| 1 [5:95] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoola taqtuloo alssayda waantum hurumunwaman qatalahu minkum mutaAAammidan fajazaon mithlu maqatala mina alnnaAAami yahkumu bihi thawaAAadlin minkum hadyan baligha alkaAAbati aw kaffaratuntaAAamu masakeena aw AAadlu thalika siyamanliyathooqa wabala amrihi AAafa AllahuAAamma salafa waman AAada fayantaqimu Allahuminhu waAllahu AAazeezun thoo intiqamin |  يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تقتلوا الصيد وأنتم حرم ومن قتله منكم متعمدا فجزاء مثل ما قتل من النعم يحكم به ذوا عدل منكم هديا بالغ الكعبة أو كفارة طعام مساكين أو عدل ذلك صياما ليذوق وبال أمره عفا الله عما سلف ومن عاد فينتقم الله منه والله عزيز ذو انتقاميَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَقْتُلُواْ الصَّيْدَ وَأَنتُمْ حُرُمٌ وَمَن قَتَلَهُ مِنكُم مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاءٌ مِّثْلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ النَّعَمِ يَحْكُمُ بِهِ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِّنكُمْ هَدْيًا بَالِغَ الْكَعْبَةِ أَوْ كَفَّارَةٌ طَعَامُ مَسَاكِينَ أَو عَدْلُ ذَلِكَ صِيَامًا لِّيَذُوقَ وَبَالَ أَمْرِهِ عَفَا اللّهُ عَمَّا سَلَف وَمَنْ عَادَ فَيَنتَقِمُ اللّهُ مِنْهُ وَاللّهُ عَزِيزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| لا - (Do) not| تقتلوا - kill| الصيد - the game| وأنتم - while you| حرم - (are in) Ihram.| ومن - And whoever| قتله - killed it| منكم - among you| متعمدا - intentionally,| فجزاء - then penalty| مثل - (is) similar| ما - (to) what| قتل - he killed| من - of| النعم - the cattle,| يحكم - judging| به - it| ذوا - two men,| عدل - just,| منكم - among you| هديا - (as) an offering| بالغ - reaching| الكعبة - the Kabah| أو - or| كفارة - an expiation -| طعام - feeding| مساكين - needy people| أو - or| عدل - equivalent| ذلك - (of) that| صياما - (in) fasting,| ليذوق - that he may taste| وبال - (the) consequence| أمره - (of) his deed.| عفا - Pardoned| الله - (by) Allah| عما - what| سلف - (has) passed,| ومن - but whoever| عاد - returned,| فينتقم - then will take retribution| الله - Allah| منه - from him.| والله - And Allah| عزيز - (is) All-Mighty,| ذو - Owner| انتقام - (of) Retribution.| | ||||||
| 2 [5:106] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooshahadatu baynikum itha hadara ahadakumualmawtu heena alwasiyyati ithnani thawaAAadlin minkum aw akharani min ghayrikum in antum darabtumfee al-ardi faasabatkum museebatu almawti tahbisoonahumamin baAAdi alssalati fayuqsimani biAllahiini irtabtum la nashtaree bihi thamanan walaw kana thaqurba wala naktumu shahadata Allahiinna ithan lamina al-athimeena | يا أيها الذين آمنوا شهادة بينكم إذا حضر أحدكم الموت حين الوصية اثنان ذوا عدل منكم أو آخران من غيركم إن أنتم ضربتم في الأرض فأصابتكم مصيبة الموت تحبسونهما من بعد الصلاة فيقسمان بالله إن ارتبتم لا نشتري به ثمنا ولو كان ذا قربى ولا نكتم شهادة الله إنا إذا لمن الآثمين يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ شَهَادَةُ بَيْنِكُمْ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ الْمَوْتُ حِينَ الْوَصِيَّةِ اثْنَانِ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِّنكُمْ أَوْ آخَرَانِ مِنْ غَيْرِكُمْ إِنْ أَنتُمْ ضَرَبْتُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَأَصَابَتْكُم مُّصِيبَةُ الْمَوْتِ تَحْبِسُونَهُمَا مِن بَعْدِ الصَّلاَةِ فَيُقْسِمَانِ بِاللّهِ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ لاَ نَشْتَرِي بِهِ ثَمَنًا وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَى وَلاَ نَكْتُمُ شَهَادَةَ اللّهِ إِنَّا إِذًا لَّمِنَ الْآثِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| شهادة - (Take) testimony| بينكم - among you| إذا - when| حضر - approaches| أحدكم - one of you| الموت - [the] death,| حين - (at the) time (of making)| الوصية - [the] a will| اثنان - two| ذوا - men,| عدل - just,| منكم - among you,| أو - or| آخران - two others| من - from| غيركم - other than you| إن - if| أنتم - You| ضربتم - (are) travel(ing)| في - in| الأرض - the earth| فأصابتكم - then befalls you| مصيبة - calamity| الموت - (of) [the] death.| تحبسونهما - Detain both of them| من - from| بعد - after| الصلاة - the prayer| فيقسمان - and let them both swear| بالله - by Allah| إن - if| ارتبتم - you doubt,| لا - "Not| نشتري - we will exchange| به - it for| ثمنا - a price| ولو - even if| كان - he is| ذا - (of)| قربى - a near relative,| ولا - and not| نكتم - we will conceal| شهادة - testimony| الله - (of) Allah.| إنا - Indeed, we| إذا - then| لمن - (will) surely (be) of| الآثمين - the sinners."| | ||||||
