| 1 [5:61] | Wa-itha jaookum qaloo amannawaqad dakhaloo bialkufri wahum qad kharajoo bihi waAllahuaAAlamu bima kanoo yaktumoona |  وإذا جاءوكم قالوا آمنا وقد دخلوا بالكفر وهم قد خرجوا به والله أعلم بما كانوا يكتمونوَإِذَا جَآؤُوكُمْ قَالُواْ آمَنَّا وَقَد دَّخَلُواْ بِالْكُفْرِ وَهُمْ قَدْ خَرَجُواْ بِهِ وَاللّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكْتُمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| جاءوكم - they come to you| قالوا - they say,| آمنا - "We believe."| وقد - But certainly| دخلوا - they entered| بالكفر - with disbelief| وهم - and they| قد - certainly| خرجوا - went out| به - with it.| والله - And Allah| أعلم - knows best| بما - [of] what| كانوا - they were| يكتمون - hiding.| | ||||||
| 2 [12:68] | Walamma dakhaloo min haythuamarahum aboohum ma kana yughnee AAanhum mina Allahimin shay-in illa hajatan fee nafsi yaAAqooba qadahawa-innahu lathoo AAilmin lima AAallamnahuwalakinna akthara alnnasi layaAAlamoona | ولما دخلوا من حيث أمرهم أبوهم ما كان يغني عنهم من الله من شيء إلا حاجة في نفس يعقوب قضاها وإنه لذو علم لما علمناه ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون وَلَمَّا دَخَلُواْ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَهُمْ أَبُوهُم مَّا كَانَ يُغْنِي عَنْهُم مِّنَ اللّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ حَاجَةً فِي نَفْسِ يَعْقُوبَ قَضَاهَا وَإِنَّهُ لَذُو عِلْمٍ لِّمَا عَلَّمْنَاهُ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| دخلوا - they entered| من - from| حيث - where| أمرهم - ordered them| أبوهم - their father,| ما - not| كان - it| يغني - avail(ed)| عنهم - them| من - against| الله - Allah| من - any| شيء - thing| إلا - but| حاجة - (it was) a need| في - of| نفس - Yaqub's soul,| يعقوب - Yaqub's soul,| قضاها - which he carried out.| وإنه - And indeed, he| لذو - (was) a possessor| علم - (of) knowledge| لما - because| علمناه - We had taught him,| ولكن - but| أكثر - most| الناس - (of) the people| لا - (do) not| يعلمون - know.| | ||||||
| 3 [12:69] | Walamma dakhaloo AAala yoosufaawa ilayhi akhahu qala innee anaakhooka fala tabta-is bima kanoo yaAAmaloona | ولما دخلوا على يوسف آوى إليه أخاه قال إني أنا أخوك فلا تبتئس بما كانوا يعملون وَلَمَّا دَخَلُواْ عَلَى يُوسُفَ آوَى إِلَيْهِ أَخَاهُ قَالَ إِنِّي أَنَاْ أَخُوكَ فَلاَ تَبْتَئِسْ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| دخلوا - they entered| على - upon| يوسف - Yusuf,| آوى - he took| إليه - to himself| أخاه - his brother.| قال - He said,| إني - "Indeed, I| أنا - [I] am| أخوك - your brother| فلا - so (do) not| تبتئس - grieve| بما - for what| كانوا - they used (to)| يعملون - do."| | ||||||
| 4 [12:88] | Falamma dakhaloo AAalayhi qalooya ayyuha alAAazeezu massana waahlanaalddurru waji/na bibidaAAatin muzjatinfaawfi lana alkayla watasaddaq AAalayna innaAllaha yajzee almutasaddiqeena | فلما دخلوا عليه قالوا يا أيها العزيز مسنا وأهلنا الضر وجئنا ببضاعة مزجاة فأوف لنا الكيل وتصدق علينا إن الله يجزي المتصدقين فَلَمَّا دَخَلُواْ عَلَيْهِ قَالُواْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْعَزِيزُ مَسَّنَا وَأَهْلَنَا الضُّرُّ وَجِئْنَا بِبِضَاعَةٍ مُّزْجَاةٍ فَأَوْفِ لَنَا الْكَيْلَ وَتَصَدَّقْ عَلَيْنَآ إِنَّ اللّهَ يَجْزِي الْمُتَصَدِّقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| دخلوا - they entered| عليه - upon him| قالوا - they said,| يا - O| أيها - "O Aziz!| العزيز - "O Aziz!| مسنا - Has touched us| وأهلنا - and our family| الضر - the adversity,| وجئنا - and we have come| ببضاعة - with goods| مزجاة - (of) little value,| فأوف - but pay (in) full| لنا - to us| الكيل - the measure| وتصدق - and be charitable| علينا - to us.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| يجزي - rewards| المتصدقين - the charitable."| | ||||||
