| 1 [4:151] | Ola-ika humu alkafiroona haqqanwaaAAtadna lilkafireena AAathaban muheenan |  أولئك هم الكافرون حقا وأعتدنا للكافرين عذابا مهيناأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ حَقًّا وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا | |||||
| Words | |أولئك - Those -| هم - they| الكافرون - (are) the disbelievers| حقا - truly.| وأعتدنا - And We have prepared| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| عذابا - a punishment| مهينا - humiliating.| | ||||||
| 2 [5:44] | Inna anzalna alttawratafeeha hudan wanoorun yahkumu biha alnnabiyyoonaallatheena aslamoo lillatheena hadoo waalrrabbaniyyoonawaal-ahbaru bima istuhfithoomin kitabi Allahi wakanoo AAalayhi shuhadaafala takhshawoo alnnasa waikhshawniwala tashtaroo bi-ayatee thamanan qaleelanwaman lam yahkum bima anzala Allahu faola-ikahumu alkafiroona | إنا أنزلنا التوراة فيها هدى ونور يحكم بها النبيون الذين أسلموا للذين هادوا والربانيون والأحبار بما استحفظوا من كتاب الله وكانوا عليه شهداء فلا تخشوا الناس واخشون ولا تشتروا بآياتي ثمنا قليلا ومن لم يحكم بما أنزل الله فأولئك هم الكافرون إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَا التَّوْرَاةَ فِيهَا هُدًى وَنُورٌ يَحْكُمُ بِهَا النَّبِيُّونَ الَّذِينَ أَسْلَمُواْ لِلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَالرَّبَّانِيُّونَ وَالْأَحْبَارُ بِمَا اسْتُحْفِظُواْ مِن كِتَابِ اللّهِ وَكَانُواْ عَلَيْهِ شُهَدَاءَ فَلاَ تَخْشَوُاْ النَّاسَ وَاخْشَوْنِ وَلاَ تَشْتَرُواْ بِآيَاتِي ثَمَنًا قَلِيلاً وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إنا - Indeed,| أنزلنا - We revealed| التوراة - the Taurat| فيها - in it| هدى - (was) Guidance| ونور - and light;| يحكم - judged| بها - by it| النبيون - the Prophets,| الذين - those who| أسلموا - had submitted (to Allah)| للذين - for those who| هادوا - were Jews,| والربانيون - and the Rabbis,| والأحبار - and the scholars,| بما - with what| استحفظوا - they were entrusted| من - of| كتاب - (the) Book| الله - (of) Allah| وكانوا - and they were| عليه - to it| شهداء - witnesses.| فلا - So (do) not| تخشوا - fear| الناس - the people| واخشون - but fear Me,| ولا - and (do) not| تشتروا - sell| بآياتي - My Verses| ثمنا - (for) a price,| قليلا - little.| ومن - And whoever| لم - (does) not| يحكم - judge| بما - by what| أنزل - has revealed| الله - Allah,| فأولئك - then those| هم - [they]| الكافرون - (are) the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 3 [9:32] | Yureedoona an yutfi-oo noora Allahibi-afwahihim waya/ba Allahu illa anyutimma noorahu walaw kariha alkafiroona | يريدون أن يطفئوا نور الله بأفواههم ويأبى الله إلا أن يتم نوره ولو كره الكافرون يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِؤُواْ نُورَ اللّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللّهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يريدون - They want| أن - to| يطفئوا - extinguish| نور - Allah's light| الله - Allah's light| بأفواههم - with their mouths,| ويأبى - but Allah refuses| الله - but Allah refuses| إلا - except| أن - to| يتم - perfect| نوره - His Light| ولو - even if| كره - the disbelievers dislike (it).| الكافرون - the disbelievers dislike (it).| | ||||||
| 4 [10:2] | Akana lilnnasi AAajabanan awhayna ila rajulin minhum an anthirialnnasa wabashshiri allatheena amanooanna lahum qadama sidqin AAinda rabbihim qala alkafiroonainna hatha lasahirun mubeenun | أكان للناس عجبا أن أوحينا إلى رجل منهم أن أنذر الناس وبشر الذين آمنوا أن لهم قدم صدق عند ربهم قال الكافرون إن هذا لساحر مبين أَكَانَ لِلنَّاسِ عَجَبًا أَنْ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى رَجُلٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَنْ أَنذِرِ النَّاسَ وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَنَّ لَهُمْ قَدَمَ صِدْقٍ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ قَالَ الْكَافِرُونَ إِنَّ هَـذَا لَسَاحِرٌ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |أكان - Is it| للناس - for the mankind| عجبا - a wonder| أن - that| أوحينا - We revealed| إلى - to| رجل - a man| منهم - from (among) them| أن - that,| أنذر - "Warn| الناس - the mankind| وبشر - and give glad tidings| الذين - (to) those who| آمنوا - believe| أن - that| لهم - for them| قدم - (will be) a respectable position| صدق - (will be) a respectable position| عند - near| ربهم - their Lord?"| قال - Said| الكافرون - the disbelievers,| إن - "Indeed,| هذا - this| لساحر - (is) surely a magician| مبين - obvious."| | ||||||
