| 1 [5:43] | Wakayfa yuhakkimoonaka waAAindahumu alttawratufeeha hukmu Allahi thumma yatawallawna minbaAAdi thalika wama ola-ika bialmu/mineena |  وكيف يحكمونك وعندهم التوراة فيها حكم الله ثم يتولون من بعد ذلك وما أولئك بالمؤمنينوَكَيْفَ يُحَكِّمُونَكَ وَعِندَهُمُ التَّوْرَاةُ فِيهَا حُكْمُ اللّهِ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّوْنَ مِن بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ وَمَا أُوْلَـئِكَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وكيف - But how can| يحكمونك - they appoint you a judge| وعندهم - while they (have) with them| التوراة - the Taurat,| فيها - in it| حكم - (is the) Command| الله - (of) Allah?| ثم - Then| يتولون - they turn away| من - from| بعد - after| ذلك - that,| وما - and not| أولئك - those| بالمؤمنين - (are) the believers.| | ||||||
| 2 [40:48] | Qala allatheena istakbaroo innakullun feeha inna Allaha qad hakama baynaalAAibadi | قال الذين استكبروا إنا كل فيها إن الله قد حكم بين العباد قَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا كُلٌّ فِيهَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ حَكَمَ بَيْنَ الْعِبَادِ | |||||
| Words | |قال - Will say| الذين - those who| استكبروا - (were) arrogant,| إنا - "Indeed, we| كل - all| فيها - (are) in it.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| قد - certainly| حكم - has judged| بين - between| العباد - (His) slaves"| | ||||||
| 3 [60:10] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooitha jaakumu almu/minatu muhajiratinfaimtahinoohunna Allahu aAAlamu bi-eemanihinnafa-in AAalimtumoohunna mu/minatin falatarjiAAoohunna ila alkuffari la hunna hillunlahum wala hum yahilloona lahunna waatoohumma anfaqoo wala junaha AAalaykum an tankihoohunnaitha ataytumoohunna ojoorahunna walatumsikoo biAAisami alkawafiri wais-aloo maanfaqtum walyas-aloo ma anfaqoo thalikum hukmuAllahi yahkumu baynakum waAllahuAAaleemun hakeemun | يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا جاءكم المؤمنات مهاجرات فامتحنوهن الله أعلم بإيمانهن فإن علمتموهن مؤمنات فلا ترجعوهن إلى الكفار لا هن حل لهم ولا هم يحلون لهن وآتوهم ما أنفقوا ولا جناح عليكم أن تنكحوهن إذا آتيتموهن أجورهن ولا تمسكوا بعصم الكوافر واسألوا ما أنفقتم وليسألوا ما أنفقوا ذلكم حكم الله يحكم بينكم والله عليم حكيم يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا جَاءَكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ مُهَاجِرَاتٍ فَامْتَحِنُوهُنَّ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيْمَانِهِنَّ فَإِنْ عَلِمْتُمُوهُنَّ مُؤْمِنَاتٍ فَلَا تَرْجِعُوهُنَّ إِلَى الْكُفَّارِ لَا هُنَّ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحِلُّونَ لَهُنَّ وَآتُوهُم مَّا أَنفَقُوا وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ إِذَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَلَا تُمْسِكُوا بِعِصَمِ الْكَوَافِرِ وَاسْأَلُوا مَا أَنفَقْتُمْ وَلْيَسْأَلُوا مَا أَنفَقُوا ذَلِكُمْ حُكْمُ اللَّهِ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| إذا - When| جاءكم - come to you| المؤمنات - the believing women| مهاجرات - (as) emigrants,| فامتحنوهن - then examine them.| الله - Allah| أعلم - (is) most knowing| بإيمانهن - of their faith.| فإن - And if| علمتموهن - you know them| مؤمنات - (to be) believers,| فلا - then (do) not| ترجعوهن - return them| إلى - to| الكفار - the disbelievers.| لا - Not| هن - they| حل - (are) lawful| لهم - for them| ولا - and not| هم - they| يحلون - are lawful| لهن - for them.| وآتوهم - But give them| ما - what| أنفقوا - they have spent.| ولا - And not| جناح - any blame| عليكم - upon you| أن - if| تنكحوهن - you marry them| إذا - when| آتيتموهن - you have given them| أجورهن - their (bridal) dues.| ولا - And (do) not| تمسكوا - hold| بعصم - to marriage bonds| الكوافر - (with) disbelieving women,| واسألوا - but ask (for)| ما - what| أنفقتم - you have spent,| وليسألوا - and let them ask| ما - what| أنفقوا - they have spent.| ذلكم - That| حكم - (is the) Judgment| الله - (of) Allah.| يحكم - He judges| بينكم - between you.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knowing,| حكيم - All-Wise.| | ||||||
