| 1 [2:229] | Alttalaqu marratanifa-imsakun bimaAAroofin aw tasreehun bi-ihsaninwala yahillu lakum an ta/khuthoo mimmaataytumoohunna shay-an illa an yakhafaalla yuqeema hudooda Allahi fa-inkhiftum alla yuqeema hudooda Allahifala junaha AAalayhima feema iftadatbihi tilka hudoodu Allahi fala taAAtadoohawaman yataAAadda hudooda Allahi faola-ikahumu alththalimoona |  الطلاق مرتان فإمساك بمعروف أو تسريح بإحسان ولا يحل لكم أن تأخذوا مما آتيتموهن شيئا إلا أن يخافا ألا يقيما حدود الله فإن خفتم ألا يقيما حدود الله فلا جناح عليهما فيما افتدت به تلك حدود الله فلا تعتدوها ومن يتعد حدود الله فأولئك هم الظالمونالطَّلاَقُ مَرَّتَانِ فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ وَلاَ يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَن تَأْخُذُواْ مِمَّا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ شَيْئًا إِلاَّ أَن يَخَافَا أَلاَّ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا فِيمَا افْتَدَتْ بِهِ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللّهِ فَلاَ تَعْتَدُوهَا وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |الطلاق - The divorce| مرتان - (is) twice.| فإمساك - Then to retain| بمعروف - in a reasonable manner| أو - or| تسريح - to release (her)| بإحسان - with kindness.| ولا - And (it is) not| يحل - lawful| لكم - for you| أن - that| تأخذوا - you take (back)| مما - whatever| آتيتموهن - you have given them| شيئا - anything,| إلا - except| أن - if| يخافا - both fear| ألا - that not| يقيما - they both (can) keep| حدود - (the) limits| الله - (of) Allah.| فإن - But if| خفتم - you fear| ألا - that not| يقيما - they both (can) keep| حدود - (the) limits| الله - (of) Allah| فلا - then (there is) no| جناح - sin| عليهما - on both of them| فيما - in what| افتدت - she ransoms| به - concerning it.| تلك - These| حدود - (are the) limits| الله - (of) Allah,| فلا - so (do) not| تعتدوها - transgress them.| ومن - And whoever| يتعد - transgresses| حدود - (the) limits| الله - (of) Allah| فأولئك - then those -| هم - they| الظالمون - (are) the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:254] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooanfiqoo mimma razaqnakum min qabli an ya/tiyayawmun la bayAAun feehi wala khullatun walashafaAAatun waalkafiroona humu alththalimoona | يا أيها الذين آمنوا أنفقوا مما رزقناكم من قبل أن يأتي يوم لا بيع فيه ولا خلة ولا شفاعة والكافرون هم الظالمون يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَنفِقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لاَّ بَيْعٌ فِيهِ وَلاَ خُلَّةٌ وَلاَ شَفَاعَةٌ وَالْكَافِرُونَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe[d]!| أنفقوا - Spend| مما - of what| رزقناكم - We (have) provided you,| من - from| قبل - before| أن - that| يأتي - comes| يوم - a Day| لا - no| بيع - bargaining| فيه - in it| ولا - and no| خلة - friendship| ولا - and no| شفاعة - intercession.| والكافرون - And the deniers -| هم - they| الظالمون - (are) the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 3 [3:94] | Famani iftara AAala Allahialkathiba min baAAdi thalika faola-ika humualthalimoona | فمن افترى على الله الكذب من بعد ذلك فأولئك هم الظالمون فَمَنِ افْـتَـرَىَ عَلَى اللّهِ الْكَذِبَ مِن بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فمن - Then whoever| افترى - fabricates| على - about| الله - Allah| الكذب - [the] lie| من - from| بعد - after| ذلك - that,| فأولئك - then those -| هم - they| الظالمون - (are) the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 4 [5:45] | Wakatabna