| 5 [12:87] | Ya baniyya ithhaboo fatahassasoomin yoosufa waakheehi wala tay-asoo min rawhi Allahiinnahu la yay-asu min rawhi Allahi illaalqawmu alkafiroona | يا بني اذهبوا فتحسسوا من يوسف وأخيه ولا تيأسوا من روح الله إنه لا ييأس من روح الله إلا القوم الكافرون يَا بَنِيَّ اذْهَبُواْ فَتَحَسَّسُواْ مِن يُوسُفَ وَأَخِيهِ وَلاَ تَيْأَسُواْ مِن رَّوْحِ اللّهِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يَيْأَسُ مِن رَّوْحِ اللّهِ إِلاَّ الْقَوْمُ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| بني - O my sons!| اذهبوا - Go| فتحسسوا - and inquire| من - about| يوسف - Yusuf| وأخيه - and his brother,| ولا - and not| تيأسوا - despair| من - of| روح - (the) Mercy of Allah.| الله - (the) Mercy of Allah.| إنه - Indeed,| لا - none| ييأس - despairs| من - of| روح - (the) Mercy of Allah| الله - (the) Mercy of Allah| إلا - except| القوم - the people| الكافرون - the disbelievers."| | ||||||
| 6 [16:83] | YaAArifoona niAAmata Allahi thummayunkiroonaha waaktharuhumu alkafiroona | يعرفون نعمت الله ثم ينكرونها وأكثرهم الكافرون يَعْرِفُونَ نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ ثُمَّ يُنكِرُونَهَا وَأَكْثَرُهُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يعرفون - They recognize| نعمت - (the) Favor| الله - (of) Allah;| ثم - then| ينكرونها - they deny it.| وأكثرهم - And most of them| الكافرون - (are) the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 7 [23:117] | Waman yadAAu maAAa Allahi ilahanakhara la burhana lahu bihi fa-innamahisabuhu AAinda rabbihi innahu la yuflihualkafiroona | ومن يدع مع الله إلها آخر لا برهان له به فإنما حسابه عند ربه إنه لا يفلح الكافرون وَمَن يَدْعُ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ لَا بُرْهَانَ لَهُ بِهِ فَإِنَّمَا حِسَابُهُ عِندَ رَبِّهِ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يدع - invokes| مع - with| الله - Allah| إلها - god| آخر - other,| لا - no| برهان - proof| له - for him| به - in it.| فإنما - Then only| حسابه - his account| عند - (is) with| ربه - his Lord.| إنه - Indeed, [he]| لا - not| يفلح - will succeed| الكافرون - the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 8 [28:82] | Waasbaha allatheenatamannaw makanahu bial-amsi yaqooloona waykaannaAllaha yabsutu alrrizqa liman yashaomin AAibadihi wayaqdiru lawla an manna AllahuAAalayna lakhasafa bina waykaannahu la yuflihualkafiroona | وأصبح الذين تمنوا مكانه بالأمس يقولون ويكأن الله يبسط الرزق لمن يشاء من عباده ويقدر لولا أن من الله علينا لخسف بنا ويكأنه لا يفلح الكافرون وَأَصْبَحَ الَّذِينَ تَمَنَّوْا مَكَانَهُ بِالْأَمْسِ يَقُولُونَ وَيْكَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَقْدِرُ لَوْلَا أَن مَّنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا لَخَسَفَ بِنَا وَيْكَأَنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وأصبح - And began,| الذين - those who| تمنوا - (had) wished| مكانه - his position| بالأمس - the day before| يقولون - (to) say,| ويكأن - "Ah! That| الله - Allah| يبسط - extends| الرزق - the provision| لمن - for whom| يشاء - He wills| من - of| عباده - His slaves,| ويقدر - and restricts it.| لولا - If not| أن - that| من - Allah had favored| الله - Allah had favored| علينا - [to] us| لخسف - He would have caused it to swallow us.| بنا - He would have caused it to swallow us.| ويكأنه - Ah! That| لا - not| يفلح - will succeed| الكافرون - the disbelievers."| | ||||||
