| 1 [4:1] | Ya ayyuha alnnasuittaqoo rabbakumu allathee khalaqakum min nafsin wahidatinwakhalaqa minha zawjaha wabaththa minhumarijalan katheeran wanisaan waittaqoo Allahaallathee tasaaloona bihi waal-arhamainna Allaha kana AAalaykum raqeeban |  يا أيها الناس اتقوا ربكم الذي خلقكم من نفس واحدة وخلق منها زوجها وبث منهما رجالا كثيرا ونساء واتقوا الله الذي تساءلون به والأرحام إن الله كان عليكم رقيبايَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالاً كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O| الناس - mankind!| اتقوا - Fear| ربكم - your Lord| الذي - the One Who| خلقكم - created you| من - from| نفس - a soul| واحدة - single| وخلق - and created| منها - from it| زوجها - its mate| وبث - and dispersed| منهما - from both of them| رجالا - men| كثيرا - many| ونساء - and women.| واتقوا - And fear| الله - Allah| الذي - (through) Whom| تساءلون - you ask| به - [with it]| والأرحام - and the wombs.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| عليكم - over you| رقيبا - Ever-Watchful.| | ||||||
| 2 [7:189] | Huwa allathee khalaqakum min nafsinwahidatin wajaAAala minha zawjaha liyaskunailayha falamma taghashshaha hamalathamlan khafeefan famarrat bihi falamma athqalatdaAAawa Allaha rabbahuma la-in ataytanasalihan lanakoonanna mina alshshakireena | هو الذي خلقكم من نفس واحدة وجعل منها زوجها ليسكن إليها فلما تغشاها حملت حملا خفيفا فمرت به فلما أثقلت دعوا الله ربهما لئن آتيتنا صالحا لنكونن من الشاكرين هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَجَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا لِيَسْكُنَ إِلَيْهَا فَلَمَّا تَغَشَّاهَا حَمَلَتْ حَمْلاً خَفِيفًا فَمَرَّتْ بِهِ فَلَمَّا أَثْقَلَت دَّعَوَا اللّهَ رَبَّهُمَا لَئِنْ آتَيْتَنَا صَالِحاً لَّنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |هو - He| الذي - (is) the One Who| خلقكم - created you| من - from| نفس - a soul,| واحدة - single| وجعل - and made| منها - from it| زوجها - its mate| ليسكن - that he might live| إليها - with her.| فلما - And when| تغشاها - he covers her,| حملت - she carries| حملا - a burden| خفيفا - light| فمرت - and continues| به - with it.| فلما - But when| أثقلت - she grows heavy,| دعوا - they both invoke| الله - Allah,| ربهما - their Lord,| لئن - "If| آتيتنا - You give us| صالحا - a righteous (child),| لنكونن - surely we will be| من - among| الشاكرين - the thankful."| | ||||||
| 3 [39:6] | Khalaqakum min nafsin wahidatin thummajaAAala minha zawjaha waanzala lakum mina al-anAAamithamaniyata azwajin yakhluqukum fee butooniommahatikum khalqan min baAAdi khalqin fee thulumatinthalathin thalikumu Allahu rabbukum lahualmulku la ilaha illa huwa faanna tusrafoona | خلقكم من نفس واحدة ثم جعل منها زوجها وأنزل لكم من الأنعام ثمانية أزواج يخلقكم في بطون أمهاتكم خلقا من بعد خلق في ظلمات ثلاث ذلكم الله ربكم له الملك لا إله إلا هو فأنى تصرفون خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَأَنزَلَ لَكُم مِّنْ الْأَنْعَامِ ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ يَخْلُقُكُمْ فِي بُطُونِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ خَلْقًا مِن بَعْدِ خَلْقٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ ثَلَاثٍ ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَأَنَّى تُصْرَفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |خلقكم - He created you| من - from| نفس - a soul| واحدة - single.| ثم - Then| جعل - He made| منها - from it| زوجها - its mate.| وأنزل - And He sent down| لكم - for you| من - of| الأنعام - the cattle| ثمانية - eight| أزواج - kinds.| يخلقكم - He creates you| في - in| بطون - (the) wombs| أمهاتكم - (of) your mothers,| خلقا - creation| من - after| بعد - after| خلق - creation,| في - in| ظلمات - darkness[es]| ثلاث - three.| ذلكم - That| الله - (is) Allah| ربكم - your Lord;| له - for Him| الملك - (is) the dominion.| لا - (There is) no| إله - god| إلا - except| هو - He.| فأنى - Then how| تصرفون - are you turning away?| | ||||||
| 4 [58:1] | Qad samiAAa Allahu qawla allatee tujadilukafee zawjiha watashtakee ila Allahi waAllahuyasmaAAu tahawurakuma inna Allaha sameeAAunbaseerun | قد سمع الله قول التي تجادلك في زوجها وتشتكي إلى الله والله يسمع تحاوركما إن الله سميع بصير قَدْ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ قَوْلَ الَّتِي تُجَادِلُكَ فِي زَوْجِهَا وَتَشْتَكِي إِلَى اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ يَسْمَعُ تَحَاوُرَكُمَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ | |||||
| Words | |قد - Indeed,| سمع - Allah has heard| الله - Allah has heard| قول - (the) speech| التي - (of one) who| تجادلك - disputes with you| في - concerning| زوجها - her husband| وتشتكي - and she directs her complaint| إلى - to| الله - Allah.| والله - And Allah| يسمع - hears| تحاوركما - (the) dialogue of both of you.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| سميع - (is) All-Hearer,| بصير - All-Seer.| | ||||||