AAalayhim feeha annaalnnafsa bialnnafsi waalAAayna bialAAayniwaal-anfa bial-anfi waalothuna bialothuniwaalssinna bialssinni waaljurooha qisasunfaman tasaddaqa bihi fahuwa kaffaratun lahu wamanlam yahkum bima anzala Allahu faola-ikahumu alththalimoona | وكتبنا عليهم فيها أن النفس بالنفس والعين بالعين والأنف بالأنف والأذن بالأذن والسن بالسن والجروح قصاص فمن تصدق به فهو كفارة له ومن لم يحكم بما أنزل الله فأولئك هم الظالمون وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالْعَيْنَ بِالْعَيْنِ وَالْأَنفَ بِالْأَنفِ وَالْأُذُنَ بِالْأُذُنِ وَالسِّنَّ بِالسِّنِّ وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ فَمَن تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَّهُ وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وكتبنا - And We ordained| عليهم - for them| فيها - in it| أن - that -| النفس - the life| بالنفس - for the life,| والعين - and the eye| بالعين - for the eye,| والأنف - and the nose| بالأنف - for the nose,| والأذن - and the ear| بالأذن - for the ear,| والسن - and the tooth| بالسن - for the tooth,| والجروح - and (for) wounds| قصاص - (is) retribution.| فمن - But whoever| تصدق - gives charity| به - with it,| فهو - then it is| كفارة - an expiation| له - for him.| ومن - And whoever| لم - (does) not| يحكم - judge| بما - by what| أنزل - has revealed| الله - Allah,| فأولئك - then those| هم - [they]| الظالمون - (are) the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 5 [6:21] | Waman athlamu mimmani iftaraAAala Allahi kathiban aw kaththababi-ayatihi innahu la yuflihu alththalimoona | ومن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو كذب بآياته إنه لا يفلح الظالمون وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And who| أظلم - (is) more unjust| ممن - than (he) who| افترى - invents| على - against| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie| أو - or| كذب - rejects| بآياته - His Signs?| إنه - Indeed,| لا - not| يفلح - will be successful| الظالمون - the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 6 [6:47] | Qul araaytakum in atakum AAathabuAllahi baghtatan aw jahratan hal yuhlaku illaalqawmu alththalimoona | قل أرأيتكم إن أتاكم عذاب الله بغتة أو جهرة هل يهلك إلا القوم الظالمون قُلْ أَرَأَيْتَكُمْ إِنْ أَتَاكُمْ عَذَابُ اللّهِ بَغْتَةً أَوْ جَهْرَةً هَلْ يُهْلَكُ إِلاَّ الْقَوْمُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أرأيتكم - "Have you seen| إن - if| أتاكم - comes to you| عذاب - punishment| الله - (of) Allah| بغتة - suddenly| أو - or| جهرة - openly,| هل - will| يهلك - (any) be destroyed| إلا - except| القوم - the people -| الظالمون - the wrongdoers?| | ||||||
| 7 [6:93] | Waman athlamu mimmani iftaraAAala Allahi kathiban aw qala oohiyailayya walam yooha ilayhi shay-on waman qalasaonzilu mithla ma anzala Allahu walaw taraithi alththalimoona fee ghamaratialmawti waalmala-ikatu basitooaydeehim akhrijoo anfusakumu alyawma tujzawna AAathabaalhooni bima kuntum taqooloona AAala Allahighayra alhaqqi wakuntum AAan ayatihitastakbiroona | ومن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو قال أوحي إلي ولم يوح إليه شيء ومن قال سأنزل مثل ما أنزل الله ولو ترى إذ الظالمون في غمرات الموت والملائكة باسطو أيديهم أخرجوا أنفسكم اليوم تجزون عذاب الهون بما كنتم تقولون على الله غير الحق وكنتم عن آياته تستكبرون وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ قَالَ أُوْحِيَ إِلَيَّ وَلَمْ يُوحَ إِلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ وَمَن قَالَ سَأُنزِلُ مِثْلَ مَا أَنَزلَ اللّهُ وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذِ الظَّالِمُونَ فِي غَمَرَاتِ الْمَوْتِ وَالْمَلَآئِكَةُ بَاسِطُواْ أَيْدِيهِمْ أَخْرِجُواْ أَنفُسَكُمُ الْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ الْهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللّهِ غَيْرَ الْحَقِّ وَكُنتُمْ عَنْ آيَاتِهِ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And who| أظلم - (is) more unjust| ممن - than (one) who| افترى - invents| على - about| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie| أو - or| قال - said,| أوحي - "It has been inspired| إلي - to me"| ولم - while not| يوح - it was inspired| إليه - to him| شيء - anything,| ومن - and (one) who| قال - said,| سأنزل - "I will reveal| مثل - like| ما - what| أنزل - (has been) revealed| الله - (by) Allah."| ولو - And if| ترى - you (could) see| إذ - when| الظالمون - the wrongdoers| في - (are) in| غمرات - agonies| الموت - (of) [the] death| والملائكة - while the Angels| باسطو - (are) stretching out| أيديهم - their hands (saying),| أخرجوا - "Discharge| أنفسكم - your souls!| اليوم - Today| تجزون - you will be recompensed| عذاب - (with) punishment,| الهون - humiliating,| بما - because| كنتم - you used to| تقولون - say| على - against| الله - Allah| غير - other than| الحق - the truth| وكنتم - and you were| عن - towards| آياته - His Verses| تستكبرون - being arrogant."| | ||||||
| 8 [6:135] | Qul ya qawmi iAAmaloo AAalamakanatikum innee AAamilun fasawfa taAAlamoona mantakoonu lahu AAaqibatu alddari innahu layuflihu alththalimoona | قل يا قوم اعملوا على مكانتكم إني عامل فسوف تعلمون من تكون له عاقبة الدار إنه لا يفلح الظالمون قُلْ يَا قَوْمِ اعْمَلُواْ عَلَى مَكَانَتِكُمْ إِنِّي عَامِلٌ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ مَن تَكُونُ لَهُ عَاقِبَةُ الدِّارِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| اعملوا - Work| على - on| مكانتكم - your position.| إني - Indeed, I am| عامل - a worker.| فسوف - And soon| تعلمون - you will know| من - who| تكون - will have| له - for himself| عاقبة - (in) the end,| الدار - (a good) home.| إنه - Indeed [he],| لا - (will) not| يفلح - succeed| الظالمون - the wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 9 [9:23] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoola tattakhithoo abaakum wa-ikhwanakumawliyaa ini istahabboo alkufra AAala al-eemaniwaman yatawallahum minkum faola-ika humu alththalimoona | يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تتخذوا آباءكم وإخوانكم أولياء إن استحبوا الكفر على الإيمان ومن يتولهم منكم فأولئك هم الظالمون يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ آبَاءَكُمْ وَإِخْوَانَكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ إِنِ اسْتَحَبُّواْ الْكُفْرَ عَلَى الْإِيمَانِ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| لا - (Do) not| تتخذوا - take| آباءكم - your fathers| وإخوانكم - and your brothers| أولياء - (as) allies| إن - if| استحبوا - they prefer| الكفر - [the] disbelief| على - over| الإيمان - [the] belief.| ومن - And whoever| يتولهم - takes them as allies| منكم - among you,| فأولئك - then those| هم - [they]| الظالمون - (are) the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 10 [12:23] | Warawadat-hu allatee huwa fee baytihaAAan nafsihi waghallaqati al-abwaba waqalat haytalaka qala maAAatha Allahi innahu rabbee ahsanamathwaya innahu la yuflihu alththalimoona | وراودته التي هو في بيتها عن نفسه وغلقت الأبواب وقالت هيت لك قال معاذ الله إنه ربي أحسن مثواي إنه لا يفلح الظالمون وَرَاوَدَتْهُ الَّتِي هُوَ فِي بَيْتِهَا عَن نَّفْسِهِ وَغَلَّقَتِ الْأَبْوَابَ وَقَالَتْ هَيْتَ لَكَ قَالَ مَعَاذَ اللّهِ إِنَّهُ رَبِّي أَحْسَنَ مَثْوَايَ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وراودته - And sought to seduce him| التي - she who,| هو - he (was)| في - in| بيتها - her house| عن - from| نفسه - his self.