| 1 [4:154] | WarafaAAna fawqahumu alttoorabimeethaqihim waqulna lahumu odkhuloo albabasujjadan waqulna lahum la taAAdoo fee alssabtiwaakhathna minhum meethaqan ghaleethan |  ورفعنا فوقهم الطور بميثاقهم وقلنا لهم ادخلوا الباب سجدا وقلنا لهم لا تعدوا في السبت وأخذنا منهم ميثاقا غليظاوَرَفَعْنَا فَوْقَهُمُ الطُّورَ بِمِيثَاقِهِمْ وَقُلْنَا لَهُمُ ادْخُلُواْ الْبَابَ سُجَّدًا وَقُلْنَا لَهُمْ لاَ تَعْدُواْ فِي السَّبْتِ وَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُم مِّيثَاقًا غَلِيظًا | |||||
| Words | |ورفعنا - And We raised| فوقهم - over them| الطور - the mount| بميثاقهم - for their covenant,| وقلنا - and We said| لهم - to them,| ادخلوا - "Enter| الباب - the gate,| سجدا - prostrating."| وقلنا - And We said| لهم - to them.| لا - "(Do) not| تعدوا - transgress| في - in| السبت - the Sabbath."| وأخذنا - And We took| منهم - from them| ميثاقا - a covenant| غليظا - solemn.| | ||||||
| 2 [14:34] | Waatakum min kulli masaaltumoohu wa-in taAAuddoo niAAmata Allahi la tuhsoohainna al-insana lathaloomun kaffarun | وآتاكم من كل ما سألتموه وإن تعدوا نعمت الله لا تحصوها إن الإنسان لظلوم كفار وَآتَاكُم مِّن كُلِّ مَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُ وَإِن تَعُدُّواْ نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ لاَ تُحْصُوهَا إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَظَلُومٌ كَفَّارٌ | |||||
| Words | |وآتاكم - And He gave you| من - of| كل - all| ما - what| سألتموه - you asked of Him.| وإن - And if| تعدوا - you count| نعمت - (the) Favor of Allah| الله - (the) Favor of Allah| لا - not| تحصوها - you will (be able to) count them.| إن - Indeed,| الإنسان - the mankind| لظلوم - (is) surely unjust| كفار - (and) ungrateful.| | ||||||
| 3 [16:18] | Wa-in taAAuddoo niAAmata Allahi latuhsooha inna Allaha laghafoorun raheemun | وإن تعدوا نعمة الله لا تحصوها إن الله لغفور رحيم وَإِن تَعُدُّواْ نِعْمَةَ اللّهِ لاَ تُحْصُوهَا إِنَّ اللّهَ لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| تعدوا - you should count| نعمة - the Favors of Allah,| الله - the Favors of Allah,| لا - not| تحصوها - you could enumerate them.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| لغفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
