| 1 [3:135] | Waallatheena ithafaAAaloo fahishatan aw thalamoo anfusahum thakarooAllaha faistaghfaroo lithunoobihim wamanyaghfiru alththunooba illa Allahuwalam yusirroo AAala ma faAAaloo wahumyaAAlamoona |  والذين إذا فعلوا فاحشة أو ظلموا أنفسهم ذكروا الله فاستغفروا لذنوبهم ومن يغفر الذنوب إلا الله ولم يصروا على ما فعلوا وهم يعلمونوَالَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُواْ فَاحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُواْ أَنْفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُواْ اللّهَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُواْ لِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَن يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ اللّهُ وَلَمْ يُصِرُّواْ عَلَى مَا فَعَلُواْ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |والذين - And those| إذا - when| فعلوا - they did| فاحشة - immorality| أو - or| ظلموا - wronged| أنفسهم - themselves -| ذكروا - they remember| الله - Allah| فاستغفروا - then ask forgiveness| لذنوبهم - for their sins -| ومن - and who| يغفر - (can) forgive| الذنوب - the sins| إلا - except| الله - Allah?| ولم - And not| يصروا - they persist| على - on| ما - what| فعلوا - they did| وهم - while they| يعلمون - know.| | ||||||
| 2 [5:13] | Fabima naqdihim meethaqahumlaAAannahum wajaAAalna quloobahum qasiyatanyuharrifoona alkalima AAan mawadiAAihi wanasoo haththanmimma thukkiroo bihi wala tazalu tattaliAAuAAala kha-inatin minhum illa qaleelan minhumfaoAAfu AAanhum waisfah inna Allahayuhibbu almuhsineena | فبما نقضهم ميثاقهم لعناهم وجعلنا قلوبهم قاسية يحرفون الكلم عن مواضعه ونسوا حظا مما ذكروا به ولا تزال تطلع على خائنة منهم إلا قليلا منهم فاعف عنهم واصفح إن الله يحب المحسنين فَبِمَا نَقْضِهِم مِّيثَاقَهُمْ لَعَنَّاهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَا قُلُوبَهُمْ قَاسِيَةً يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ عَن مَّوَاضِعِهِ وَنَسُواْ حَظًّا مِّمَّا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ وَلاَ تَزَالُ تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى خَآئِنَةٍ مِّنْهُمْ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً مِّنْهُمْ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاصْفَحْ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فبما - So for| نقضهم - their breaking| ميثاقهم - (of) their covenant| لعناهم - We cursed them| وجعلنا - and We made| قلوبهم - their hearts| قاسية - hard.| يحرفون - They distort| الكلم - the words| عن - from| مواضعه - their places,| ونسوا - and forgot| حظا - a part| مما - of what| ذكروا - they were reminded| به - of [it].| ولا - And not| تزال - will you cease| تطلع - to discover| على - of| خائنة - treachery| منهم - from them| إلا - except| قليلا - a few| منهم - of them.| فاعف - But forgive| عنهم - them| واصفح - and overlook.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| يحب - loves| المحسنين - the good-doers.| | ||||||
| 3 [5:14] | Wamina allatheena qaloo innanasara akhathna meethaqahumfanasoo haththan mimma thukkiroobihi faaghrayna baynahumu alAAadawata waalbaghdaaila yawmi alqiyamati wasawfa yunabbi-ohumu Allahubima kanoo yasnaAAoona | ومن الذين قالوا إنا نصارى أخذنا ميثاقهم فنسوا حظا مما ذكروا به فأغرينا بينهم العداوة والبغضاء إلى يوم القيامة وسوف ينبئهم الله بما كانوا يصنعون وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّا نَصَارَى أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَهُمْ فَنَسُواْ حَظًّا مِّمَّا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ فَأَغْرَيْنَا بَيْنَهُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاءَ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَسَوْفَ يُنَبِّئُهُمُ اللّهُ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصْنَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And from| الذين - those who| قالوا - said,| إنا - Indeed we| نصارى - (are) Christians,"| أخذنا - We took| ميثاقهم - their covenant;| فنسوا - but they forgot| حظا - a part| مما - of what| ذكروا - they were reminded| به - of [it].| فأغرينا - So We aroused| بينهم - between them| العداوة - [the] enmity| والبغضاء - and [the] hatred| إلى - till| يوم - (the) Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection.| وسوف - And soon| ينبئهم - will inform them| الله - Allah| بما - of what| كانوا - they used to| يصنعون - do.| | ||||||