| وغلقت - And she closed| الأبواب - the doors| وقالت - and she said,| هيت - "Come on| لك - you."| قال - He said,| معاذ - "I seek refuge in Allah.| الله - "I seek refuge in Allah.| إنه - Indeed, he| ربي - (is) my lord| أحسن - (who has) made good| مثواي - my stay.| إنه - Indeed,| لا - not| يفلح - will succeed| الظالمون - the wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 11 [14:42] | Wala tahsabanna Allahaghafilan AAamma yaAAmalu alththalimoonainnama yu-akhkhiruhum liyawmin tashkhasu feehial-absaru | ولا تحسبن الله غافلا عما يعمل الظالمون إنما يؤخرهم ليوم تشخص فيه الأبصار وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ اللّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الْأَبْصَارُ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تحسبن - think| الله - (that) Allah| غافلا - (is) unaware| عما - of what| يعمل - do| الظالمون - the wrongdoers.| إنما - Only| يؤخرهم - He gives them respite| ليوم - to a Day| تشخص - will stare| فيه - in it| الأبصار - the eyes.| | ||||||
| 12 [17:47] | Nahnu aAAlamu bimayastamiAAoona bihi ith yastamiAAoona ilayka wa-ithhum najwa ith yaqoolu alththalimoonain tattabiAAoona illa rajulan mashooran | نحن أعلم بما يستمعون به إذ يستمعون إليك وإذ هم نجوى إذ يقول الظالمون إن تتبعون إلا رجلا مسحورا نَّحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَسْتَمِعُونَ بِهِ إِذْ يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَإِذْ هُمْ نَجْوَى إِذْ يَقُولُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلاَّ رَجُلاً مَّسْحُورًا | |||||
| Words | |نحن - We| أعلم - know best| بما - [of] what| يستمعون - they listen| به - to [it]| إذ - when| يستمعون - they listen| إليك - to you,| وإذ - and when| هم - they| نجوى - (are) in private conversation,| إذ - when| يقول - say| الظالمون - the wrongdoers,| إن - "Not| تتبعون - you follow| إلا - but| رجلا - a man| مسحورا - bewitched."| | ||||||
| 13 [17:99] | Awa lam yaraw anna Allaha allatheekhalaqa alssamawati waal-ardaqadirun AAala an yakhluqa mithlahum wajaAAala lahumajalan la rayba feehi faaba alththalimoonailla kufooran | أولم يروا أن الله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض قادر على أن يخلق مثلهم وجعل لهم أجلا لا ريب فيه فأبى الظالمون إلا كفورا أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْاْ أَنَّ اللّهَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى أَن يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَهُمْ أَجَلاً لاَّ رَيْبَ فِيهِ فَأَبَى الظَّالِمُونَ إَلاَّ كُفُورًا | |||||
| Words | |أولم - Do not| يروا - they see| أن - that| الله - Allah,| الذي - the One Who,| خلق - created| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| قادر - (is) Able| على - [on]| أن - to| يخلق - create| مثلهم - the like of them?| وجعل - And He has made| لهم - for them| أجلا - a term,| لا - no| ريب - doubt| فيه - in it.| فأبى - But refused| الظالمون - the wrongdoers| إلا - except| كفورا - disbelief.| | ||||||
