| 1 [6:76] | Falamma janna AAalayhi allaylu raakawkaban qala hatha rabbee falamma afala qalala ohibbu al-afileena |  فلما جن عليه الليل رأى كوكبا قال هذا ربي فلما أفل قال لا أحب الآفلينفَلَمَّا جَنَّ عَلَيْهِ اللَّيْلُ رَأَى كَوْكَبًا قَالَ هَـذَا رَبِّي فَلَمَّا أَفَلَ قَالَ لاَ أُحِبُّ الْآفِلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| جن - covered| عليه - over him| الليل - the night,| رأى - he saw| كوكبا - a star.| قال - He said,| هذا - "This| ربي - (is) my Lord."| فلما - But when| أفل - it set,| قال - he said| لا - "Not| أحب - (do) I like| الآفلين - the ones that set."| | ||||||
| 2 [6:77] | Falamma raa alqamara bazighanqala hatha rabbee falamma afala qalala-in lam yahdinee rabbee laakoonanna mina alqawmi alddalleena | فلما رأى القمر بازغا قال هذا ربي فلما أفل قال لئن لم يهدني ربي لأكونن من القوم الضالين فَلَمَّا رَأَى الْقَمَرَ بَازِغًا قَالَ هَـذَا رَبِّي فَلَمَّا أَفَلَ قَالَ لَئِن لَّمْ يَهْدِنِي رَبِّي لَأَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الضَّالِّينَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - When| رأى - he saw| القمر - the moon| بازغا - rising| قال - he said,| هذا - "This| ربي - (is) my Lord."| فلما - But when| أفل - it set| قال - he said,| لئن - "If| لم - (does) not| يهدني - guide me| ربي - my Lord,| لأكونن - I will surely be| من - among| القوم - the people| الضالين - who went astray."| | ||||||
| 3 [6:78] | Falamma raa alshshamsabazighatan qala hatha rabbee hathaakbaru falamma afalat qala ya qawmi inneebaree-on mimma tushrikoona | فلما رأى الشمس بازغة قال هذا ربي هذا أكبر فلما أفلت قال يا قوم إني بريء مما تشركون فَلَمَّا رَأَى الشَّمْسَ بَازِغَةً قَالَ هَـذَا رَبِّي هَـذَآ أَكْبَرُ فَلَمَّا أَفَلَتْ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ إِنِّي بَرِيءٌ مِّمَّا تُشْرِكُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - When| رأى - he saw| الشمس - the sun| بازغة - rising| قال - he said,| هذا - "This (is)| ربي - my Lord,| هذا - this (is)| أكبر - greater."| فلما - But when| أفلت - it set,| قال - he said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| إني - Indeed, I am| بريء - free| مما - of what| تشركون - you associate (with Allah)."| | ||||||
| 4 [11:70] | Falamma raa aydiyahum latasilu ilayhi nakirahum waawjasa minhum kheefatan qaloola takhaf inna orsilna ila qawmi lootin | فلما رأى أيديهم لا تصل إليه نكرهم وأوجس منهم خيفة قالوا لا تخف إنا أرسلنا إلى قوم لوط فَلَمَّا رَأَى أَيْدِيَهُمْ لاَ تَصِلُ إِلَيْهِ نَكِرَهُمْ وَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَةً قَالُواْ لاَ تَخَفْ إِنَّا أُرْسِلْنَا إِلَى قَوْمِ لُوطٍ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - But when| رأى - he saw| أيديهم - their hands| لا - not| تصل - reaching| إليه - to it,| نكرهم - he felt unfamiliar of them| وأوجس - and felt apprehension| منهم - from them| خيفة - [a fear].| قالوا - They said,| لا - "(Do) not| تخف - fear.| إنا - Indeed, we| أرسلنا - [we] have been sent| إلى - to| قوم - (the) people| لوط - (of) Lut."| | ||||||
| 5 [12:24] | Walaqad hammat bihi wahamma biha lawlaan raa burhana rabbihi kathalika linasrifaAAanhu alssoo-a waalfahshaa innahumin AAibadina almukhlaseena | ولقد همت به وهم بها لولا أن رأى برهان ربه كذلك لنصرف عنه السوء والفحشاء إنه من عبادنا المخلصين وَلَقَدْ هَمَّتْ بِهِ وَهَمَّ بِهَا لَوْلاَ أَن رَّأَى بُرْهَانَ رَبِّهِ كَذَلِكَ لِنَصْرِفَ عَنْهُ السُّوءَ وَالْفَحْشَاءَ إِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُخْلَصِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| همت - she did desire| به - him,| وهم - and he would have desired| بها - her,| لولا - if not| أن - that| رأى - he saw| برهان - the proof| ربه - (of) his Lord.| كذلك - Thus,| لنصرف - that We might avert| عنه - from him| السوء - the evil| والفحشاء - and the immorality.| إنه - Indeed, he| من - (was) of| عبادنا - Our slaves| المخلصين - the sincere.| | ||||||
