| 1 [2:260] | Wa-ith qala ibraheemurabbi arinee kayfa tuhyee almawta qala awalam tu/min qala bala walakin liyatma-innaqalbee qala fakhuth arbaAAatan mina alttayrifasurhunna ilayka thumma ijAAal AAala kulli jabalinminhunna juz-an thumma odAAuhunna ya/teenaka saAAyan waiAAlamanna Allaha AAazeezun hakeemun |  وإذ قال إبراهيم رب أرني كيف تحيي الموتى قال أولم تؤمن قال بلى ولكن ليطمئن قلبي قال فخذ أربعة من الطير فصرهن إليك ثم اجعل على كل جبل منهن جزءا ثم ادعهن يأتينك سعيا واعلم أن الله عزيز حكيموَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ رَبِّ أَرِنِي كَيْفَ تُحْيِـي الْمَوْتَى قَالَ أَوَلَمْ تُؤْمِن قَالَ بَلَى وَلَـكِن لِّيَطْمَئِنَّ قَلْبِي قَالَ فَخُذْ أَرْبَعَةً مِّنَ الطَّيْرِ فَصُرْهُنَّ إِلَيْكَ ثُمَّ اجْعَلْ عَلَى كُلِّ جَبَلٍ مِّنْهُنَّ جُزْءًا ثُمَّ ادْعُهُنَّ يَأْتِينَكَ سَعْيًا وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| قال - said| إبراهيم - Ibrahim,| رب - "My Lord| أرني - show me| كيف - how| تحيي - You give life| الموتى - (to) the dead."| قال - He said,| أولم - "Have not| تؤمن - you believed?"| قال - He said,| بلى - "Yes| ولكن - [and] but| ليطمئن - to satisfy| قلبي - my heart."| قال - He said| فخذ - "Then take| أربعة - four| من - of| الطير - the birds| فصرهن - and incline them| إليك - towards you,| ثم - then| اجعل - put| على - on| كل - each| جبل - hill| منهن - of them| جزءا - a portion;| ثم - then| ادعهن - call them,| يأتينك - they will come to you| سعيا - (in) haste.| واعلم - And know| أن - that| الله - Allah| عزيز - (is) All-Mighty,| حكيم - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 2 [43:15] | WajaAAaloo lahu min AAibadihi juz-aninna al-insana lakafoorun mubeenun | وجعلوا له من عباده جزءا إن الإنسان لكفور مبين وَجَعَلُوا لَهُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ جُزْءًا إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَكَفُورٌ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |وجعلوا - But they attribute| له - to Him| من - from| عباده - His slaves| جزءا - a portion.| إن - Indeed,| الإنسان - man| لكفور - surely (is) clearly ungrateful.| مبين - surely (is) clearly ungrateful.| | ||||||
