| 1 [7:103] | Thumma baAAathna min baAAdihim moosabi-ayatina ila firAAawna wamala-ihifathalamoo biha faonuthurkayfa kana AAaqibatu almufsideena |  ثم بعثنا من بعدهم موسى بآياتنا إلى فرعون وملئه فظلموا بها فانظر كيف كان عاقبة المفسدينثُمَّ بَعَثْنَا مِن بَعْدِهِم مُّوسَى بِآيَاتِنَا إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَظَلَمُواْ بِهَا فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُفْسِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Then| بعثنا - We sent| من - from| بعدهم - after them| موسى - Musa| بآياتنا - with Our Signs| إلى - to| فرعون - Firaun| وملئه - and his chiefs,| فظلموا - But they were unjust| بها - to them.| فانظر - So see| كيف - how| كان - was| عاقبة - (the) end| المفسدين - (of) the corrupters.| | ||||||
| 2 [10:74] | Thumma baAAathna min baAAdihi rusulanila qawmihim fajaoohum bialbayyinatifama kanoo liyu/minoo bima kaththaboobihi min qablu kathalika natbaAAu AAalaquloobi almuAAtadeena | ثم بعثنا من بعده رسلا إلى قومهم فجاءوهم بالبينات فما كانوا ليؤمنوا بما كذبوا به من قبل كذلك نطبع على قلوب المعتدين ثُمَّ بَعَثْنَا مِن بَعْدِهِ رُسُلاً إِلَى قَوْمِهِمْ فَجَآؤُوهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا كَانُواْ لِيُؤْمِنُواْ بِمَا كَذَّبُواْ بِهِ مِن قَبْلُ كَذَلِكَ نَطْبَعُ عَلَى قُلوبِ الْمُعْتَدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Then| بعثنا - We sent| من - after him| بعده - after him| رسلا - Messengers| إلى - to| قومهم - their people,| فجاءوهم - and they came to them| بالبينات - with clear proofs.| فما - But not| كانوا - they were| ليؤمنوا - to believe| بما - what| كذبوا - they had denied| به - [it]| من - before.| قبل - before.| كذلك - Thus| نطبع - We seal| على - [on]| قلوب - the hearts| المعتدين - (of) the transgressors.| | ||||||
| 3 [10:75] | Thumma baAAathna min baAAdihim moosawaharoona ila firAAawna wamala-ihi bi-ayatinafaistakbaroo wakanoo qawman mujrimeena | ثم بعثنا من بعدهم موسى وهارون إلى فرعون وملئه بآياتنا فاستكبروا وكانوا قوما مجرمين ثُمَّ بَعَثْنَا مِن بَعْدِهِم مُّوسَى وَهَارُونَ إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ بِآيَاتِنَا فَاسْتَكْبَرُواْ وَكَانُواْ قَوْمًا مُّجْرِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Then| بعثنا - We sent| من - after them| بعدهم - after them| موسى - Musa| وهارون - and Harun| إلى - to| فرعون - Firaun| وملئه - and his chiefs| بآياتنا - with Our Signs,| فاستكبروا - but they were arrogant| وكانوا - and were| قوما - a people| مجرمين - criminal.| | ||||||
| 4 [16:36] | Walaqad baAAathna fee kulli ommatinrasoolan ani oAAbudoo Allaha waijtaniboo alttaghootafaminhum man hada Allahu waminhum man haqqatAAalayhi alddalalatu faseeroo fee al-ardifaonthuroo kayfa kana AAaqibatualmukaththibeena | ولقد بعثنا في كل أمة رسولا أن اعبدوا الله واجتنبوا الطاغوت فمنهم من هدى الله ومنهم من حقت عليه الضلالة فسيروا في الأرض فانظروا كيف كان عاقبة المكذبين وَلَقَدْ بَعَثْنَا فِي كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ رَّسُولاً أَنِ اعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ وَاجْتَنِبُواْ الطَّاغُوتَ فَمِنْهُم مَّنْ هَدَى اللّهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِ الضَّلاَلَةُ فَسِيرُواْ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانظُرُواْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly,| بعثنا - We sent| في - into| كل - every| أمة - nation| رسولا - a Messenger,| أن - that,| اعبدوا - "Worship| الله - Allah,| واجتنبوا - and avoid| الطاغوت - the false deities."| فمنهم - Then among them| من - (were some) whom| هدى - Allah guided,| الله - Allah guided,| ومنهم - and among them| من - (were) some| حقت - was justified| عليه - on them| الضلالة - the straying.| فسيروا - So travel| في - in| الأرض - the earth| فانظروا - and see| كيف - how| كان - was| عاقبة - the end| المكذبين - (of) the deniers.| | ||||||
| 5 [17:5] | Fa-itha jaa waAAdu oolahumabaAAathna AAalaykum AAibadan lana oleeba/sin shadeedin fajasoo khilala alddiyariwakana waAAdan mafAAoolan | فإذا جاء وعد أولاهما بعثنا عليكم عبادا لنا أولي بأس شديد فجاسوا خلال الديار وكان وعدا مفعولا فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ أُولاَهُمَا بَعَثْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ عِبَادًا لَّنَا أُوْلِي بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ فَجَاسُواْ خِلاَلَ الدِّيَارِ وَكَانَ وَعْدًا مَّفْعُولاً | |||||
| Words | |فإذا - So when| جاء - came| وعد - (the) promise| أولاهما - (for) the first of the two,| بعثنا - We raised| عليكم - against you| عبادا - servants| لنا - of Ours| أولي - those of great military might| بأس - those of great military might| شديد - those of great military might| فجاسوا - and they entered| خلال - the inner most part| الديار - (of) the homes,| وكان - and (it) was| وعدا - a promise| مفعولا - fulfilled.| | ||||||
| 6 [36:52] | Qaloo ya waylana manbaAAathana min marqadina hatha mawaAAada alrrahmanu wasadaqaalmursaloona | قالوا يا ويلنا من بعثنا من مرقدنا هذا ما وعد الرحمن وصدق المرسلون قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا مَن بَعَثَنَا مِن مَّرْقَدِنَا هَذَا مَا وَعَدَ الرَّحْمَنُ وَصَدَقَ الْمُرْسَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قالوا - They [will] say,| يا - O| ويلنا - "O woe to us!| من - Who| بعثنا - has raised us| من - from| مرقدنا - our sleeping place?"| هذا - "This (is)| ما - what| وعد - (had) promised| الرحمن - the Most Gracious,| وصدق - and told (the) truth| المرسلون - the Messengers."| | ||||||