| 9 [29:47] | Wakathalika anzalna ilaykaalkitaba faallatheena ataynahumualkitaba yu/minoona bihi wamin haola-i manyu/minu bihi wama yajhadu bi-ayatinailla alkafiroona | وكذلك أنزلنا إليك الكتاب فالذين آتيناهم الكتاب يؤمنون به ومن هؤلاء من يؤمن به وما يجحد بآياتنا إلا الكافرون وَكَذَلِكَ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ فَالَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ وَمِنْ هَؤُلَاءِ مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِهِ وَمَا يَجْحَدُ بِآيَاتِنَا إِلَّا الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وكذلك - And thus| أنزلنا - We (have) revealed| إليك - to you| الكتاب - the Book.| فالذين - So those| آتيناهم - We gave [them]| الكتاب - the Book| يؤمنون - believe| به - therein.| ومن - And among| هؤلاء - these| من - (are some) who| يؤمن - believe| به - therein.| وما - And none| يجحد - reject| بآياتنا - Our Verses| إلا - except| الكافرون - the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 10 [38:4] | WaAAajiboo an jaahum munthirunminhum waqala alkafiroona hatha sahirunkaththabun | وعجبوا أن جاءهم منذر منهم وقال الكافرون هذا ساحر كذاب وَعَجِبُوا أَن جَاءَهُم مُّنذِرٌ مِّنْهُمْ وَقَالَ الْكَافِرُونَ هَذَا سَاحِرٌ كَذَّابٌ | |||||
| Words | |وعجبوا - And they wonder| أن - that| جاءهم - has come to them| منذر - a warner| منهم - from themselves.| وقال - And said| الكافرون - the disbelievers,| هذا - "This| ساحر - (is) a magician,| كذاب - a liar.| | ||||||
| 11 [40:14] | FaodAAoo Allaha mukhliseenalahu alddeena walaw kariha alkafiroona | فادعوا الله مخلصين له الدين ولو كره الكافرون فَادْعُوا اللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فادعوا - So invoke| الله - Allah,| مخلصين - (being) sincere| له - to Him| الدين - (in) the religion,| ولو - even though| كره - dislike (it)| الكافرون - the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 12 [40:85] | Falam yaku yanfaAAuhum eemanuhum lammaraaw ba/sana sunnata Allahi allatee qad khalat feeAAibadihi wakhasira hunalika alkafiroona | فلم يك ينفعهم إيمانهم لما رأوا بأسنا سنت الله التي قد خلت في عباده وخسر هنالك الكافرون فَلَمْ يَكُ يَنفَعُهُمْ إِيْمَانُهُمْ لَمَّا رَأَوْا بَأْسَنَا سُنَّتَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي قَدْ خَلَتْ فِي عِبَادِهِ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فلم - But did not| يك - But did not| ينفعهم - benefit them| إيمانهم - their faith| لما - when| رأوا - they saw| بأسنا - Our punishment.| سنت - (Such is the) Way| الله - (of) Allah| التي - which| قد - (has) indeed| خلت - preceded| في - among| عباده - His slaves.| وخسر - And are lost| هنالك - there| الكافرون - the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 13 [50:2] | Bal AAajiboo an jaahum munthirunminhum faqala alkafiroona hatha shay-onAAajeebun | بل عجبوا أن جاءهم منذر منهم فقال الكافرون هذا شيء عجيب بَلْ عَجِبُوا أَن جَاءَهُمْ مُنذِرٌ مِّنْهُمْ فَقَالَ الْكَافِرُونَ هَذَا شَيْءٌ عَجِيبٌ | |||||
| Words | |بل - Nay,| عجبوا - they wonder| أن - that| جاءهم - has come to them| منذر - a warner| منهم - from them.| فقال - So say| الكافرون - the disbelievers,| هذا - "This| شيء - (is) a thing| عجيب - amazing.| | ||||||
| 14 [54:8] | MuhtiAAeena ila alddaAAiyaqoolu alkafiroona hatha yawmun AAasirun | مهطعين إلى الداع يقول الكافرون هذا يوم عسر مُّهْطِعِينَ إِلَى الدَّاعِ يَقُولُ الْكَافِرُونَ هَذَا يَوْمٌ عَسِرٌ | |||||
| Words | |مهطعين - Racing ahead| إلى - towards| الداع - the caller.| يقول - Will say| الكافرون - the disbelievers,| هذا - "This| يوم - (is) a Day| عسر - difficult."| | ||||||
| 15 [61:8] | Yureedoona liyutfi-oo noora Allahibi-afwahihim waAllahu mutimmu noorihi walawkariha alkafiroona | يريدون ليطفئوا نور الله بأفواههم والله متم نوره ولو كره الكافرون يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِؤُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||

| 16 [67:20] | Amman hatha allathee huwajundun lakum yansurukum min dooni alrrahmaniini alkafiroona illa fee ghuroorin | أمن هذا الذي هو جند لكم ينصركم من دون الرحمن إن الكافرون إلا في غرور أَمَّنْ هَذَا الَّذِي هُوَ جُندٌ لَّكُمْ يَنصُرُكُم مِّن دُونِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِنِ الْكَافِرُونَ إِلَّا فِي غُرُورٍ | |||||
