he (has) lost (the) way,| ضلالا - straying| بعيدا - far away.| | ||||||
| 4 [5:12] | Walaqad akhatha Allahu meethaqabanee isra-eela wabaAAathna minhumu ithnay AAasharanaqeeban waqala Allahu innee maAAakum la-inaqamtumu alssalata waataytumu alzzakatawaamantum birusulee waAAazzartumoohum waaqradtumuAllaha qardan hasanan laokaffiranna AAankumsayyi-atikum walaodkhilannakum jannatin tajree mintahtiha al-anharu faman kafara baAAda thalikaminkum faqad dalla sawaa alssabeeli | ولقد أخذ الله ميثاق بني إسرائيل وبعثنا منهم اثني عشر نقيبا وقال الله إني معكم لئن أقمتم الصلاة وآتيتم الزكاة وآمنتم برسلي وعزرتموهم وأقرضتم الله قرضا حسنا لأكفرن عنكم سيئاتكم ولأدخلنكم جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار فمن كفر بعد ذلك منكم فقد ضل سواء السبيل وَلَقَدْ أَخَذَ اللّهُ مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَآئِيلَ وَبَعَثْنَا مِنهُمُ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ نَقِيبًا وَقَالَ اللّهُ إِنِّي مَعَكُمْ لَئِنْ أَقَمْتُمُ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتَيْتُمُ الزَّكَاةَ وَآمَنتُم بِرُسُلِي وَعَزَّرْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَقْرَضْتُمُ اللّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا لَّأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَلَأُدْخِلَنَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ فَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مِنكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| أخذ - took| الله - Allah| ميثاق - a Covenant| بني - (from the) Children| إسرائيل - (of) Israel| وبعثنا - and We appointed| منهم - among them| اثني - two| عشر - (and) ten| نقيبا - leaders.| وقال - And said| الله - Allah,| إني - "Indeed, I (am)| معكم - with you,| لئن - if| أقمتم - you establish| الصلاة - the prayer| وآتيتم - and give| الزكاة - the zakah| وآمنتم - and you believe| برسلي - in My Messengers| وعزرتموهم - and you assist them| وأقرضتم - and you loan| الله - (to) Allah| قرضا - a loan| حسنا - goodly| لأكفرن - surely I will remove| عنكم - from you| سيئاتكم - your evil deeds| ولأدخلنكم - and I will surely admit you| جنات - (to) gardens| تجري - flow| من - from| تحتها - underneath them| الأنهار - the rivers.| فمن - But whoever| كفر - disbelieved| بعد - after| ذلك - that| منكم - among you,| فقد - then certainly| ضل - he strayed| سواء - (from) the way,| السبيل - the right.| | ||||||
| 5 [5:105] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooAAalaykum anfusakum la yadurrukum man dallaitha ihtadaytum ila Allahi marjiAAukumjameeAAan fayunabbi-okum bima kuntum taAAmaloona | يا أيها الذين آمنوا عليكم أنفسكم لا يضركم من ضل إذا اهتديتم إلى الله مرجعكم جميعا فينبئكم بما كنتم تعملون يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنفُسَكُمْ لاَ يَضُرُّكُم مَّن ضَلَّ إِذَا اهْتَدَيْتُمْ إِلَى اللّهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ جَمِيعًا فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| عليكم - Upon you| أنفسكم - (is to guard) yourselves.| لا - Not| يضركم - will harm you| من - (those) who| ضل - (have gone) astray| إذا - when| اهتديتم - you have been guided.| إلى - To| الله - Allah| مرجعكم - (is) your return -| جميعا - all;| فينبئكم - then He will inform you| بما - of what| كنتم - you used to| تعملون - do.| | ||||||
