| 1 [2:120] | Walan tarda AAanka alyahoodu walaalnnasara hatta tattabiAAamillatahum qul inna huda Allahi huwa alhudawala-ini ittabaAAta ahwaahum baAAda allathee jaakamina alAAilmi ma laka mina Allahi min waliyyin walanaseerin |  ولن ترضى عنك اليهود ولا النصارى حتى تتبع ملتهم قل إن هدى الله هو الهدى ولئن اتبعت أهواءهم بعد الذي جاءك من العلم ما لك من الله من ولي ولا نصيروَلَن تَرْضَى عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلاَ النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُم بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلاَ نَصِيرٍ | |||||
| Words | |ولن - And never| ترضى - will be pleased| عنك - with you| اليهود - the Jews| ولا - and [not]| النصارى - the Christians| حتى - until| تتبع - you follow| ملتهم - their religion.| قل - Say,| إن - "Indeed,| هدى - (the) Guidance| الله - (of) Allah,| هو - it| الهدى - (is) the Guidance."| ولئن - And if| اتبعت - you follow| أهواءهم - their desires| بعد - after| الذي - what| جاءك - has come to you| من - of| العلم - the knowledge,| ما - not| لك - for you| من - from| الله - Allah| من - any| ولي - protector| ولا - and not| نصير - any helper.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:145] | Wala-in atayta allatheena ootooalkitaba bikulli ayatin ma tabiAAooqiblataka wama anta bitabiAAin qiblatahum wamabaAAduhum bitabiAAin qiblata baAAdinwala-ini ittabaAAta ahwaahum min baAAdi ma jaakamina alAAilmi innaka ithan lamina alththalimeena | ولئن أتيت الذين أوتوا الكتاب بكل آية ما تبعوا قبلتك وما أنت بتابع قبلتهم وما بعضهم بتابع قبلة بعض ولئن اتبعت أهواءهم من بعد ما جاءك من العلم إنك إذا لمن الظالمين وَلَئِنْ أَتَيْتَ الَّذِينَ أُوْتُواْ الْكِتَابَ بِكُلِّ آيَةٍ مَّا تَبِعُواْ قِبْلَتَكَ وَمَا أَنتَ بِتَابِعٍ قِبْلَتَهُمْ وَمَا بَعْضُهُم بِتَابِعٍ قِبْلَةَ بَعْضٍ وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ إِنَّكَ إِذاً لَّمِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولئن - And even if| أتيت - you come| الذين - (to) those who| أوتوا - were given| الكتاب - the Book| بكل - with all| آية - (the) signs,| ما - not| تبعوا - they would follow| قبلتك - your direction of prayer,| وما - and not| أنت - (will) you (be)| بتابع - a follower| قبلتهم - (of) their direction of prayer.| وما - And not| بعضهم - some of them| بتابع - (are) followers| قبلة - (of the) direction of prayer| بعض - (of each) other.| ولئن - And if| اتبعت - you followed| أهواءهم - their desires| من - from| بعد - after| ما - [what]| جاءك - came to you| من - of| العلم - the knowledge,| إنك - indeed, you| إذا - (would) then| لمن - (be) surely among| الظالمين - the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 3 [3:61] | Faman hajjaka feehi min baAAdi majaaka mina alAAilmi faqul taAAalaw nadAAu abnaanawaabnaakum wanisaana wanisaakumwaanfusana waanfusakum thumma nabtahil fanajAAal laAAnataAllahi AAala alkathibeena | فمن حاجك فيه من بعد ما جاءك من العلم فقل تعالوا ندع أبناءنا وأبناءكم ونساءنا ونساءكم وأنفسنا وأنفسكم ثم نبتهل فنجعل لعنت الله على الكاذبين فَمَنْ حَآجَّكَ فِيهِ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ فَقُلْ تَعَالَوْاْ نَدْعُ أَبْنَاءَنَا وَأَبْنَاءَكُمْ وَنِسَاءَنَا وَنِسَاءَكُمْ وَأَنفُسَنَا وأَنفُسَكُمْ ثُمَّ نَبْتَهِلْ فَنَجْعَل لَّعْنَتَ اللّهِ عَلَى الْكَاذِبِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فمن - Then whoever| حاجك - argues (with) you| فيه - concerning it| من - from| بعد - after| ما - what| جاءك - came to you| من - of| العلم - the knowledge| فقل - then say,| تعالوا - "Come,| ندع - let us call| أبناءنا - our sons| وأبناءكم - and your sons,| ونساءنا - and our women| ونساءكم - and your women,| وأنفسنا - and ourselves| وأنفسكم - and yourselves,| ثم - then| نبتهل - let us pray humbly,| فنجعل - and [we] invoke| لعنت - the curse| الله - (of) Allah| على - on| الكاذبين - the liars.| | ||||||