| 14 [19:38] | AsmiAA bihim waabsir yawma ya/toonanalakini alththalimoona alyawmafee dalalin mubeenin | أسمع بهم وأبصر يوم يأتوننا لكن الظالمون اليوم في ضلال مبين أَسْمِعْ بِهِمْ وَأَبْصِرْ يَوْمَ يَأْتُونَنَا لَكِنِ الظَّالِمُونَ الْيَوْمَ فِي ضَلاَلٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |أسمع - How they will hear!| بهم - How they will hear!| وأبصر - and how (they will) see!| يوم - (the) Day| يأتوننا - they will come to Us,| لكن - but| الظالمون - the wrongdoers| اليوم - today| في - (are) in| ضلال - error| مبين - clear.| | ||||||
| 15 [21:64] | FarajaAAoo ila anfusihim faqalooinnakum antumu alththalimoona | فرجعوا إلى أنفسهم فقالوا إنكم أنتم الظالمون فَرَجَعُوا إِلَى أَنفُسِهِمْ فَقَالُوا إِنَّكُمْ أَنتُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فرجعوا - So they returned| إلى - to| أنفسهم - themselves| فقالوا - and said,| إنكم - "Indeed, you| أنتم - [you]| الظالمون - (are) the wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 16 [24:50] | Afee quloobihim maradun ami irtabooam yakhafoona an yaheefa Allahu AAalayhimwarasooluhu bal ola-ika humu alththalimoona | أفي قلوبهم مرض أم ارتابوا أم يخافون أن يحيف الله عليهم ورسوله بل أولئك هم الظالمون أَفِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ أَمِ ارْتَابُوا أَمْ يَخَافُونَ أَن يَحِيفَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَرَسُولُهُ بَلْ أُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أفي - Is (there) in| قلوبهم - their hearts| مرض - a disease| أم - or| ارتابوا - do they doubt| أم - or| يخافون - they fear| أن - that| يحيف - Allah will be unjust| الله - Allah will be unjust| عليهم - to them| ورسوله - and His Messenger?| بل - Nay,| أولئك - those| هم - [they]| الظالمون - (are) the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 17 [25:8] | Aw yulqa ilayhi kanzun aw takoonu lahujannatun ya/kulu minha waqala alththalimoonain tattabiAAoona illa rajulan mashooran | أو يلقى إليه كنز أو تكون له جنة يأكل منها وقال الظالمون إن تتبعون إلا رجلا مسحورا أَوْ يُلْقَى إِلَيْهِ كَنْزٌ أَوْ تَكُونُ لَهُ جَنَّةٌ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا وَقَالَ الظَّالِمُونَ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا رَجُلًا مَّسْحُورًا | |||||
| Words | |أو - Or| يلقى - is delivered| إليه - to him| كنز - a treasure| أو - or| تكون - is| له - for him| جنة - a garden,| يأكل - he may eat| منها - from it?| وقال - And say| الظالمون - the wrongdoers,| إن - "Not| تتبعون - you follow| إلا - but| رجلا - a man| مسحورا - bewitched."| | ||||||
| 18 [28:37] | Waqala moosa rabbee aAAlamubiman jaa bialhuda min AAindihi wamantakoonu lahu AAaqibatu alddari innahu layuflihu alththalimoona | وقال موسى ربي أعلم بمن جاء بالهدى من عنده ومن تكون له عاقبة الدار إنه لا يفلح الظالمون وَقَالَ مُوسَى رَبِّي أَعْلَمُ بِمَن جَاءَ بِالْهُدَى مِنْ عِندِهِ وَمَن تَكُونُ لَهُ عَاقِبَةُ الدَّارِ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And Musa said,| موسى - And Musa said,| ربي - "My Lord| أعلم - knows best| بمن - of who| جاء - has come| بالهدى - with [the] guidance| من - from Him| عنده - from Him| ومن - and who -| تكون - will be| له - for him| عاقبة - the good end in the Hereafter.| الدار - the good end in the Hereafter.| إنه - Indeed,| لا - not| يفلح - will be successful| الظالمون - the wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 19 [29:49] | Bal huwa ayatun bayyinatunfee sudoori allatheena ootoo alAAilma wamayajhadu bi-ayatina illa alththalimoona | بل هو آيات بينات في صدور الذين أوتوا العلم وما يجحد بآياتنا إلا الظالمون بَلْ هُوَ آيَاتٌ بَيِّنَاتٌ فِي صُدُورِ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ وَمَا يَجْحَدُ بِآيَاتِنَا إِلَّا الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