| 6 [10:108] | Qul ya ayyuha alnnasuqad jaakumu alhaqqu min rabbikum famani ihtadafa-innama yahtadee linafsihi waman dalla fa-innamayadillu AAalayha wama ana AAalaykumbiwakeelin | قل يا أيها الناس قد جاءكم الحق من ربكم فمن اهتدى فإنما يهتدي لنفسه ومن ضل فإنما يضل عليها وما أنا عليكم بوكيل قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءَكُمُ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ فَمَنِ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِي لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا وَمَا أَنَاْ عَلَيْكُم بِوَكِيلٍ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| يا - O| أيها - "O mankind!| الناس - "O mankind!| قد - Verily| جاءكم - has come to you| الحق - the truth| من - from| ربكم - your Lord.| فمن - So whoever| اهتدى - (is) guided| فإنما - then only| يهتدي - (he is) guided| لنفسه - for his soul,| ومن - and whoever| ضل - goes astray| فإنما - then only| يضل - he strays| عليها - against it.| وما - And I am not| أنا - And I am not| عليكم - over you| بوكيل - a guardian."| | ||||||
| 7 [16:125] | OdAAu ila sabeeli rabbika bialhikmatiwaalmawAAithati alhasanati wajadilhumbiallatee hiya ahsanu inna rabbaka huwa aAAlamubiman dalla AAan sabeelihi wahuwa aAAlamu bialmuhtadeena | ادع إلى سبيل ربك بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة وجادلهم بالتي هي أحسن إن ربك هو أعلم بمن ضل عن سبيله وهو أعلم بالمهتدين ادْعُ إِلَى سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ وَجَادِلْهُم بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ادع - Call| إلى - to| سبيل - (the) way| ربك - (of) your Lord| بالحكمة - with the wisdom| والموعظة - and the instruction| الحسنة - the good,| وجادلهم - and discuss with them| بالتي - in that| هي - which| أحسن - (is) best.| إن - Indeed,| ربك - your Lord,| هو - He| أعلم - (is) most knowing| بمن - of who| ضل - has strayed| عن - from| سبيله - His way,| وهو - And He| أعلم - (is) most knowing| بالمهتدين - of the guided ones.| | ||||||
| 8 [17:15] | Mani ihtada fa-innama yahtadeelinafsihi waman dalla fa-innama yadilluAAalayha wala taziru waziratun wizra okhrawama kunna muAAaththibeena hattanabAAatha rasoolan | من اهتدى فإنما يهتدي لنفسه ومن ضل فإنما يضل عليها ولا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى وما كنا معذبين حتى نبعث رسولا مَّنِ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدي لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا وَلاَ تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى وَمَا كُنَّا مُعَذِّبِينَ حَتَّى نَبْعَثَ رَسُولاً | |||||
| Words | |من - Whoever| اهتدى - (is) guided| فإنما - then only| يهتدي - he is guided| لنفسه - for his soul.| ومن - And whoever| ضل - goes astray| فإنما - then only| يضل - he goes astray| عليها - against it| ولا - And not| تزر - will bear| وازرة - a bearer of burden,| وزر - burden| أخرى - (of) another.| وما - And not| كنا - We| معذبين - are to punish| حتى - until,| نبعث - We have sent| رسولا - a Messenger.| | ||||||
| 9 [17:67] | Wa-itha massakumu alddurrufee albahri dalla man tadAAoona illa iyyahufalamma najjakum ila albarri aAAradtumwakana al-insanu kafooran | وإذا مسكم الضر في البحر ضل من تدعون إلا إياه فلما نجاكم إلى البر أعرضتم وكان الإنسان كفورا وَإِذَا مَسَّكُمُ الْضُّرُّ فِي الْبَحْرِ ضَلَّ مَن تَدْعُونَ إِلاَّ إِيَّاهُ فَلَمَّا نَجَّاكُمْ إِلَى الْبَرِّ أَعْرَضْتُمْ وَكَانَ الْإِنْسَانُ كَفُورًا | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| مسكم - touches you| الضر - the hardship| في - in| البحر - the sea,| ضل - lost| من - (are) who| تدعون - you call| إلا - except| إياه - Him Alone.| فلما - But when| نجاكم - He delivers you| إلى - to| البر - the land| أعرضتم - you turn away.| وكان - And is| الإنسان - man| كفورا - ungrateful.| | ||||||
