| 1 [3:145] | Wama kana linafsin an tamootailla bi-ithni Allahi kitabanmu-ajjalan waman yurid thawaba alddunyanu/tihi minha waman yurid thawaba al-akhiratinu/tihi minha wasanajzee alshshakireena |  وما كان لنفس أن تموت إلا بإذن الله كتابا مؤجلا ومن يرد ثواب الدنيا نؤته منها ومن يرد ثواب الآخرة نؤته منها وسنجزي الشاكرينوَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَنْ تَمُوتَ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ الله كِتَابًا مُّؤَجَّلاً وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ الدُّنْيَا نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ الْآخِرَةِ نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَسَنَجْزِي الشَّاكِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كان - is| لنفس - for a soul| أن - that| تموت - he dies| إلا - except| بإذن - by (the) permission| الله - (of) Allah,| كتابا - (at a) decree| مؤجلا - determined.| ومن - And whoever| يرد - desires| ثواب - reward| الدنيا - (of) the world -| نؤته - We will give him| منها - thereof;| ومن - and whoever| يرد - desires| ثواب - reward| الآخرة - (of) the Hereafter| نؤته - We will give him| منها - thereof.| وسنجزي - And We will reward| الشاكرين - the grateful ones.| | ||||||
| 2 [31:34] | Inna Allaha AAindahu AAilmu alssaAAatiwayunazzilu alghaytha wayaAAlamu ma fee al-arhamiwama tadree nafsun matha taksibu ghadan wamatadree nafsun bi-ayyi ardin tamootu inna AllahaAAaleemun khabeerun | إن الله عنده علم الساعة وينزل الغيث ويعلم ما في الأرحام وما تدري نفس ماذا تكسب غدا وما تدري نفس بأي أرض تموت إن الله عليم خبير إِنَّ اللَّهَ عِندَهُ عِلْمُ السَّاعَةِ وَيُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي الْأَرْحَامِ وَمَا تَدْرِي نَفْسٌ مَّاذَا تَكْسِبُ غَدًا وَمَا تَدْرِي نَفْسٌ بِأَيِّ أَرْضٍ تَمُوتُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah,| عنده - with Him| علم - (is the) knowledge| الساعة - (of) the Hour| وينزل - and He sends down| الغيث - the rain,| ويعلم - and knows| ما - what| في - (is) in| الأرحام - the wombs.| وما - And not| تدري - knows| نفس - any soul| ماذا - what| تكسب - it will earn| غدا - tomorrow,| وما - and not| تدري - knows| نفس - any soul| بأي - in what| أرض - land| تموت - it will die.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knower| خبير - All-Aware.| | ||||||
