| 1 [4:75] | Wama lakum la tuqatiloonafee sabeeli Allahi waalmustadAAafeena mina alrrijaliwaalnnisa-i waalwildani allatheenayaqooloona rabbana akhrijna min hathihialqaryati alththalimi ahluhawaijAAal lana min ladunka waliyyan waijAAallana min ladunka naseeran |  وما لكم لا تقاتلون في سبيل الله والمستضعفين من الرجال والنساء والولدان الذين يقولون ربنا أخرجنا من هذه القرية الظالم أهلها واجعل لنا من لدنك وليا واجعل لنا من لدنك نصيراوَمَا لَكُمْ لاَ تُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَـذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيًّا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ نَصِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |وما - And what| لكم - for you| لا - (that) not| تقاتلون - you fight| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah,| والمستضعفين - and (for) those who are weak| من - among| الرجال - the men| والنساء - and the women| والولدان - and the children,| الذين - those who| يقولون - say,| ربنا - "Our Lord| أخرجنا - take us out| من - of| هذه - this| القرية - [the] town| الظالم - [the] oppressor(s)| أهلها - (are) its people| واجعل - and appoint| لنا - for us| من - from| لدنك - Yourself| وليا - a protector| واجعل - and appoint| لنا - for us| من - from| لدنك - Yourself| نصيرا - a helper.| | ||||||
| 2 [9:13] | Ala tuqatiloona qawmannakathoo aymanahum wahammoo bi-ikhraji alrrasooliwahum badaookum awwala marratin atakhshawnahum faAllahuahaqqu an takhshawhu in kuntum mu/mineena | ألا تقاتلون قوما نكثوا أيمانهم وهموا بإخراج الرسول وهم بدءوكم أول مرة أتخشونهم فالله أحق أن تخشوه إن كنتم مؤمنين أَلاَ تُقَاتِلُونَ قَوْمًا نَّكَثُواْ أَيْمَانَهُمْ وَهَمُّواْ بِإِخْرَاجِ الرَّسُولِ وَهُم بَدَؤُوكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ أَتَخْشَوْنَهُمْ فَاللّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْشَوْهُ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ألا - Will not| تقاتلون - you fight| قوما - a people| نكثوا - who broke| أيمانهم - their oaths| وهموا - and determined| بإخراج - to drive out| الرسول - the Messenger| وهم - and they| بدءوكم - began (to attack) you| أول - first| مرة - time?| أتخشونهم - Do you fear them?| فالله - But Allah| أحق - (has) more right| أن - that| تخشوه - you should fear Him,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| مؤمنين - believers.| | ||||||