| 10 [18:104] | Allatheena dalla saAAyuhumfee alhayati alddunya wahum yahsaboonaannahum yuhsinoona sunAAan | الذين ضل سعيهم في الحياة الدنيا وهم يحسبون أنهم يحسنون صنعا الَّذِينَ ضَلَّ سَعْيُهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَهُمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُمْ يُحْسِنُونَ صُنْعًا | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those -| ضل - is lost| سعيهم - their effort| في - in| الحياة - the life| الدنيا - (of) the world,| وهم - while they| يحسبون - think| أنهم - that they| يحسنون - (were) acquiring good| صنعا - (in) work."| | ||||||
| 11 [27:92] | Waan atluwa alqur-ana famani ihtadafa-innama yahtadee linafsihi waman dalla faqulinnama ana mina almunthireena | وأن أتلو القرآن فمن اهتدى فإنما يهتدي لنفسه ومن ضل فقل إنما أنا من المنذرين وَأَنْ أَتْلُوَاْ الْقُرْآنَ فَمَنِ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِي لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَقُلْ إِنَّمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُنذِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وأن - And that| أتلو - I recite| القرآن - the Quran."| فمن - And whoever| اهتدى - accepts guidance| فإنما - then only| يهتدي - he accepts guidance| لنفسه - for himself;| ومن - and whoever| ضل - goes astray| فقل - then say,| إنما - "Only| أنا - I am| من - of| المنذرين - the warners."| | ||||||
| 12 [33:36] | Wama kana limu/minin walamu/minatin itha qada Allahu warasooluhuamran an yakoona lahumu alkhiyaratu min amrihim waman yaAAsiAllaha warasoolahu faqad dalla dalalanmubeenan | وما كان لمؤمن ولا مؤمنة إذا قضى الله ورسوله أمرا أن يكون لهم الخيرة من أمرهم ومن يعص الله ورسوله فقد ضل ضلالا مبينا وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَن يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا مُّبِينًا | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كان - (it) is| لمؤمن - for a believing man| ولا - and not| مؤمنة - (for) a believing woman,| إذا - when| قضى - Allah has decided| الله - Allah has decided| ورسوله - and His Messenger| أمرا - a matter| أن - that| يكون - (there) should be| لهم - for them| الخيرة - (any) choice| من - about| أمرهم - their affair.| ومن - And whoever| يعص - disobeys| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger| فقد - certainly,| ضل - he (has) strayed| ضلالا - (into) error| مبينا - clear.| | ||||||
| 13 [37:71] | Walaqad dalla qablahum aktharual-awwaleena | ولقد ضل قبلهم أكثر الأولين وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ قَبْلَهُمْ أَكْثَرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ | |||||

| 14 [39:41] | Inna anzalna AAalayka alkitabalilnnasi bialhaqqi famani ihtadafalinafsihi waman dalla fa-innama yadilluAAalayha wama anta AAalayhim biwakeelin | إنا أنزلنا عليك الكتاب للناس بالحق فمن اهتدى فلنفسه ومن ضل فإنما يضل عليها وما أنت عليهم بوكيل إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ لِلنَّاسِ بِالْحَقِّ فَمَنِ اهْتَدَى فَلِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا وَمَا أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِوَكِيلٍ | |||||
