| 1 [2:28] | Kayfa takfuroona biAllahiwakuntum amwatan faahyakum thumma yumeetukumthumma yuhyeekum thumma ilayhi turjaAAoona |  كيف تكفرون بالله وكنتم أمواتا فأحياكم ثم يميتكم ثم يحييكم ثم إليه ترجعونكَيْفَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَكُنتُمْ أَمْوَاتاً فَأَحْيَاكُمْ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |كيف - How| تكفرون - (can) you disbelieve| بالله - in Allah?| وكنتم - While you were| أمواتا - dead| فأحياكم - then He gave you life;| ثم - then| يميتكم - He will cause you to die,| ثم - then| يحييكم - He will give you life,| ثم - then| إليه - to Him| ترجعون - you will be returned.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:152] | Faothkuroonee athkurkumwaoshkuroo lee wala takfurooni | فاذكروني أذكركم واشكروا لي ولا تكفرون فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُواْ لِي وَلاَ تَكْفُرُونِ | |||||
| Words | |فاذكروني - So remember Me,| أذكركم - I will remember you| واشكروا - and be grateful| لي - to Me| ولا - and (do) not| تكفرون - (be) ungrateful to Me.| | ||||||
| 3 [3:70] | Ya ahla alkitabi limatakfuroona bi-ayati Allahi waantumtashhadoona | يا أهل الكتاب لم تكفرون بآيات الله وأنتم تشهدون يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لِمَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ وَأَنتُمْ تَشْهَدُونَ | |||||

| 5 [3:101] | Wakayfa takfuroona waantum tutlaAAalaykum ayatu Allahi wafeekum rasooluhuwaman yaAAtasim biAllahi faqad hudiya ilasiratin mustaqeemin | وكيف تكفرون وأنتم تتلى عليكم آيات الله وفيكم رسوله ومن يعتصم بالله فقد هدي إلى صراط مستقيم وَكَيْفَ تَكْفُرُونَ وَأَنتُمْ تُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتُ اللّهِ وَفِيكُمْ رَسُولُهُ وَمَن يَعْتَصِم بِاللّهِ فَقَدْ هُدِيَ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |وكيف - And how (could)| تكفرون - you disbelieve| وأنتم - while [you]| تتلى - is recited| عليكم - upon you| آيات - (the) Verses| الله - (of) Allah| وفيكم - and among you| رسوله - (is) His Messenger?| ومن - And whoever| يعتصم - holds firmly| بالله - to Allah,| فقد - then surely| هدي - he is guided| إلى - to| صراط - a path| مستقيم - straight.| | ||||||
| 6 [3:106] | Yawma tabyaddu wujoohun wataswadduwujoohun faamma allatheena iswaddat wujoohuhumakafartum baAAda eemanikum fathooqoo alAAathababima kuntum takfuroona | يوم تبيض وجوه وتسود وجوه فأما الذين اسودت وجوههم أكفرتم بعد إيمانكم فذوقوا العذاب بما كنتم تكفرون يَوْمَ تَبْيَضُّ وُجُوهٌ وَتَسْوَدُّ وُجُوهٌ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ اسْوَدَّتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ أَكْفَرْتُم بَعْدَ إِيمَانِكُمْ فَذُوقُواْ الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يوم - (On the) Day| تبيض - would become white| وجوه - (some) faces| وتسود - and would become black| وجوه - (some) faces.| فأما - As for| الذين - those whose| اسودت - turn black| وجوههم - [their] faces -| أكفرتم - "Did you disbelieve| بعد - after| إيمانكم - your belief?| فذوقوا - Then taste| العذاب - the punishment| بما - for what| كنتم - you used to| تكفرون - disbelieve."| | ||||||
| 7 [4:89] | Waddoo law takfuroona kama kafaroofatakoonoona sawaan fala tattakhithoo minhumawliyaa hatta yuhajiroo fee sabeeliAllahi fa-in tawallaw fakhuthoohum waoqtuloohumhaythu wajadtumoohum wala tattakhithoominhum waliyyan wala naseeran | ودوا لو تكفرون كما كفروا فتكونون سواء فلا تتخذوا منهم أولياء حتى يهاجروا في سبيل الله فإن تولوا فخذوهم واقتلوهم حيث وجدتموهم ولا تتخذوا منهم وليا ولا نصيرا وَدُّواْ لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ كَمَا كَفَرُواْ فَتَكُونُونَ سَوَاءً فَلاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ مِنْهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ حَتَّى يُهَاجِرُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَخُذُوهُمْ وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ وَجَدتُّمُوهُمْ وَلاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ مِنْهُمْ وَلِيًّا وَلاَ نَصِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |ودوا - They wish| لو - if| تكفرون - you disbelieve| كما - as| كفروا - they disbelieved| فتكونون - and you would be| سواء - alike.