| 1 [7:13] | Qala faihbit minhafama yakoonu laka an tatakabbara feeha faokhrujinnaka mina alssaghireena |  قال فاهبط منها فما يكون لك أن تتكبر فيها فاخرج إنك من الصاغرينقَالَ فَاهْبِطْ مِنْهَا فَمَا يَكُونُ لَكَ أَن تَتَكَبَّرَ فِيهَا فَاخْرُجْ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الصَّاغِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - (Allah) said,| فاهبط - "Then go down| منها - from it,| فما - for not| يكون - it is| لك - for you| أن - that| تتكبر - you be arrogant| فيها - in it.| فاخرج - So get out;| إنك - indeed, you| من - (are) of| الصاغرين - the disgraced ones."| | ||||||
| 2 [12:32] | Qalat fathalikunna allatheelumtunnanee feehi walaqad rawadtuhu AAan nafsihi faistAAsamawala-in lam yafAAal ma amuruhu layusjanannawalayakoonan mina alssaghireena | قالت فذلكن الذي لمتنني فيه ولقد راودته عن نفسه فاستعصم ولئن لم يفعل ما آمره ليسجنن وليكونا من الصاغرين قَالَتْ فَذَلِكُنَّ الَّذِي لُمْتُنَّنِي فِيهِ وَلَقَدْ رَاوَدتُّهُ عَن نَّفْسِهِ فَاسَتَعْصَمَ وَلَئِن لَّمْ يَفْعَلْ مَا آمُرُهُ لَيُسْجَنَنَّ وَلَيَكُونًا مِّنَ الصَّاغِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قالت - She said,| فذلكن - "That| الذي - (is) the one,| لمتنني - you blamed me| فيه - about him.| ولقد - And certainly| راودته - I sought to seduce him,| عن - [from]| نفسه - [himself]| فاستعصم - but he saved himself,| ولئن - and if| لم - not| يفعل - he does| ما - what| آمره - I order him,| ليسجنن - surely, he will be imprisoned| وليكونا - and certainly will be| من - of| الصاغرين - those who are disgraced."| | ||||||
