| 1 [2:186] | Wa-itha saalaka AAibadeeAAannee fa-innee qareebun ojeebu daAAwata alddaAAiitha daAAani falyastajeeboo lee walyu/minoo beelaAAallahum yarshudoona |  وإذا سألك عبادي عني فإني قريب أجيب دعوة الداع إذا دعان فليستجيبوا لي وليؤمنوا بي لعلهم يرشدونوَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُواْ لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُواْ بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| سألك - ask you| عبادي - My servants| عني - about Me,| فإني - then indeed I am| قريب - near.| أجيب - I respond| دعوة - (to the) invocation| الداع - (of) the supplicant| إذا - when| دعان - he calls Me.| فليستجيبوا - So let them respond| لي - to Me| وليؤمنوا - and let them believe| بي - in Me,| لعلهم - so that they may| يرشدون - (be) led aright.| | ||||||
| 2 [5:111] | Wa-ith awhaytu ila alhawariyyeenaan aminoo bee wabirasoolee qaloo amannawaishhad bi-annana muslimoona | وإذ أوحيت إلى الحواريين أن آمنوا بي وبرسولي قالوا آمنا واشهد بأننا مسلمون وَإِذْ أَوْحَيْتُ إِلَى الْحَوَارِيِّينَ أَنْ آمِنُواْ بِي وَبِرَسُولِي قَالُوَاْ آمَنَّا وَاشْهَدْ بِأَنَّنَا مُسْلِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| أوحيت - I inspired| إلى - to| الحواريين - the disciples| أن - to| آمنوا - believe| بي - in Me| وبرسولي - and in My Messenger| قالوا - they said,| آمنا - "We believe| واشهد - and bear witness| بأننا - that indeed we| مسلمون - (are) Muslims.| | ||||||
| 3 [7:61] | Qala ya qawmi laysa bee dalalatunwalakinnee rasoolun min rabbi alAAalameena | قال يا قوم ليس بي ضلالة ولكني رسول من رب العالمين قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَيْسَ بِي ضَلاَلَةٌ وَلَكِنِّي رَسُولٌ مِّن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| ليس - There is not| بي - in me| ضلالة - error,| ولكني - but I am| رسول - a Messenger| من - from| رب - (the) Lord| العالمين - (of) the worlds.| | ||||||
| 4 [7:67] | Qala ya qawmi laysa bee safahatunwalakinnee rasoolun min rabbi alAAalameena | قال يا قوم ليس بي سفاهة ولكني رسول من رب العالمين قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَيْسَ بِي سَفَاهَةٌ وَلَكِنِّي رَسُولٌ مِّن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| ليس - There is not| بي - in me| سفاهة - foolishness,| ولكني - but I am| رسول - a Messenger| من - from| رب - (the) Lord| العالمين - (of) the worlds.| | ||||||
| 5 [7:150] | Walamma rajaAAa moosa ilaqawmihi ghadbana asifan qala bi/samakhalaftumoonee min baAAdee aAAajiltum amra rabbikum waalqa al-alwahawaakhatha bira/si akheehi yajurruhu ilayhi qalaibna omma inna alqawma istadAAafoonee wakadooyaqtuloonanee fala tushmit biya al-aAAdaa walatajAAalnee maAAa alqawmi alththalimeena | ولما رجع موسى إلى قومه غضبان أسفا قال بئسما خلفتموني من بعدي أعجلتم أمر ربكم وألقى الألواح وأخذ برأس أخيه يجره إليه قال ابن أم إن القوم استضعفوني وكادوا يقتلونني فلا تشمت بي الأعداء ولا تجعلني مع القوم الظالمين وَلَمَّا رَجَعَ مُوسَى إِلَى قَوْمِهِ غَضْبَانَ أَسِفًا قَالَ بِئْسَمَا خَلَفْتُمُونِي مِن بَعْدِيَ أَعَجِلْتُمْ أَمْرَ رَبِّكُمْ وَأَلْقَى الْأَلْوَاحَ وَأَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ أَخِيهِ يَجُرُّهُ إِلَيْهِ قَالَ ابْنَ أُمَّ إِنَّ الْقَوْمَ اسْتَضْعَفُونِي وَكَادُواْ يَقْتُلُونَنِي فَلاَ تُشْمِتْ بِيَ الْأَعْدَاءَ وَلاَ تَجْعَلْنِي مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| رجع - returned| موسى - Musa| إلى - to| قومه - his people -| غضبان - angry,| أسفا - and grieved,| قال - he said,| بئسما - "Evil is what| خلفتموني - you have done in my place| من - from| بعدي - after me.| أعجلتم - Were you impatient| أمر - (over the) matter| ربكم - (of) your Lord?"| وألقى - And he cast down| الألواح - the tablets| وأخذ - and seized| برأس - by head,| أخيه - his brother| يجره - dragging him| إليه - to himself.| قال - He said,| ابن - "O son| أم - (of) my mother!| إن - Indeed,| القوم - the people| استضعفوني - considered me weak| وكادوا - and were about to| يقتلونني - kill me.| فلا - So (let) not| تشمت - rejoice| بي - over me| الأعداء - the enemies,| ولا - and (do) not| تجعلني - place me| مع - with| القوم - the people| الظالمين - (who are) wrongdoing.| | ||||||