| Words | |إنا - Indeed We,| أنزلنا - We revealed| عليك - to you| الكتاب - the Book| للناس - for [the] mankind| بالحق - in truth.| فمن - So whoever| اهتدى - accepts guidance,| فلنفسه - then (it is) for his soul;| ومن - and whoever| ضل - goes astray| فإنما - then only| يضل - he strays| عليها - against his (soul).| وما - And not| أنت - you| عليهم - (are) over them| بوكيل - a manager.| | ||||||
| 15 [53:2] | Ma dalla sahibukum wamaghawa | ما ضل صاحبكم وما غوى مَا ضَلَّ صَاحِبُكُمْ وَمَا غَوَى | |||||
| Words | |ما - Not| ضل - has strayed| صاحبكم - your companion| وما - and not| غوى - has he erred,| | ||||||
| 16 [53:30] | Thalika mablaghuhum mina alAAilmiinna rabbaka huwa aAAlamu biman dalla AAan sabeelihiwahuwa aAAlamu bimani ihtada | ذلك مبلغهم من العلم إن ربك هو أعلم بمن ضل عن سبيله وهو أعلم بمن اهتدى ذَلِكَ مَبْلَغُهُم مِّنَ الْعِلْمِ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنِ اهْتَدَى | |||||
| Words | |ذلك - That| مبلغهم - (is) their sum| من - of| العلم - knowledge.| إن - Indeed,| ربك - your Lord| هو - (is) He (Who)| أعلم - knows best| بمن - (he) who| ضل - strays| عن - from| سبيله - His Path,| وهو - and He| أعلم - knows best| بمن - (he) who| اهتدى - is guided.| | ||||||
| 17 [60:1] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoola tattakhithoo AAaduwwee waAAaduwwakum awliyaatulqoona ilayhim bialmawaddati waqad kafaroo bima jaakummina alhaqqi yukhrijoona alrrasoola wa-iyyakuman tu/minoo biAllahi rabbikum in kuntum kharajtumjihadan fee sabeelee waibtighaa mardateetusirroona ilayhim bialmawaddati waana aAAlamu bimaakhfaytum wama aAAlantum waman yafAAalhu minkum faqad dallasawaa alssabeeli | يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تتخذوا عدوي وعدوكم أولياء تلقون إليهم بالمودة وقد كفروا بما جاءكم من الحق يخرجون الرسول وإياكم أن تؤمنوا بالله ربكم إن كنتم خرجتم جهادا في سبيلي وابتغاء مرضاتي تسرون إليهم بالمودة وأنا أعلم بما أخفيتم وما أعلنتم ومن يفعله منكم فقد ضل سواء السبيل يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِم بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُم مِّنَ الْحَقِّ يُخْرِجُونَ الرَّسُولَ وَإِيَّاكُمْ أَن تُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ رَبِّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ خَرَجْتُمْ جِهَادًا فِي سَبِيلِي وَابْتِغَاءَ مَرْضَاتِي تُسِرُّونَ إِلَيْهِم بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَأَنَا أَعْلَمُ بِمَا أَخْفَيْتُمْ وَمَا أَعْلَنتُمْ وَمَن يَفْعَلْهُ مِنكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| لا - (Do) not| تتخذوا - take| عدوي - My enemies| وعدوكم - and your enemies| أولياء - (as) allies| تلقون - offering| إليهم - them| بالمودة - love| وقد - while| كفروا - they have disbelieved| بما - in what| جاءكم - came to you| من - of| الحق - the truth,| يخرجون - driving out| الرسول - the Messenger| وإياكم - and yourselves| أن - because| تؤمنوا - you believe| بالله - in Allah,| ربكم - your Lord.| إن - If| كنتم - you| خرجتم - come forth| جهادا - (to) strive| في - in| سبيلي - My way| وابتغاء - and (to) seek| مرضاتي - My Pleasure.| تسرون - You confide| إليهم - to them| بالمودة - love,| وأنا - but I Am| أعلم - most knowing| بما - of what| أخفيتم - you conceal| وما - and what| أعلنتم - you declare.| ومن - And whoever| يفعله - does it| منكم - among you| فقد - then certainly| ضل - he has strayed| سواء - (from the) straight| السبيل - path.| | ||||||
| 18 [68:7] | Inna rabbaka huwa aAAlamu biman dallaAAan sabeelihi wahuwa aAAlamu bialmuhtadeena | إن ربك هو أعلم بمن ضل عن سبيله وهو أعلم بالمهتدين إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ | |||||
