| 1 [2:207] | Wamina alnnasi man yashreenafsahu ibtighaa mardati Allahi waAllahuraoofun bialAAibadi |  ومن الناس من يشري نفسه ابتغاء مرضات الله والله رءوف بالعبادوَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَشْرِي نَفْسَهُ ابْتِغَاءَ مَرْضَاتِ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ رَؤُوفٌ بِالْعِبَادِ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And of| الناس - the people| من - (is the one) who| يشري - sells| نفسه - his own self| ابتغاء - seeking| مرضات - pleasure| الله - (of) Allah.| والله - And Allah| رءوف - (is) full of Kindness| بالعباد - to His servants.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:30] | Yawma tajidu kullu nafsin ma AAamilatmin khayrin muhdaran wama AAamilat min soo-intawaddu law anna baynaha wabaynahu amadan baAAeedan wayuhaththirukumuAllahu nafsahu waAllahu raoofun bialAAibadi | يوم تجد كل نفس ما عملت من خير محضرا وما عملت من سوء تود لو أن بينها وبينه أمدا بعيدا ويحذركم الله نفسه والله رءوف بالعباد يَوْمَ تَجِدُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا عَمِلَتْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مُّحْضَرًا وَمَا عَمِلَتْ مِن سُوءٍ تَوَدُّ لَوْ أَنَّ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَهُ أَمَدًا بَعِيدًا وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ اللّهُ نَفْسَهُ وَاللّهُ رَؤُوفٌ بِالْعِبَادِ | |||||
| Words | |يوم - (On the) day| تجد - will find| كل - every| نفس - soul| ما - what| عملت - it did| من - of| خير - good -| محضرا - presented,| وما - and what| عملت - it did| من - of| سوء - evil,| تود - it will wish| لو - [if]| أن - that| بينها - between itself| وبينه - and between it (evil)| أمدا - (was) a distance| بعيدا - great.| ويحذركم - And warns you| الله - Allah| نفسه - (against) Himself,| والله - and Allah| رءوف - (is) Most Kind| بالعباد - to (His) [the] slaves.| | ||||||
| 3 [9:117] | Laqad taba Allahu AAalaalnnabiyyi waalmuhajireena waal-ansariallatheena ittabaAAoohu fee saAAati alAAusrati minbaAAdi ma kada yazeeghu quloobu fareeqin minhumthumma taba AAalayhim innahu bihim raoofun raheemun | لقد تاب الله على النبي والمهاجرين والأنصار الذين اتبعوه في ساعة العسرة من بعد ما كاد يزيغ قلوب فريق منهم ثم تاب عليهم إنه بهم رءوف رحيم لَقَد تَّابَ الله عَلَى النَّبِيِّ وَالْمُهَاجِرِينَ وَالأَنصَارِ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُ فِي سَاعَةِ الْعُسْرَةِ مِن بَعْدِ مَا كَادَ يَزِيغُ قُلُوبُ فَرِيقٍ مِّنْهُمْ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّهُ بِهِمْ رَؤُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |لقد - Verily,| تاب - Allah turned (in mercy)| الله - Allah turned (in mercy)| على - to| النبي - the Prophet,| والمهاجرين - and the emigrants,| والأنصار - and the helpers| الذين - [those] who| اتبعوه - followed him,| في - in| ساعة - (the) hour| العسرة - (of) difficulty| من - after| بعد - after| ما - [what]| كاد - had nearly| يزيغ - deviated| قلوب - (the) hearts| فريق - (of) a party| منهم - of them,| ثم - then| تاب - He turned (in mercy)| عليهم - to them.| إنه - Indeed, He| بهم - to them| رءوف - (is) Most Kind,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 4 [9:128] | Laqad jaakum rasoolun min anfusikumAAazeezun AAalayhi ma AAanittum hareesunAAalaykum bialmu/mineena raoofun raheemun | لقد جاءكم رسول من أنفسكم عزيز عليه ما عنتم حريص عليكم بالمؤمنين رءوف رحيم لَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ عَزِيزٌ عَلَيْهِ مَا عَنِتُّمْ حَرِيصٌ عَلَيْكُم بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَؤُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |لقد - Certainly,| جاءكم - (has) come to you| رسول - a Messenger| من - from| أنفسكم - yourselves.| عزيز - Grievous| عليه - to him| ما - (is) what| عنتم - you suffer,| حريص - (he is) concerned| عليكم - over you,| بالمؤمنين - to the believers| رءوف - (he is) kind| رحيم - (and) merciful.| | ||||||
| 5 [24:20] | Walawla fadlu AllahiAAalaykum warahmatuhu waanna Allaha raoofun raheemun | ولولا فضل الله عليكم ورحمته وأن الله رءوف رحيم وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ وَأَنَّ اللَّه رَؤُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And if not| فضل - (for the) Grace of Allah| الله - (for the) Grace of Allah| عليكم - upon you| ورحمته - and His Mercy.| وأن - And that| الله - Allah| رءوف - (is) Full of Kindness,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 6 [59:10] | Waallatheena jaoo minbaAAdihim yaqooloona rabbana ighfir lana wali-ikhwaninaallatheena sabaqoona bial-eemani walatajAAal fee quloobina ghillan lillatheena amanoorabbana innaka raoofun raheemun | والذين جاءوا من بعدهم يقولون ربنا اغفر لنا ولإخواننا الذين سبقونا بالإيمان ولا تجعل في قلوبنا غلا للذين آمنوا ربنا إنك رءوف رحيم وَالَّذِينَ جَاؤُوا مِن بَعْدِهِمْ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيْمَانِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبِنَا غِلًّا لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ رَؤُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |والذين - And those who| جاءوا - came| من - from| بعدهم - after them| يقولون - they say,| ربنا - "Our Lord,| اغفر - forgive| لنا - us| ولإخواننا - and our brothers| الذين - who| سبقونا - preceded us| بالإيمان - in faith,| ولا - and (do) not| تجعل - put| في - in| قلوبنا - our hearts| غلا - any rancor| للذين - towards those who| آمنوا - believed.| ربنا - Our Lord,| إنك - indeed You| رءوف - (are) Full of Kindness,| رحيم - Most Merciful."| | ||||||