| 5 [12:99] | Falamma dakhaloo AAala yoosufaawa ilayhi abawayhi waqala odkhuloo misrain shaa Allahu amineena | فلما دخلوا على يوسف آوى إليه أبويه وقال ادخلوا مصر إن شاء الله آمنين فَلَمَّا دَخَلُواْ عَلَى يُوسُفَ آوَى إِلَيْهِ أَبَوَيْهِ وَقَالَ ادْخُلُواْ مِصْرَ إِن شَاءَ اللّهُ آمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - Then when| دخلوا - they entered| على - upon| يوسف - Yusuf,| آوى - he took| إليه - to himself| أبويه - his parents| وقال - and said,| ادخلوا - "Enter| مصر - Egypt| إن - if| شاء - Allah wills,| الله - Allah wills,| آمنين - safe."| | ||||||
| 6 [15:52] | Ith dakhaloo AAalayhi faqaloosalaman qala inna minkum wajiloona | إذ دخلوا عليه فقالوا سلاما قال إنا منكم وجلون إِذْ دَخَلُواْ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالُواْ سَلاَمًا قَالَ إِنَّا مِنكُمْ وَجِلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| دخلوا - they entered| عليه - upon him| فقالوا - and said,| سلاما - "Peace."| قال - He said,| إنا - "Indeed, we| منكم - (are) of you| وجلون - afraid."| | ||||||
| 7 [27:34] | Qalat inna almulooka ithadakhaloo qaryatan afsadooha wajaAAaloo aAAizzata ahlihaathillatan wakathalika yafAAaloona | قالت إن الملوك إذا دخلوا قرية أفسدوها وجعلوا أعزة أهلها أذلة وكذلك يفعلون قَالَتْ إِنَّ الْمُلُوكَ إِذَا دَخَلُوا قَرْيَةً أَفْسَدُوهَا وَجَعَلُوا أَعِزَّةَ أَهْلِهَا أَذِلَّةً وَكَذَلِكَ يَفْعَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قالت - She said,| إن - "Indeed,| الملوك - the kings,| إذا - when| دخلوا - they enter| قرية - a town| أفسدوها - they ruin it| وجعلوا - and make| أعزة - (the) most honorable| أهلها - (of) its people| أذلة - (the) lowest.| وكذلك - And thus| يفعلون - they do.| | ||||||
| 8 [38:22] | Ith dakhaloo AAala dawoodafafaziAAa minhum qaloo la takhaf khasmanibagha baAAduna AAala baAAdinfaohkum baynana bialhaqqi walatushtit waihdina ila sawa-ialssirati | إذ دخلوا على داوود ففزع منهم قالوا لا تخف خصمان بغى بعضنا على بعض فاحكم بيننا بالحق ولا تشطط واهدنا إلى سواء الصراط إِذْ دَخَلُوا عَلَى دَاوُودَ فَفَزِعَ مِنْهُمْ قَالُوا لَا تَخَفْ خَصْمَانِ بَغَى بَعْضُنَا عَلَى بَعْضٍ فَاحْكُم بَيْنَنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تُشْطِطْ وَاهْدِنَا إِلَى سَوَاءِ الصِّرَاطِ | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| دخلوا - they entered| على - upon| داوود - Dawood| ففزع - and he was afraid| منهم - of them,| قالوا - they said,| لا - "(Do) not| تخف - fear.| خصمان - (We are) two litigants,| بغى - has wronged| بعضنا - one of us| على - to| بعض - another,| فاحكم - so judge| بيننا - between us| بالحق - in truth| ولا - and (do) not| تشطط - be unjust| واهدنا - and guide us| إلى - to| سواء - an even| الصراط - [the] path.| | ||||||
| 9 [51:25] | Ith dakhaloo AAalayhi faqaloosalaman qala salamun qawmun munkaroona | إذ دخلوا عليه فقالوا سلاما قال سلام قوم منكرون إِذْ دَخَلُوا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالُوا سَلَامًا قَالَ سَلَامٌ قَوْمٌ مُّنكَرُونَ | |||||
