| 1 [5:33] | Innama jazao allatheenayuhariboona Allaha warasoolahu wayasAAawna feeal-ardi fasadan an yuqattaloo aw yusallabooaw tuqattaAAa aydeehim waarjuluhum min khilafin awyunfaw mina al-ardi thalika lahum khizyun fee alddunyawalahum fee al-akhirati AAathabun AAatheemun |  إنما جزاء الذين يحاربون الله ورسوله ويسعون في الأرض فسادا أن يقتلوا أو يصلبوا أو تقطع أيديهم وأرجلهم من خلاف أو ينفوا من الأرض ذلك لهم خزي في الدنيا ولهم في الآخرة عذاب عظيمإِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَن يُقَتَّلُواْ أَوْ يُصَلَّبُواْ أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُم مِّنْ خِلاَفٍ أَوْ يُنفَوْاْ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |إنما - Only| جزاء - (the) recompense| الذين - (for) those who| يحاربون - wage war| الله - (against) Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger| ويسعون - and strive| في - in| الأرض - the earth| فسادا - spreading corruption| أن - (is) that| يقتلوا - they be killed| أو - or| يصلبوا - they be crucified| أو - or| تقطع - be cut off| أيديهم - their hands| وأرجلهم - and their feet| من - of| خلاف - opposite sides| أو - or| ينفوا - they be exiled| من - from| الأرض - the land.| ذلك - That| لهم - (is) for them| خزي - disgrace| في - in| الدنيا - the world| ولهم - and for them| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter| عذاب - (is) a punishment| عظيم - great.| | ||||||
| 2 [7:124] | LaoqatiAAanna aydiyakum waarjulakummin khilafin thumma laosallibannakum ajmaAAeena | لأقطعن أيديكم وأرجلكم من خلاف ثم لأصلبنكم أجمعين لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُم مِّنْ خِلاَفٍ ثُمَّ لَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ | |||||
| Words | |لأقطعن - I will surely cut off| أيديكم - your hands| وأرجلكم - and your feet| من - of| خلاف - opposite (sides).| ثم - Then| لأصلبنكم - I will surely crucify you| أجمعين - all."| | ||||||
| 3 [9:81] | Fariha almukhallafoona bimaqAAadihimkhilafa rasooli Allahi wakarihoo an yujahidoobi-amwalihim waanfusihim fee sabeeli Allahi waqaloola tanfiroo fee alharri qul naru jahannamaashaddu harran law kanoo yafqahoona | فرح المخلفون بمقعدهم خلاف رسول الله وكرهوا أن يجاهدوا بأموالهم وأنفسهم في سبيل الله وقالوا لا تنفروا في الحر قل نار جهنم أشد حرا لو كانوا يفقهون فَرِحَ الْمُخَلَّفُونَ بِمَقْعَدِهِمْ خِلاَفَ رَسُولِ اللّهِ وَكَرِهُواْ أَن يُجَاهِدُواْ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَقَالُواْ لاَ تَنفِرُواْ فِي الْحَرِّ قُلْ نَارُ جَهَنَّمَ أَشَدُّ حَرًّا لَّوْ كَانُوا يَفْقَهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فرح - Rejoice| المخلفون - those who remained behind| بمقعدهم - in their staying| خلاف - behind| رسول - (the) Messenger| الله - (of) Allah,| وكرهوا - and they disliked| أن - to| يجاهدوا - strive| بأموالهم - with their wealth| وأنفسهم - and their lives| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah| وقالوا - and they said,| لا - "(Do) not| تنفروا - go forth| في - in| الحر - the heat."| قل - Say,| نار - "(The) Fire| جهنم - (of) Hell| أشد - (is) more intense| حرا - (in) heat."| لو - If (only)| كانوا - they could| يفقهون - understand.| | ||||||
| 4 [20:71] | Qala amantum lahu qabla an athanalakum innahu lakabeerukumu allathee AAallamakumu alssihrafalaoqattiAAanna aydiyakum waarjulakum min khilafinwalaosallibannakum fee juthooAAi alnnakhliwalataAAlamunna ayyuna ashaddu AAathaban waabqa | قال آمنتم له قبل أن آذن لكم إنه لكبيركم الذي علمكم السحر فلأقطعن أيديكم وأرجلكم من خلاف ولأصلبنكم في جذوع النخل ولتعلمن أينا أشد عذابا وأبقى قَالَ آمَنتُمْ لَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ آذَنَ لَكُمْ إِنَّهُ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ الَّذِي عَلَّمَكُمُ السِّحْرَ فَلَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُم مِّنْ خِلَافٍ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ فِي جُذُوعِ النَّخْلِ وَلَتَعْلَمُنَّ أَيُّنَا أَشَدُّ عَذَابًا وَأَبْقَى | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| آمنتم - "You believe| له - [to] him| قبل - before| أن - [that]| آذن - I gave permission| لكم - to you.| إنه - Indeed, he| لكبيركم - (is) your chief,| الذي - the one who| علمكم - taught you| السحر - the magic.| فلأقطعن - So surely I will cut off| أيديكم - your hands| وأرجلكم - and your feet| من - of| خلاف - opposite sides,| ولأصلبنكم - and surely I will crucify you| في - on| جذوع - (the) trunks| النخل - (of) date-palms| ولتعلمن - and surely you will know| أينا - which of us| أشد - (is) more severe| عذابا - (in) punishment| وأبقى - and more lasting."| | ||||||
| 5 [26:49] | Qala amantum lahu qabla an athanalakum innahu lakabeerukumu allathee AAallamakumu alssihrafalasawfa taAAlamoona laoqattiAAanna aydiyakum waarjulakummin khilafin walaosallibannakum ajmaAAeena | قال آمنتم له قبل أن آذن لكم إنه لكبيركم الذي علمكم السحر فلسوف تعلمون لأقطعن أيديكم وأرجلكم من خلاف ولأصلبنكم أجمعين قَالَ آمَنتُمْ لَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ آذَنَ لَكُمْ إِنَّهُ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ الَّذِي عَلَّمَكُمُ السِّحْرَ فَلَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُم مِّنْ خِلَافٍ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ | |||||