| فلا - So (do) not| تتخذوا - take| منهم - from them| أولياء - allies| حتى - until| يهاجروا - they emigrate| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah.| فإن - But if| تولوا - they turn back,| فخذوهم - seize them| واقتلوهم - and kill them| حيث - wherever| وجدتموهم - you find them.| ولا - And (do) not| تتخذوا - take| منهم - from them| وليا - any ally| ولا - and not| نصيرا - any helper,| | ||||||
| 8 [6:30] | Walaw tara ith wuqifoo AAalarabbihim qala alaysa hatha bialhaqqiqaloo bala warabbina qala fathooqooalAAathaba bima kuntum takfuroona | ولو ترى إذ وقفوا على ربهم قال أليس هذا بالحق قالوا بلى وربنا قال فذوقوا العذاب بما كنتم تكفرون وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذْ وُقِفُواْ عَلَى رَبِّهِمْ قَالَ أَلَيْسَ هَذَا بِالْحَقِّ قَالُواْ بَلَى وَرَبِّنَا قَالَ فَذُوقُواْ العَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| ترى - you (could) see| إذ - when| وقفوا - they will be made to stand| على - before| ربهم - their Lord.| قال - He (will) say,| أليس - "Is not| هذا - this| بالحق - the truth?"| قالوا - They will say,| بلى - "Yes,| وربنا - by our Lord."| قال - He (will) say,| فذوقوا - "So taste| العذاب - the punishment| بما - because| كنتم - you used to| تكفرون - disbelieve."| | ||||||
| 9 [8:35] | Wama kana salatuhumAAinda albayti illa mukaan watasdiyatan fathooqooalAAathaba bima kuntum takfuroona | وما كان صلاتهم عند البيت إلا مكاء وتصدية فذوقوا العذاب بما كنتم تكفرون وَمَا كَانَ صَلاَتُهُمْ عِندَ الْبَيْتِ إِلاَّ مُكَاءً وَتَصْدِيَةً فَذُوقُواْ الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كان - was| صلاتهم - their prayer| عند - at| البيت - the House| إلا - except| مكاء - whistling| وتصدية - and clapping.| فذوقوا - So taste| العذاب - the punishment| بما - because| كنتم - you used to| تكفرون - disbelieve.| | ||||||
| 10 [36:64] | Islawha alyawma bimakuntum takfuroona | اصلوها اليوم بما كنتم تكفرون اصْلَوْهَا الْيَوْمَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ | |||||

| 11 [46:34] | Wayawma yuAAradu allatheenakafaroo AAala alnnari alaysa hatha bialhaqqiqaloo bala warabbina qala fathooqooalAAathaba bima kuntum takfuroona | ويوم يعرض الذين كفروا على النار أليس هذا بالحق قالوا بلى وربنا قال فذوقوا العذاب بما كنتم تكفرون وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا عَلَى النَّارِ أَلَيْسَ هَذَا بِالْحَقِّ قَالُوا بَلَى وَرَبِّنَا قَالَ فَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ويوم - And (the) Day,| يعرض - are exposed| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| على - to| النار - the Fire,| أليس - "Is not| هذا - this| بالحق - the truth?"| قالوا - They will say,| بلى - "Yes| وربنا - by our Lord."| قال - He will say,| فذوقوا - "Then taste| العذاب - the punishment| بما - because| كنتم - you used to| تكفرون - disbelieve."| | ||||||
| 12 [60:2] | In yathqafookum yakoonoo lakam aAAdaanwayabsutoo ilaykum aydiyahum waalsinatahum bialssoo-iwawaddoo law takfuroona | إن يثقفوكم يكونوا لكم أعداء ويبسطوا إليكم أيديهم وألسنتهم بالسوء وودوا لو تكفرون إِن يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُوا لَكُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَيَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُم بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - If| يثقفوكم - they gain dominance over you,| يكونوا - they would be| لكم - to you| أعداء - enemies| ويبسطوا - and extend| إليكم - against you| أيديهم - their hands| وألسنتهم - and their tongues| بالسوء - with evil,| وودوا - and they desire| لو - that| تكفرون - you would disbelieve.| | ||||||