| 4 [5:48] | Waanzalna ilayka alkitaba bialhaqqimusaddiqan lima bayna yadayhi mina alkitabiwamuhayminan AAalayhi faohkum baynahum bimaanzala Allahu wala tattabiAA ahwaahum AAammajaaka mina alhaqqi likullin jaAAalna minkumshirAAatan waminhajan walaw shaa AllahulajaAAalakum ommatan wahidatan walakin liyabluwakumfeema atakum faistabiqoo alkhayratiila Allahi marjiAAukum jameeAAan fayunabbi-okum bimakuntum feehi takhtalifoona | وأنزلنا إليك الكتاب بالحق مصدقا لما بين يديه من الكتاب ومهيمنا عليه فاحكم بينهم بما أنزل الله ولا تتبع أهواءهم عما جاءك من الحق لكل جعلنا منكم شرعة ومنهاجا ولو شاء الله لجعلكم أمة واحدة ولكن ليبلوكم في ما آتاكم فاستبقوا الخيرات إلى الله مرجعكم جميعا فينبئكم بما كنتم فيه تختلفون وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَمُهَيْمِنًا عَلَيْهِ فَاحْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ عَمَّا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مِنكُمْ شِرْعَةً وَمِنْهَاجًا وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَـكِن لِّيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِي مَآ آتَاكُم فَاسْتَبِقُوا الْخَيْرَاتِ إِلَى اللهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ جَمِيعًا فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وأنزلنا - And We revealed| إليك - to you| الكتاب - the Book| بالحق - in [the] truth,| مصدقا - confirming| لما - what| بين - (was) before| يديه - his hands| من - of| الكتاب - the Book| ومهيمنا - and a guardian| عليه - over it.| فاحكم - So judge| بينهم - between them| بما - by what| أنزل - has revealed| الله - Allah| ولا - and (do) not| تتبع - follow| أهواءهم - their vain desires| عما - when| جاءك - has come to you| من - of| الحق - the truth.| لكل - For each| جعلنا - We have made| منكم - for you| شرعة - a law| ومنهاجا - and a clear way.| ولو - And if| شاء - (had) willed| الله - Allah| لجعلكم - He (would have) made you| أمة - a community,| واحدة - one,| ولكن - [and] but| ليبلوكم - to test you| في - in| ما - what| آتاكم - He (has) given you,| فاستبقوا - so race| الخيرات - (to) the good.| إلى - To| الله - Allah| مرجعكم - you will return,| جميعا - all,| فينبئكم - then He will inform you| بما - of what| كنتم - you were| فيه - concerning it| تختلفون - differing.| | ||||||
| 5 [6:34] | Walaqad kuththibat rusulun minqablika fasabaroo AAala ma kuththiboowaoothoo hatta atahum nasrunawala mubaddila likalimati Allahi walaqad jaakamin naba-i almursaleena | ولقد كذبت رسل من قبلك فصبروا على ما كذبوا وأوذوا حتى أتاهم نصرنا ولا مبدل لكلمات الله ولقد جاءك من نبإ المرسلين وَلَقَدْ كُذِّبَتْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَصَبَرُواْ عَلَى مَا كُذِّبُواْ وَأُوذُواْ حَتَّى أَتَاهُمْ نَصْرُنَا وَلاَ مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَاتِ اللّهِ وَلَقدْ جَاءَكَ مِن نَّبَإِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And surely| كذبت - were rejected| رسل - Messengers| من - from| قبلك - before you,| فصبروا - but they were patient| على - over| ما - what| كذبوا - they were rejected| وأوذوا - and they were harmed| حتى - until| أتاهم - came to them| نصرنا - Our help.| ولا - And no| مبدل - one (can) alter| لكلمات - (the) words| الله - (of) Allah,| ولقد - and surely| جاءك - has come to you| من - of| نبإ - (the) news| المرسلين - (of) the Messengers.| | ||||||
| 6 [6:54] | Wa-itha jaaka allatheenayu/minoona bi-ayatina faqul salamunAAalaykum kataba rabbukum AAala nafsihi alrrahmataannahu man AAamila minkum soo-an bijahalatin thumma tabamin baAAdihi waaslaha faannahu ghafoorun raheemun | وإذا جاءك الذين يؤمنون بآياتنا فقل سلام عليكم كتب ربكم على نفسه الرحمة أنه من عمل منكم سوءا بجهالة ثم تاب من بعده وأصلح فأنه غفور رحيم وَإِذَا جَاءَكَ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِآيَاتِنَا فَقُلْ سَلاَمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ كَتَبَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ الرَّحْمَةَ أَنَّهُ مَن عَمِلَ مِنكُمْ سُوءًا بِجَهَالَةٍ ثُمَّ تَابَ مِن بَعْدِهِ وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَنَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| جاءك - come to you| الذين - those who| يؤمنون - believe| بآياتنا - in Our Verses| فقل - then say,| سلام - "Peace| عليكم - (be) upon you.| كتب - (Has) Prescribed| ربكم - your Lord| على - upon| نفسه - Himself| الرحمة - the Mercy,| أنه - that he| من - who| عمل - does| منكم - among you| سوءا - evil| بجهالة - in ignorance| ثم - then| تاب - repents| من - from| بعده - after it| وأصلح - and reforms,| فأنه - then, indeed He| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful."| | ||||||
