| 1 [2:279] | Fa-in lam tafAAaloo fa/thanoo biharbinmina Allahi warasoolihi wa-in tubtum falakum ruoosu amwalikumla tathlimoona wala tuthlamoona |  فإن لم تفعلوا فأذنوا بحرب من الله ورسوله وإن تبتم فلكم رءوس أموالكم لا تظلمون ولا تظلمونفَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُواْ فَأْذَنُواْ بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُؤُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لاَ تَظْلِمُونَ وَلاَ تُظْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - And if| لم - not| تفعلوا - you do,| فأذنوا - then be informed| بحرب - of a war| من - from| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger.| وإن - And if| تبتم - you repent| فلكم - then for you| رءوس - (is)| أموالكم - your capital -| لا - (do) not| تظلمون - wrong| ولا - and not| تظلمون - you will be wronged.| | ||||||
| 2 [9:3] | Waathanun mina Allahiwarasoolihi ila alnnasi yawma alhajjial-akbari anna Allaha baree-on mina almushrikeenawarasooluhu fa-in tubtum fahuwa khayrun lakum wa-in tawallaytumfaiAAlamoo annakum ghayru muAAjizee Allahiwabashshiri allatheena kafaroo biAAathabin aleemin | وأذان من الله ورسوله إلى الناس يوم الحج الأكبر أن الله بريء من المشركين ورسوله فإن تبتم فهو خير لكم وإن توليتم فاعلموا أنكم غير معجزي الله وبشر الذين كفروا بعذاب أليم وَأَذَانٌ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ أَنَّ اللّهَ بَرِيءٌ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَرَسُولُهُ فَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللّهِ وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |وأذان - And an announcement| من - from Allah| الله - from Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger| إلى - to| الناس - the people| يوم - (on the) day| الحج - (of) the greater Pilgrimage| الأكبر - (of) the greater Pilgrimage| أن - that| الله - Allah| بريء - (is) free from obligations| من - [of]| المشركين - (to) the polytheists,| ورسوله - and (so is) His Messenger.| فإن - So if| تبتم - you repent,| فهو - then, it is| خير - best| لكم - for you.| وإن - But if| توليتم - you turn away| فاعلموا - then know| أنكم - that you| غير - (can) not| معجزي - escape| الله - Allah.| وبشر - And give glad tidings| الذين - (to) those who| كفروا - disbelieve| بعذاب - of a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