| 6 [12:28] | Falamma raa qameesahuqudda min duburin qala innahu min kaydikunna innakaydakunna AAatheemun | فلما رأى قميصه قد من دبر قال إنه من كيدكن إن كيدكن عظيم فَلَمَّا رَأَى قَمِيصَهُ قُدَّ مِن دُبُرٍ قَالَ إِنَّهُ مِن كَيْدِكُنَّ إِنَّ كَيْدَكُنَّ عَظِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| رأى - he saw| قميصه - his shirt| قد - torn| من - from| دبر - (the) back| قال - he said,| إنه - "Indeed, it| من - (is) of| كيدكن - your plot.| إن - Indeed,| كيدكن - your plot| عظيم - (is) great.| | ||||||
| 7 [16:85] | Wa-itha raa allatheena thalamooalAAathaba fala yukhaffafu AAanhum wala humyuntharoona | وإذا رأى الذين ظلموا العذاب فلا يخفف عنهم ولا هم ينظرون وَإِذَا رَأَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ الْعَذَابَ فَلاَ يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| رأى - (will) see| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged| العذاب - the punishment,| فلا - then not| يخفف - it will be lightened| عنهم - for them| ولا - and not| هم - they| ينظرون - will be given respite.| | ||||||
| 8 [16:86] | Wa-itha raa allatheenaashrakoo shurakaahum qaloo rabbana haola-ishurakaona allatheena kunna nadAAoomin doonika faalqaw ilayhimu alqawla innakum lakathiboona | وإذا رأى الذين أشركوا شركاءهم قالوا ربنا هؤلاء شركاؤنا الذين كنا ندعو من دونك فألقوا إليهم القول إنكم لكاذبون وَإِذَا رَأَى الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ شُرَكَاءَهُمْ قَالُواْ رَبَّنَا هَـؤُلاَءِ شُرَكَآؤُنَا الَّذِينَ كُنَّا نَدْعُوْاْ مِن دُونِكَ فَألْقَوْا إِلَيْهِمُ الْقَوْلَ إِنَّكُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| رأى - (will) see| الذين - those who| أشركوا - associated partners with Allah| شركاءهم - their partners.| قالوا - They will say,| ربنا - "Our Lord,| هؤلاء - these| شركاؤنا - (are) our partners| الذين - those whom| كنا - we used to| ندعو - invoke| من - besides You."| دونك - besides You."| فألقوا - But they (will) throw back| إليهم - at them| القول - (their) word,| إنكم - "Indeed, you| لكاذبون - (are) surely liars."| | ||||||
| 9 [20:10] | Ith raa naran faqalali-ahlihi omkuthoo innee anastu naran laAAallee ateekumminha biqabasin aw ajidu AAala alnnarihudan | إذ رأى نارا فقال لأهله امكثوا إني آنست نارا لعلي آتيكم منها بقبس أو أجد على النار هدى إِذْ رَأَى نَارًا فَقَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ امْكُثُوا إِنِّي آنَسْتُ نَارًا لَّعَلِّي آتِيكُم مِّنْهَا بِقَبَسٍ أَوْ أَجِدُ عَلَى النَّارِ هُدًى | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| رأى - he saw| نارا - a fire,| فقال - then he said| لأهله - to his family,| امكثوا - "Stay here;| إني - indeed, I| آنست - [I] perceived| نارا - a fire;| لعلي - perhaps I (can)| آتيكم - bring you| منها - therefrom| بقبس - a burning brand,| أو - or| أجد - I find| على - at| النار - the fire| هدى - guidance."| | ||||||
| 10 [33:22] | Walamma raa almu/minoona al-ahzabaqaloo hatha ma waAAadana Allahuwarasooluhu wasadaqa Allahu warasooluhu wamazadahum illa eemanan watasleeman | ولما رأى المؤمنون الأحزاب قالوا هذا ما وعدنا الله ورسوله وصدق الله ورسوله وما زادهم إلا إيمانا وتسليما وَلَمَّا رَأَى الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْأَحْزَابَ قَالُوا هَذَا مَا وَعَدَنَا اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَصَدَقَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَمَا زَادَهُمْ إِلَّا إِيْمَانًا وَتَسْلِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| رأى - saw| المؤمنون - the believers| الأحزاب - the confederates,| قالوا - they said,| هذا - "This| ما - (is) what| وعدنا - Allah promised us| الله - Allah promised us| ورسوله - and His Messenger,| وصدق - and Allah spoke the truth| الله - and Allah spoke the truth| ورسوله - and His Messenger."| وما - And not| زادهم - it increased them| إلا - except| إيمانا - (in) faith| وتسليما - and submission.| | ||||||
| 11 [53:11] | Ma kathaba alfu-adu maraa | ما كذب الفؤاد ما رأى مَا كَذَبَ الْفُؤَادُ مَا رَأَى | |||||

| 12 [53:18] | Laqad raa min ayatirabbihi alkubra | لقد رأى من آيات ربه الكبرى لَقَدْ رَأَى مِنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِ الْكُبْرَى | |||||