| 6 [12:100] | WarafaAAa abawayhi AAala alAAarshiwakharroo lahu sujjadan waqala ya abati hathata/weelu ru/yaya min qablu qad jaAAalaha rabbee haqqanwaqad ahsana bee ith akhrajanee mina alssijniwajaa bikum mina albadwi min baAAdi an nazagha alshshaytanubaynee wabayna ikhwatee inna rabbee lateefun limayashao innahu huwa alAAaleemu alhakeemu | ورفع أبويه على العرش وخروا له سجدا وقال يا أبت هذا تأويل رؤياي من قبل قد جعلها ربي حقا وقد أحسن بي إذ أخرجني من السجن وجاء بكم من البدو من بعد أن نزغ الشيطان بيني وبين إخوتي إن ربي لطيف لما يشاء إنه هو العليم الحكيم وَرَفَعَ أَبَوَيْهِ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ وَخَرُّواْ لَهُ سُجَّدًا وَقَالَ يَا أَبَتِ هَـذَا تَأْوِيلُ رُؤْيَايَ مِن قَبْلُ قَدْ جَعَلَهَا رَبِّي حَقًّا وَقَدْ أَحْسَنَ بِي إِذْ أَخْرَجَنِي مِنَ السِّجْنِ وَجَاءَ بِكُم مِّنَ الْبَدْوِ مِن بَعْدِ أَن نَّزَغَ الشَّيْطَانُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ إِخْوَتِي إِنَّ رَبِّي لَطِيفٌ لِّمَا يَشَاءُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |ورفع - And he raised| أبويه - his parents| على - upon| العرش - the throne| وخروا - and they fell down| له - to him| سجدا - prostrate.| وقال - And he said,| يا - O| أبت - "O my father!| هذا - This| تأويل - (is the) interpretation| رؤياي - (of) my dream,| من - (of) before.| قبل - (of) before.| قد - Verily,| جعلها - has made it| ربي - my Lord| حقا - true.| وقد - And indeed,| أحسن - He was good| بي - to me| إذ - when| أخرجني - He took me out| من - of| السجن - the prison,| وجاء - and brought| بكم - you| من - from| البدو - the bedouin life| من - after| بعد - after| أن - [that]| نزغ - had caused discord| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| بيني - between me| وبين - and between| إخوتي - my brothers.| إن - Indeed,| ربي - my Lord| لطيف - (is) Most Subtle| لما - to what| يشاء - He wills.| إنه - Indeed, He,| هو - He| العليم - (is) the All-Knower,| الحكيم - the All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 7 [19:47] | Qala salamun AAalaykasaastaghfiru laka rabbee innahu kana bee hafiyyan | قال سلام عليك سأستغفر لك ربي إنه كان بي حفيا قَالَ سَلاَمٌ عَلَيْكَ سَأَسْتَغْفِرُ لَكَ رَبِّي إِنَّهُ كَانَ بِي حَفِيًّا | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| سلام - "Peace (be)| عليك - on you.| سأستغفر - I will ask forgiveness| لك - for you| ربي - (from) my Lord.| إنه - Indeed, He| كان - is| بي - to me| حفيا - Ever Gracious.| | ||||||
| 8 [22:26] | Wa-ith bawwa/na li-ibraheemamakana albayti an la tushrik bee shay-an watahhirbaytiya liltta-ifeena waalqa-imeenawaalrrukkaAAi alssujoodi | وإذ بوأنا لإبراهيم مكان البيت أن لا تشرك بي شيئا وطهر بيتي للطائفين والقائمين والركع السجود وَإِذْ بَوَّأْنَا لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ مَكَانَ الْبَيْتِ أَن لَّا تُشْرِكْ بِي شَيْئًا وَطَهِّرْ بَيْتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالْقَائِمِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| بوأنا - We assigned| لإبراهيم - to Ibrahim| مكان - (the) site| البيت - (of) the House,| أن - "That| لا - (do) not| تشرك - associate| بي - with Me| شيئا - anything| وطهر - and purify| بيتي - My House| للطائفين - for those who circumambulate| والقائمين - and those who stand| والركع - and those who bow,| السجود - (and) those who prostrate.| | ||||||