| 7 [10:94] | Fa-in kunta fee shakkin mimma anzalnnailayka fais-ali allatheena yaqraoona alkitabamin qablika laqad jaaka alhaqqu min rabbika falatakoonanna mina almumtareena | فإن كنت في شك مما أنزلنا إليك فاسأل الذين يقرءون الكتاب من قبلك لقد جاءك الحق من ربك فلا تكونن من الممترين فَإِن كُنتَ فِي شَكٍّ مِّمَّا أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ فَاسْأَلِ الَّذِينَ يَقْرَؤُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلِكَ لَقَدْ جَاءَكَ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ فَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - So if| كنت - you are| في - in| شك - doubt| مما - of what| أنزلنا - We have revealed| إليك - to you,| فاسأل - then ask| الذين - those who| يقرءون - (have been) reading| الكتاب - the Book| من - before you.| قبلك - before you.| لقد - Verily,| جاءك - has come to you| الحق - the truth| من - from| ربك - your Lord,| فلا - so (do) not| تكونن - be| من - among| الممترين - the doubters.| | ||||||
| 8 [13:37] | Wakathalika anzalnahu hukmanAAarabiyyan wala-ini ittabaAAta ahwaahum baAAda majaaka mina alAAilmi ma laka mina Allahi minwaliyyin wala waqin | وكذلك أنزلناه حكما عربيا ولئن اتبعت أهواءهم بعدما جاءك من العلم ما لك من الله من ولي ولا واق وَكَذَلِكَ أَنزَلْنَاهُ حُكْمًا عَرَبِيًّا وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُم بَعْدَ مَا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلاَ وَاقٍ | |||||
| Words | |وكذلك - And thus| أنزلناه - We have revealed it| حكما - (to be) a judgment of authority| عربيا - (in) Arabic.| ولئن - And if| اتبعت - you follow| أهواءهم - their desires| بعدما - after what| جاءك - came to you| من - of| العلم - the knowledge,| ما - not| لك - for you| من - against| الله - Allah| من - any| ولي - protector| ولا - and not| واق - defender.| | ||||||
| 9 [60:12] | Ya ayyuha alnnabiyyu ithajaaka almu/minatu yubayiAAnaka AAalaan la yushrikna biAllahi shay-an walayasriqna wala yazneena wala yaqtulna awladahunnawala ya/teena bibuhtanin yaftareenahu baynaaydeehinna waarjulihinna wala yaAAseenaka feemaAAroofin fabayiAAhunna waistaghfir lahunna Allahainna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun | يا أيها النبي إذا جاءك المؤمنات يبايعنك على أن لا يشركن بالله شيئا ولا يسرقن ولا يزنين ولا يقتلن أولادهن ولا يأتين ببهتان يفترينه بين أيديهن وأرجلهن ولا يعصينك في معروف فبايعهن واستغفر لهن الله إن الله غفور رحيم يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ يُبَايِعْنَكَ عَلَى أَن لَّا يُشْرِكْنَ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَسْرِقْنَ وَلَا يَزْنِينَ وَلَا يَقْتُلْنَ أَوْلَادَهُنَّ وَلَا يَأْتِينَ بِبُهْتَانٍ يَفْتَرِينَهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِنَّ وَأَرْجُلِهِنَّ وَلَا يَعْصِينَكَ فِي مَعْرُوفٍ فَبَايِعْهُنَّ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُنَّ اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O| النبي - Prophet!| إذا - When| جاءك - come to you| المؤمنات - the believing women| يبايعنك - pledging to you| على - [on]| أن - that| لا - not| يشركن - they will associate| بالله - with Allah| شيئا - anything,| ولا - and not| يسرقن - they will steal,| ولا - and not| يزنين - they will commit adultery,| ولا - and not| يقتلن - they will kill| أولادهن - their children,| ولا - and not| يأتين - they bring| ببهتان - slander,| يفترينه - they invent it| بين - between| أيديهن - their hands| وأرجلهن - and their feet,| ولا - and not| يعصينك - they will disobey you| في - in| معروف - (the) right,| فبايعهن - then accept their pledge| واستغفر - and ask forgiveness| لهن - for them| الله - (from) Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 10 [63:1] | Itha jaaka almunafiqoonaqaloo nashhadu innaka larasoolu Allahi waAllahuyaAAlamu innaka larasooluhu waAllahu yashhadu innaalmunafiqeena lakathiboona | إذا جاءك المنافقون قالوا نشهد إنك لرسول الله والله يعلم إنك لرسوله والله يشهد إن المنافقين لكاذبون إِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُنَافِقُونَ قَالُوا نَشْهَدُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُهُ وَاللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَكَاذِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إذا - When| جاءك - come to you| المنافقون - the hypocrites,| قالوا - they say,| نشهد - "We testify| إنك - that you| لرسول - (are) surely (the) Messenger| الله - (of) Allah."| والله - And Allah| يعلم - knows| إنك - that you| لرسوله - (are) surely His Messenger,| والله - and Allah| يشهد - testifies| إن - that| المنافقين - the hypocrites| لكاذبون - (are) surely liars.| | ||||||
| 11 [80:8] | Waamma man jaaka yasAAa | وأما من جاءك يسعى وَأَمَّا مَن جَاءَكَ يَسْعَى | |||||