| 4 [6:44] | Falamma nasoo ma thukkiroobihi fatahna AAalayhim abwaba kulli shay-in hattaitha farihoo bima ootoo akhathnahumbaghtatan fa-itha hum mublisoona | فلما نسوا ما ذكروا به فتحنا عليهم أبواب كل شيء حتى إذا فرحوا بما أوتوا أخذناهم بغتة فإذا هم مبلسون فَلَمَّا نَسُواْ مَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَبْوَابَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَتَّى إِذَا فَرِحُواْ بِمَا أُوتُواْ أَخَذْنَاهُم بَغْتَةً فَإِذَا هُم مُّبْلِسُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| نسوا - they forgot| ما - what| ذكروا - they were reminded| به - of [it],| فتحنا - We opened| عليهم - on them| أبواب - gates| كل - (of) every| شيء - thing,| حتى - until| إذا - when| فرحوا - they rejoiced| بما - in what| أوتوا - they were given,| أخذناهم - We seized them| بغتة - suddenly| فإذا - and then| هم - they| مبلسون - (were) dumbfounded.| | ||||||
| 5 [7:165] | Falamma nasoo ma thukkiroobihi anjayna allatheena yanhawna AAani alssoo-iwaakhathna allatheena thalamoobiAAathabin ba-eesin bima kanoo yafsuqoona | فلما نسوا ما ذكروا به أنجينا الذين ينهون عن السوء وأخذنا الذين ظلموا بعذاب بئيس بما كانوا يفسقون فَلَمَّا نَسُواْ مَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ أَنجَيْنَا الَّذِينَ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ السُّوءِ وَأَخَذْنَا الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ بِعَذَابٍ بَئِيسٍ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْسُقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| نسوا - they forgot| ما - what| ذكروا - they had been reminded| به - with [it],| أنجينا - We saved| الذين - those who| ينهون - forbade| عن - [from]| السوء - the evil,| وأخذنا - and We seized| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged| بعذاب - with a punishment| بئيس - wretched,| بما - because| كانوا - they were| يفسقون - defiantly disobeying.| | ||||||
| 6 [25:73] | Waallatheena itha thukkiroobi-ayati rabbihim lam yakhirroo AAalayha summanwaAAumyanan | والذين إذا ذكروا بآيات ربهم لم يخروا عليها صما وعميانا وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَمْ يَخِرُّوا عَلَيْهَا صُمًّا وَعُمْيَانًا | |||||
| Words | |والذين - And those who,| إذا - when| ذكروا - they are reminded| بآيات - of (the) Verses| ربهم - (of) their Lord,| لم - (do) not| يخروا - fall| عليها - upon them| صما - deaf| وعميانا - and blind.| | ||||||
| 7 [32:15] | Innama yu/minu bi-ayatinaallatheena itha thukkiroo bihakharroo sujjadan wasabbahoo bihamdi rabbihim wahumla yastakbiroona | إنما يؤمن بآياتنا الذين إذا ذكروا بها خروا سجدا وسبحوا بحمد ربهم وهم لا يستكبرون إِنَّمَا يُؤْمِنُ بِآيَاتِنَا الَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا بِهَا خَرُّوا سُجَّدًا وَسَبَّحُوا بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ وَهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إنما - Only| يؤمن - believe| بآياتنا - in Our Verses| الذين - those who| إذا - when| ذكروا - they are reminded| بها - of them| خروا - fall down| سجدا - prostrating| وسبحوا - and glorify| بحمد - (the) praises| ربهم - (of) their Lord,| وهم - and they| لا - are not arrogant.| يستكبرون - are not arrogant.| | ||||||
| 8 [37:13] | Wa-itha thukkiroo la yathkuroona | وإذا ذكروا لا يذكرون وَإِذَا ذُكِّرُوا لَا يَذْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| ذكروا - they are reminded,| لا - not| يذكرون - they receive admonition.| | ||||||