| 9 [24:55] | WaAAada Allahu allatheena amanoominkum waAAamiloo alssalihatilayastakhlifannahum fee al-ardi kama istakhlafaallatheena min qablihim walayumakkinanna lahum deenahumuallathee irtada lahum walayubaddilannahum minbaAAdi khawfihim amnan yaAAbudoonanee la yushrikoona beeshay-an waman kafara baAAda thalika faola-ika humualfasiqoona | وعد الله الذين آمنوا منكم وعملوا الصالحات ليستخلفنهم في الأرض كما استخلف الذين من قبلهم وليمكنن لهم دينهم الذي ارتضى لهم وليبدلنهم من بعد خوفهم أمنا يعبدونني لا يشركون بي شيئا ومن كفر بعد ذلك فأولئك هم الفاسقون وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وعد - Allah (has) promised| الله - Allah (has) promised| الذين - those who| آمنوا - believe| منكم - among you| وعملوا - and do| الصالحات - righteous deeds,| ليستخلفنهم - surely He will grant them succession| في - in| الأرض - the earth,| كما - as| استخلف - He gave succession| الذين - to those who| من - (were) before them,| قبلهم - (were) before them,| وليمكنن - and that He will surely establish| لهم - for them| دينهم - their religion| الذي - which| ارتضى - He has approved| لهم - for them,| وليبدلنهم - and surely He will change for them| من - after| بعد - after| خوفهم - their fear,| أمنا - security| يعبدونني - (for) they worship Me,| لا - not| يشركون - they associate| بي - with Me| شيئا - anything.| ومن - But whoever| كفر - disbelieved| بعد - after| ذلك - that,| فأولئك - then those| هم - [they]| الفاسقون - (are) the defiantly disobedient.| | ||||||
| 10 [29:8] | Wawassayna al-insana biwalidayhihusnan wa-in jahadaka litushrika bee malaysa laka bihi AAilmun fala tutiAAhumailayya marjiAAukum faonabbi-okum bima kuntum taAAmaloona | ووصينا الإنسان بوالديه حسنا وإن جاهداك لتشرك بي ما ليس لك به علم فلا تطعهما إلي مرجعكم فأنبئكم بما كنتم تعملون وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ حُسْنًا وَإِن جَاهَدَاكَ لِتُشْرِكَ بِي مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ فَلَا تُطِعْهُمَا إِلَيَّ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ووصينا - And We have enjoined| الإنسان - (on) man| بوالديه - goodness to his parents,| حسنا - goodness to his parents,| وإن - but if| جاهداك - they both strive against you| لتشرك - to make you associate| بي - with Me| ما - what| ليس - not| لك - you have| به - of it| علم - any knowledge,| فلا - then (do) not| تطعهما - obey both of them.| إلي - To Me| مرجعكم - (is) your return,| فأنبئكم - and I will inform you| بما - about what| كنتم - you used| تعملون - (to) do.| | ||||||
| 11 [31:15] | Wa-in jahadaka AAala antushrika bee ma laysa laka bihi AAilmun fala tutiAAhumawasahibhuma fee alddunya maAAroofanwaittabiAA sabeela man anaba ilayya thumma ilayyamarjiAAukum faonabbi-okum bima kuntum taAAmaloona | وإن جاهداك على أن تشرك بي ما ليس لك به علم فلا تطعهما وصاحبهما في الدنيا معروفا واتبع سبيل من أناب إلي ثم إلي مرجعكم فأنبئكم بما كنتم تعملون وَإِن جَاهَدَاكَ عَلَى أَن تُشْرِكَ بِي مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ فَلَا تُطِعْهُمَا وَصَاحِبْهُمَا فِي الدُّنْيَا مَعْرُوفًا وَاتَّبِعْ سَبِيلَ مَنْ أَنَابَ إِلَيَّ ثُمَّ إِلَيَّ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - But if| جاهداك - they strive against you| على - on| أن - that| تشرك - you associate partners| بي - with Me| ما - what| ليس - not| لك - you have| به - of it| علم - any knowledge,| فلا - then (do) not| تطعهما - obey both of them.| وصاحبهما - But accompany them| في - in| الدنيا - the world| معروفا - (with) kindness,| واتبع - and follow| سبيل - (the) path| من - (of him) who| أناب - turns| إلي - to Me.| ثم - Then| إلي - towards Me| مرجعكم - (is) your return,| فأنبئكم - then I will inform you| بما - of what| كنتم - you used (to)| تعملون - do."| | ||||||
| 12 [46:9] | Qul ma kuntu bidAAan mina alrrusuliwama adree ma yufAAalu bee wala bikum inattabiAAu illa ma yooha ilayya wamaana illa natheerun mubeenun | قل ما كنت بدعا من الرسل وما أدري ما يفعل بي ولا بكم إن أتبع إلا ما يوحى إلي وما أنا إلا نذير مبين قُلْ مَا كُنتُ بِدْعًا مِّنَ الرُّسُلِ وَمَا أَدْرِي مَا يُفْعَلُ بِي وَلَا بِكُمْ إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوحَى إِلَيَّ وَمَا أَنَا إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
