| 1 [4:59] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooateeAAoo Allaha waateeAAoo alrrasoolawaolee al-amri minkum fa-in tanazaAAtum fee shay-infaruddoohu ila Allahi waalrrasooli in kuntumtu/minoona biAllahi waalyawmi al-akhirithalika khayrun waahsanu ta/weelan |  يا أيها الذين آمنوا أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول وأولي الأمر منكم فإن تنازعتم في شيء فردوه إلى الله والرسول إن كنتم تؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر ذلك خير وأحسن تأويلايَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ الرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe[d]!| أطيعوا - Obey| الله - Allah| وأطيعوا - and obey| الرسول - the Messenger| وأولي - and those| الأمر - (having) authority| منكم - among you.| فإن - Then if| تنازعتم - you disagree| في - in| شيء - anything,| فردوه - refer it| إلى - to| الله - Allah| والرسول - and the Messenger,| إن - if| كنتم - you| تؤمنون - believe| بالله - in Allah| واليوم - and the Day| الآخر - [the] Last.| ذلك - That| خير - (is) best| وأحسن - and more suitable| تأويلا - (for final) determination.| | ||||||
| 2 [24:2] | Alzzaniyatu waalzzaneefaijlidoo kulla wahidin minhuma mi-atajaldatin wala ta/khuthkum bihima ra/fatunfee deeni Allahi in kuntum tu/minoona biAllahiwaalyawmi al-akhiri walyashhad AAathabahumata-ifatun mina almu/mineena | الزانية والزاني فاجلدوا كل واحد منهما مائة جلدة ولا تأخذكم بهما رأفة في دين الله إن كنتم تؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر وليشهد عذابهما طائفة من المؤمنين الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا مِئَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَلَا تَأْخُذْكُم بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |الزانية - The fornicatress| والزاني - and the fornicator,| فاجلدوا - [then] flog| كل - each| واحد - one| منهما - of them| مائة - (with) hundred| جلدة - lash(es).| ولا - And (let) not| تأخذكم - withhold you| بهما - pity for them| رأفة - pity for them| في - concerning| دين - (the) religion of Allah,| الله - (the) religion of Allah,| إن - if| كنتم - you| تؤمنون - believe| بالله - in Allah| واليوم - and the Day| الآخر - the Last.| وليشهد - And let witness| عذابهما - their punishment| طائفة - a group| من - of| المؤمنين - the believers.| | ||||||
| 3 [57:8] | Wama lakum la tu/minoona biAllahiwaalrrasoolu yadAAookum litu/minoo birabbikum waqad akhathameethaqakum in kuntum mu/mineena | وما لكم لا تؤمنون بالله والرسول يدعوكم لتؤمنوا بربكم وقد أخذ ميثاقكم إن كنتم مؤمنين وَمَا لَكُمْ لَا تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولُ يَدْعُوكُمْ لِتُؤْمِنُوا بِرَبِّكُمْ وَقَدْ أَخَذَ مِيثَاقَكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And what| لكم - (is) for you| لا - (that) not| تؤمنون - you believe| بالله - in Allah| والرسول - while the Messenger| يدعوكم - calls you| لتؤمنوا - that you believe| بربكم - in your Lord,| وقد - and indeed,| أخذ - He has taken| ميثاقكم - your covenant| إن - if| كنتم - you are| مؤمنين - believers.| | ||||||
| 4 [61:11] | Tu/minoona biAllahiwarasoolihi watujahidoona fee sabeeli Allahi bi-amwalikumwaanfusikum thalikum khayrun lakum in kuntum taAAlamoona | تؤمنون بالله ورسوله وتجاهدون في سبيل الله بأموالكم وأنفسكم ذلكم خير لكم إن كنتم تعلمون تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |تؤمنون - Believe| بالله - in Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger| وتجاهدون - and strive| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah| بأموالكم - with your wealth| وأنفسكم - and your lives.| ذلكم - That| خير - (is) better| لكم - for you| إن - if| كنتم - you| تعلمون - know.| | ||||||
| 5 [69:41] | Wama huwa biqawli shaAAirinqaleelan ma tu/minoona | وما هو بقول شاعر قليلا ما تؤمنون وَمَا هُوَ بِقَوْلِ شَاعِرٍ قَلِيلًا مَّا تُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
